I lived in this neighborhood until recently. Not only was a dog killed in her care, but she was (and still is) operating the business without proper credentials. She was fined by the County and by the HOA for doing so and yet continued to operate covertly and illegally.

I take my small dogs here and they love it! Pam has over 20 years experience with dogs. Huge fenced in back yard with grass. Inside patio and her whole house is open to dogs. My three shitzus love her!! I highly recommend.

I have spent 10 years in the veterinary and pet sitting business. I personally will travel to peoples houses for overnights to watch their pets in an environment where theyre comfortable or bring them to my house on a case by case basis. NEVER would I bring my fur babies or allow more than one clients babies at my house at a time. The fact that this woman breeds toy breeds and has pets unfamiliar with each other in her house at one time is extremely disturbing and concerning. What happened to my Mimis dog (mauled and killed by a large breed dog) while under Pams care is every pet sitters worst nightmare and while I believe that she meant no harm, this was bound to happen when you attempt to house so many different dogs in a residential environment. I would definitely not recommend this as a suitable place to leave your pets at.Furthermore the situation surrounding the incident is extremely unprofessional and upsetting. The fact that there was a noted delay by the ER report from when KLah was attacked to when she got to the Vets office, the fact that Pam demanded to be reimbursed for the veterinary care she had to provide due to her negligence and her inability to provide information about the incident are all huge red flags that she has something to hide.For the safety of your pets and your own piece of mind, I would steer clear of this business. If your pets have special needs, contact your veterinary hospital and they can give you safe recommendations or maybe have employees that pet sit in a safe environment.
