The care team I had, are very understanding and caring and helped me out a lot with issues I didn’t know I had, Dr. lemay is amazing at what she does! And she is very understanding and understood all my Questions I had and Answered them appropriately for me! She made me feel comfortable and told me every step of what she was doing! I love the care team.

I would not recommend this office to any one. Not only was the front staff rude from the initial call (should of been my first clue)… my appointment was less than a minute, I’m not sure Dr Lemay even heard me say a word…. but then a panel of tests was run on both my daughter (who also had an appointment the same day) and myself- we were never told a panel was being run and that multiple tests with my insurance would cost $500. I am now stuck with a $500 bill that I didn’t authorize and the office refuses to take any blame. NEVER again will I use this office or recommend. Especially someone with a teenage daughter. Sadly. We only went to this office because my insurance had changed for a few months; we will never return.

This is my second attempt to write a review, for some reason the first one did not get published. This is the worst OBGYN I have ever been to. The front staff are so unprofessional and there have been multiply times they “accidentally crossed me off the check in sheet.”The billing department is a joke, charging me $150 for a 5 minute conversation with the doctor which wasn’t even helpful. I absolutely have no idea how this place is rated so high. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I think all is being done that can be done for my condition. Laser treatment better this time, not as painful.

Always love seeing Dr LeMay. I was quickly moved out of the waiting room and placed in private space. Appreciated that. However when I was leaving, i still had to pick up a prescription for my mammogram/sonogram and make another appt. i was told to go to the waiting room, which was packed. That room was not one i felt safe waiting in, so i left without my prescription and next appointment.

West Coast OB/GYN, and Dr. LeMay are just so caring & attentive.... they are the BEST! All precautions are being taken during this covid time, the waiting room is minimally full, masks on everyone & everything continually cleansed. I was promptly taken back for my visit with Dr. LeMay by her nurse Debra. Both ladies truly take the time to listen to what I say, they ask questions that help me in making decisions about my own care and always have great advice for any at home care that I may need. Dr Lemay is very professional and very thorough. She convinced me to get a bone density test even though I thought I didnt need one. She was so right. I have Osteopenia and would not have known that without her recommendation. Now i am taking vitamins to help avoid osteoporosis. She has also convinced me to get a colonoscopy which I forgot I needed to have. She is very concerned about the whole patients health. Thanks Dr Lemay.

Dr. LeMay is an incredible Doctor. I have been her patient for 14 years and she has delivered all my children. One of my pregnancies was high risk and I had complications during the delivery and she did everything in her power to save my baby. She did just that and more. I still see her once a year and wouldnt dream of seeing anyone else.

The process for getting history and entering it into the computer went very smoothly and the added feature of Dr. Lemay following along on her own computer facilitated the process.Dr.Lemay was quick and efficient. I was a little disappointed at how brief her time with me was, especially for the first visit. I felt like it was rushed and she was eager to move on.

The receptionists are remarkably attentive and yet happy, ready to explain anything and, of course, my appointment was on time. It was wonderful catching up with Dr. Lemay and then off and running I went happy as a lark.

As a first time client I expect to be informed of any and all charges. When I called and made an appointment I stated that I was a new client and also had no insurance. The receptionist informed me it would be a $200 charge for an annual. During this appointment she talked to me about her on the side laser hair removal business instead of answering my questions. After the appointment I walked up to the desk to pay. I was then unexpectedly charged an EXTRA $50 because I was a new client. About a month later I recieved a bill in the mail for tests I had done. I have tried calling the office MULTIPLE times and left messages regarding this bill and never recieved a call back. I have now found a new doctors office where customer service is practiced and the staff actually cares about the clients. I do not recommend this doctor.

I picked Dr. Lemay because she was a female gyn (I preferred female doctors at the time) and close to my work. I should have taken the time to research and more carefully chosen my doctor. She is a fairly nice lady, but I do not believe she is thorough enough. I believe that Dr. Lemay should have treated my pregnancy with better care. When I was about 36-37 weeks pregnant, Dr. Lemay manually checked the position of my baby and said she could feel the head. I believe a mistake was made, since it is most likely that my baby was breech at that time. I believe Dr. Lemay actually felt my babys bottom and not the head. I had severe rib pain from 34 weeks on, and she later said the pain was likely due to my baby being breech. It is a shame that I was told my baby was not breech at 37 weeks, since I would have had a whole extra week to do research and try to turn head-down. It would have been better for Dr. Lemay to take more care in determining the position of the baby, using more ultrasounds when necessary. After performing research and speaking to other obstetricians, it appears that my treatment was not ideal. At the end of my pregnancy, she said that my only option for a breech baby is scheduling a C-section. However, it is not suitable for her patients to receive no information or options regarding turning a baby into the ideal position. This is especially damaging to a patient like me, who had a strong desire for a natural delivery. Before my C-section in 2010, she and Dr. Matta informed me that my future deliveries would have to be C-sections as well. Fortunately, I now know to always get a second opinion and to do my own research. A vaginal delivery can definitely be a safe and reasonable option for my second pregnancy. When interviewing new obstetricians, I discovered that they would have offered an external version for my first breech baby. This is the standard of care for many doctors. According to American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a version has a 58% success rate and complications are rare. There are clearly no guarantees that a version would have worked for me, but given the chance, at I least would not regret that we did not try everything we could. Being pregnant again has brought back painful memories regarding my C-section that may not have been necessary.
