Dr. Zala is a kind, competent, and engaging neuro doctor. It is scary to see that type for medical answers, and he is nothing but gracious!! I also appreciate his office staff.

Dr. Zala is the BEST! He is a caring, compassionate, and a very thorough Doctor. He does not have a big practice but I dont know another Dr. that works harder and so many hours in a day - he even does his own hospital visits. Kind and helpful staff too! 5 stars.

Dr. Zala is a thoughtful and caring doctor. He spends as much time as needed with each patient and shows that he has a genuine interest in your health. Susan, at the front desk, is also friendly and pleasant. They made a stressful time in my life a whole lot better.

Just left my appointment dr Zala told me I could just leave and he won’t charge me 😂 I ask about disability paperwork because I’m trying to go back to work he doesn’t do that’s fine but his tone was out of line and I just paid a 50 co pay to watch a 60+ dr have a temper tantrum another one and done people people people don’t do business where your not respected ✊🏾

Dr. Zala is the BEST! He explains everything in a way I understand and he listens. He spends time with you because his appointments are spaced well. I have been going to Dr. Zala for many years. The office staff makes you feel right at home. Dr. Zala picks up where they leave. The entire office visit is very pleasant. I’m in good hands at this office.

I saw Pravinchandra Zala in 2017 after having several what I called low pulse rate events. When I entered Brandon Hospital emergency room my rate was 38 and I am not a runner and they immediately assigned Nuro because of the TIA I had in 2015. They admitted me and ran several test but once again found nothing. The next day after feeling a little better, a doctor walked into my semi private room carrying what I describe as an old doctors bag and without introducing himself began to pace back and forth and speak as if he was conducting a lecture. He never acknowledge me including look at me. He began with saying he remembered me from my last visit to Brandon Hospital. Then said there were no signs of TIA or stroke. He then continued by saying he thought my event was psychosomatic and would recommend I have a psychological evaluation. I was so surprised and speechless. He then announced they were going to release me and sauntered out of the room as if his words meant nothing. I was broken at that point. I ask myself why is this happening and am I really making my pulse rate lower? In April it happened again but this time my husband took me to Tampa General. To shorten my story. They found nothing wrong with my Nuro but everything wrong with my heart and coincidental , right lung. By 2018 I had a pace maker surgery and lung surgery. Pravinchandra Zala and I will not call him doctor not only miss diagnose me but from my perspective his arrogance and ego could have killed me.BTW I am thriving and doing very well today.

I had my first visit with Dr Praveen. It was excellent and he is very attentive and gave enough comfort to speak on my symptoms. He is very detailed and I am happy that I am in good hands.

I had my first visit today with Dr. Zala and he was a breath of fresh air compared to my last neurologist. The woman at check in was very friendly. Dr. Zala was very thorough and precise when it came to the details regarding my prior diagnosis. Im so happy I switched!

I too had problems with the office manager Sharon. I never got to see the doctor because my appointment was cancelled after waiting nearly 6 weeks. Paperwork states confirmation needed 2 days in advance. In my case this was Christmas, same day I opened the paperwork to fill out. The day I arrived for my appointment she argued that she called 2 times the week before to confirm. I dont answer calls if I dont recognize the number. She stated my voicemail was full. She then claimed to have called the day before. These statements were both false. I received other voicemails with no problem and there were no calls the day before. She seems to hold all the power in this office and knows it. Unfortunately, it seems as if Dr. Zala has good reputation and may not even be aware his office is being run in such a poor manner.

The office manager Sharon should not be working with patients. She comes across as rude and not friendly in my dealings with her.The Doctor was pleasant but I will not return because of the unfriendly way office manager treated me. Sharon was very dismissive when speaking with me on multiple occasions about my care.

This is nothing to do with the doctor but the office manager, Sharon. I had an appointment for today, scheduled at 10am. The office left a message last Wednesday that I had to confirm my appt by Thursday at 2pm. I was on vacation, called Thursday at 12:43pm to confirm. I have NEVER been so upset and kinda disappointed in the way she handled our conversation today. When I saw that they called on Friday, I thought it was to confirm the appt so I never listened to it. But this morning when I was looking at my messages, I saw the transcript and it said something about confirming my appt. I’m like, I already did? What is going on? So, I called just now when they opened, and Sharon said that they canceled my appointment, and that she highly doubted I called. Wait, what! She was very unpleasant and getting nasty with me. Granted I was very upset, I had taking the day off where I don’t get paid for this appointment and she is being nasty with me because of their mistake? I looked at my call log, made a call to them 4/26 at 12:43pm for 52 seconds. I’m not a mean person, and I don’t do this at all, but I’m so just so upset because it’s that easy for them to make a mistake, and just say whatever, it’s been canceled. What a bad experience.. I’m still shaking because it simply isn’t fair... I wish I could post the pic of my call log.. just wow, I’m such a good person and she just made me feel really horrible the way she was speaking to me.

When I couldnt afford my co-pay for Copaxone, Sharon got me some samples. The drug rep hooked me up to a foundation that covers my co-pays. Ive been taking my drug ever-since! Thank you Sharon!

I was recommended to Dr. Zala by an area Dr after recently moving here and being a migraine sufferer for over 20 years. First of all, I have never entered the patient exam room and seen the Dr. himself be in the room waiting on me! Dr. Zala took his time with me and when the exam was over my regime of meds was changed. I am due to return in 2 months with a hopeful outcome and will respond again with an update on here. As to the office staff, I only observed 1 person working the entire office this particular day and in spite of her duties (all of them), she was nice and respectful to all patients. I did wait 30 minutes past my appt. time, however, I am chalking that up to the personal time Dr. Zala takes with each of his patients. Overall, I am giving my first appt. with Dr. Zala a Liked it due to the wait time.
