I think they’re very good at what they do. But also they’re not very good at scheduling and following through with folks. I got my right eye done and they never called me after I tried to make arrangements for a ride for pick up and drop off the day of surgery. Got a phone call at 4 o’clock the day before that hung up on me and then I got a text message saying what time my surgery is. I got a second text and saying The driver will pick me hour and a half before. Going for my second eye it is 530 noon the day before. I have not called back for a text to know what Time surgery is tomorrow. Don’t know if I have a driver either. It’s already difficult that they don’t Give you an appointment the night before. Difficult to schedule your life around their non schedule. I’m waiting for a call!!!!

Although the office was busy, I didnt have to wait too long and presented myself signed in and sat down. I was called in no-time to go back to the exam rooms. The doctor came into the room in a timely manner and gave me results from some lab testing he had ordered. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes.
