Have taken my dogs there for day care and now using them for training. Jorge has been fantastic with my dogs. They have learned to walk easily for me without pulling which given the two of them weigh about 2/3 of my weight has been a life saver. They listen to me now and behave even around strangers. They love coming here and adore Jorge. He is so good with the dogs and really loves all dogs. He also worked with me as to how to train them at home and what not to do. Worth every penny for the training. I recommend the training to anyone. It is such a relief to have well trained dogs who listen. I also like the day care and so do my dogs.

Natalia is the best !! Makes Kooper look handsome all the time , we love taking out little one for a grooming there and of course for a play day with friends ! Very recommended

I have an older dog that has been with me since she was a baby and truly is one of my kids. Due to work I had to travel out of town for 3 weeks and AAA Pet Resort was able to take my pup on short notice and keep her for the entire trip. During my trip I was able to check in on my pup any time and they even sent me photos. I was not worried about my dog at all during her stay. She got to stay on her same diet and I even brought her blanket so she had a bit of home at the resort. After picking up my pup she was very happy, looked very healthy, and Im sure she is excited for her next day at the resort. Thank you AAA Pet Resort!!

We love to send our boy Bob whenever we can for daycare and for long trips. We just placed him for two weeks and the care was wonderful and when we pick him up we can always tell that he has a great time! The staff is very responsive and kind and takes great care of all of Bobs needs! We plan to bring him here often for his enjoyment!

I am so happy I found Natalya and AAA Pet Resort; there is a daycare option closer to my home but I choose to take my pup to AAA because here she can do what dogs are supposed to do; RUN! They have 2.5acres of fenced in land and a pond too. My girl has been coming home happy and tired! I’ll definitely be bringing her here for the foreseeable future!! :)

Our dog, Mr. Peabody, just spent 7 days/ nights boarding at his most favorite place,( besides home!) at AAA Pompeyo Pet Resort. Because they take such loving care of their pet guests, we never worried while on vacation. Our dog is 13 1/2 yrs old and has been coming to AAA Resort every Fri. for all day play day for the last three yrs. He loves it and all the staff. Because hes around other dogs it has helped him to be much more social now around unfamiliar dogs. He also has many dog friends and girlfriends at AAA Pet Resort!!! I wont tell you what his nickname is !!:)

Sadie loves it here! She is socialized and loved. Today, she came home from a few days of boarding and took a nap. Oh, she had a bath and smells pretty great, too. Thanks Natalya and staff!

Our Luna just recently came over for boarding and training and we have seen an amazing progress in her!! Jorge and Natalya are so caring and attentive not just to Lunas needs but ours also! This is for sure Lunas new home away from home! Never was I anxious of Lunas well being! Try them...you will not regret bringing your furry baby here❣️❣️

We went out for a 7 night vacation and we left our 1 year old Mia under AAA’s Pet Resort care. This was an amazing experience for us! Natalya would send us pictures everyday of Mia and how much fun she was having. We definitely loved the way we were treated but most importantly how they Loved and cared of MIA 100% recommended!!

Our dogs have been coming here at least 3 years and absolutely love it. It’s like a fun camp for dogs.We also use them for training our puppy. She has only been to 5 sessions and is doing amazing. They are the best at training dogs. They are very professional and caring. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Recently moved to Bradenton and where in an urgent need for pet boarding. AAA Pet Resort was 1 for 3 preselected close to our new home. It was a wonderful experience for us and our pet ..... No need to keep looking, AAA Pet Resort is GREAT!

Our Shih Tzu puppy, George, has been going to AAA for several months. The original plan was for training, and George loved it so much that we continued with day camp. We couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. The social aspect has really made him well behaved when meeting other dogs. Hes such a happy, playful puppy with lots of energy and personality, and Natalya and Jorge did such a great job training him. He even stayed overnight once when we had plans to be out late. It was an easy thing for him since he was already familiar with AAA, and absolutely loves Natalya and Jorge. We highly recommend AAA Pet Resort, and so does George 🐾🐾

Our 2 hairy babies stayed here for a week. We saw pictures of them playing daily, so we knew they were having a great time! The owner was very responsive whenever I texted asking how they were doing. They were bathed just before we picked them up and they smelled great!! I always get a little nervous whenever I have to leave them anywhere, but Natalya made me feel very comfortable leaving them there. Our babies will definitely be back here for grooming, boarding and playtime with all the other hairy babies!!❤️🐾

Our bundle of energy came home tired so that was impressive. Really enjoyed seeing pics of her having a good time. Love the fact that they do a temperament check before they agree to accept the dog. Very happy with the experience and will be back again soon.

We are very pleased with the care our dog received while boarding for 4 nights. We were able to see pictures of her during her stay which eased our minds. We knew she was having a great time there. The owners are very friendly and answered the phone every time we called. Will definitely use their services again in the future for boarding but might even send her back to daycare just for fun

This place and the owners are simply the best. They work with you on drop off and pickup. They stayed open later for us after we got delayed and still took our dog. They post photos on social media and send you photos of your pup (at no charge - which a lot of places charge extra for!). Our dog loves it. They also gave her a bath before we picked her up and she’s never been so soft and clean. Hands down recommend this place.

Were first time dog-owners and we are so glad to have found Pompeyo familys AAA Pet Resort! Weve had our big guy board with them twice now and loved it there. Its always a relief to know that they are there 24/7, keeping pups safe and making sure theyre enjoying their stay. Thank you!

Our 2 dogs that were raised like kids, love this place. This is the only place where we feel comfortable leaving them. We usually board them for about a week and they are always happy and healthy when we pick them up. And eager to go back!! They have great accommodations, wonderful play and rest area and lots of fun! Definitely a triple A Pet Resort! Highly recommended.

I cant describe the impact the Pompeyo family has had on our boy Jax. We had little hope that he was trainable, but they didnt give up on him. He is like a different dog. We couldnt be more impressed or pleased with the training, love and care he has received. He never wants to leave when we come to get him! I highly recommend them for training and day care. I swear they are like the dog whisperer!!!!

100% the best place I have ever taking my baby boy Diesel! When I called Natalia answered the phone late night when I the expectation of getting her Vm was very high. This was also during Hurricane Dorian the most emotional few days in our lives, but at the last min I had to kennel Diesel. I was an emotional wreck until I call AAA resort. Natalia assured me he would be taking care of and loved during this time and that he was!! The min I pulled up for our meet and greet Diesel took to her immediately! The process was quick and easy! As I walked away saying goodbye he stood along side of her as if he had known her forever! This was a great sign that I made the best choice for him. I received photos and updates throughout the day and even got a good night mommy photo. My heart was content that night and I knew he was in great hands! I will forever be grateful to AAA resorts and my baby boy will always go there when I am in town! Even for a few hours so i can go to the outlets so he can visit Natalia.

We had to go out of town and leave our girl for 12 full days, normally we would take her with . Natalia was wonderful In always keep good communication, very responsive which is important to us. The daily Instagram and FB posts are very helpful when trying to keep up with your dog.Side note: If you’re planning a trip I recommend taking your dog for a couple overnight stays before a long visit.Very satisfied also in the grooming

AAA Pet Resort is the perfect place for our shy pup! He usually doesn’t get excited and gets very sad about getting dropped off to spend the night away from home. After a stay at AAA, I’m now afraid he doesn’t actually want to be home with us anymore! That’s how much fun he seems to have while at AAA Pet Resort! His endless tail wagging and sleepy eyes is all the proof I need that AAA Pet Resort is just the type of place Ollie needs to get rid of his shyness and disinterest in other pups! We’ve been taking our Barron here for the past year and a half. He’s a Chesapeake. Sometimes he goes for short stays and sometimes long. We were apprehensive because like most pet owners he’s the world to us and fear sets in. I can not recommend Natalia enough. She takes such great care and he has so much fun running free during play time. He comes home happy and healthy. We are so thankful to have her.We highly recommend AAA Pet Resort!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE AAA pet resort. We go here about every 2 months. We love the Facebook updates. The price is extremely reasonable. Our dog gets to run and swim with no extra fees, unlike other kennels. The owners just renovated the kennels and they look amazing. The owner is extremely nice and you can tell she cares about the dogs. We have made last minute changes to our trips or made last minute changes and they have ALWAYS accommodated us. We definitely recommend AAA pet resort!!

My little guy Thumper totally loved it here. He was excited to see the owner and family anytime he knew he was visiting. I practically had to drag him away when I picked him up. If thats not a recommendation for this place, Im not sure what you need. Theyre amazing!

Thanks for the videos. It is fun seeing the dogs enjoying life. I Hope Camille is behaving. She obviously missed out on early training and can be very mouthy. She thinks she is showing affection and is being playful. We are working on breaking her of that behaviour, but will take time. She truly is a sweet girl and craves attention, just doesnt know yet how to go about it properly. Hopefully she will be better behaved in her next visit. The girls stayed at AAA Pet Resort By Pompeyo Family as we headed to Las Vegas to earn a certification for our flooring company (LG Kramer Flooring) for the next nine days. For those that don’t know these two are our children and we can’t just trust anyone watching , taking care of them.-I found out about them through a mutual friend, Gina King and then had the chance to meet them and learn about their business through a business showcase at Marketing on Main.-Free every evening Lance and I look forward to seeing photos and videos of the girls playing with other dogs. When I picked them up they were super happy and Lady went back in the play yard which made me feel like she didn’t want to leave. I would recommend AAA pet resort by the Pompeyo family anytime. Thanks for taking care of our babies.

They took excellent care of my two schnauzers! We are so picky where we leave our babies and they had the best time. They got to run outside and not stuck in a kennel all day. When they do sleep, I was happy to see the elevated beds in the doggie suites just for them. I loved seeing them in the videos posted daily which assured me they were having the best time with their new friends. Price is very reasonable for the service given. A++++++++

Best place to take an active dog!!! My dog Violet has SO much energy and she got exactly what she needed at AAA Pet Resort. I got pictures during the day and she looked so happy running around playing ball with the owners and swimming. She’s still smiling from her trip there!

My dog came home covered in red bumbs like she got into something or was lying in her own urine all day. I picked her up and she was covered in calamine lotion. Linda never said a word about anything...just took my money. Run. From. This. Place. Unless you hate your pet then I say go for it.

Youre the only kennel in which Turner doesnt get anxious and he loves seeing you. He has had lots of severe anxiety attacks from other kennels in the past, but never when hes with you. So much appreciated.

The woman I spoke with on the phone about a new reservation was as despicable as can be. Im surprised she even likes working with dogs. Apparently the property is infested with ticks and only certain flea and tick products work there so be careful taking your animals here.

The only person I trust to take good care of him is you. We will miss him like crazy but I know he will be in good hands.

I went for an interview today, and I cannot believe what I experienced. Lynda threw one of the small dogs back on the ground because he jumped on her..she told me to keep a leash with me incase theres a fight or they jump on me..did she expect me to hit them with it? The kennels were filthy and I was told they get one blanket and thats it. And they lock up the dogs that are not too friendly. I just did not like the atmosphere of this place. Everyone leaves at noon, so the dogs are kept in the kennel for that long. She does post videos on YouTube of the animals but I really advise you to bring your pups elsewhere. I just personally would never bring my dogs there.

Sorry to say I no longer work there because of my dad having a minie stroke. I called in and all she could do is yell at me so I hung up so she said I quit. Most of the post are from us works .She talks down to anyone she talks to I piety her. Bad thing is I truly love working with all the dogs.. So most the post here are not from these pet owners

Rude Woman finally answered phone after several attempts. Ok I will be honest and say I didnt even book my dogs to stay here. I called for holiday prices and the lady asked when will they be staying and I told her the dates - she immediately cut me off and got really nasty with me saying she didnt have time to do all this right now and to call the other number and leave a message. Her voicemail says not to leave a message for these inquiries hence why I called the other line. I didnt even bother because she was so rude. If you treat people like this, i can only imagine how you treat the dogs. By the way, what is up with the extensive post of following this 5 minute rule all over her website. No other kennel has this crazy rule. I wonder what she is hiding?

I have some sad news to pass on, we had to put Rei down last week. She had stomach cancer that wasnt diagnosed until it was too late. We are heartbroken. I know Rei loved her time with you and the feeling was mutual among the staff.

A large open backyard with a pond where dogs can be themselves without is gift for owners who like to give their pets space to roam off leash. Molly always comes back normal, which to me is the highest compliment to Linda and her staff.

Dixie & Pepper both loved to swim in the pond and run around with the other dogs.

Buddy loved to go swimming and has been coming for over 3 years.

BEWARE! Turn around go back! This is not a good place!Rude and offensive little English lady. Just try to ask to see where you will be letting your puppy stay. The owner will not allow you to see the accommodations where the pets reside. You or others are not allowed to show up unannounced. She belittles her customers!Just picked up our dog after staying here for 8days. He was filthy and covered in a rash.We had a family friend stop by to check on him while we were on vacation. The owner would not allow her to see him or the facility. She was rude to our friend and she is more concerned with having a phone call before you arrive than the well being of your pet. Shes hiding something, its very strange.BEWARE! BEWARE!!

I worked at aaa pet resort for a small time period, at first everything seemed ok until we got busy around the holidays. I witnessed many things that were not only wrong but completely uncalled for. She will hit the dogs with things if they do not listen, the staff does not follow feeding guidline and does not care if they give your dog the wrong food! There have been so many emplyees that have quit within the first week or 2, so there is nobody really trained on how to handle as many dogs that are out together, and she will blame anythings that happen on someone other than herself. And another small bit of information she has her employees leave all these (good) reviews...if yoh love and care for your pets do not leave them in her hands... ask lots of questions, and find out how many (accidents) have happened in the past...oh and she will tell anyone on here that i was fired but the truth is when i quit because she is a drunk and she smashed a fence into a small dog she told me i was fired anyways. Beleive what you must but there are lots of reasons she will not let owner beond the gate or into the kennels...

I am telling you all this because my biggest wish was that I would be able to provide Mesha a place to run and play once again before she had to leave us. With your help (and the landlords, too, by tenting our house), Mesha had a wonderful, beautiful week of running in wide open (fenced & safe from harm) spaces before she left us December 28th. She has gone to find her Poppa (my husband, Ervin) to whom her heart always belonged ... I was her caregiver and she loved me, Im sure, but her heart & soul belonged to Ervin always. So again, I thank you with a full heart for Meshas beautiful week in puppy paradise and for the movies of her enjoying every minute of it! You are one of Gods angels here on earth, and if anyone I know ever needs a place to board their fur-babies Ill be sure to send them your way.

Im telling you dont use this place unless you want your dog locked up 20 hours a day get feed 1 time a day employees come in at 8am till noon the dogs are put up at 11:30 am dont get out of the kennel untill 8:15 am . plus she give meds to dog that are to hyper she likes giving them a drug called Acers which is a sedative for humans... Im just try to warn you to keep your pet safe ..
