Always a pleasure to know my boy is in Great hands and the day care is awesome and he is wiped out from playing with the staff,other dogs and being in the pool...would highly recommend it to anyone who loves their doggies! Very pleasant staff and clean facilities!!!

Such a cute little dog hotel for our pups! They have a vet on site to handle anything your dogs need. A groomer and an awesome outdoor play area with a pool for the pups to swim in! Our pup who is usually not very social with other dogs had a blast playing with other pups. In the outdoor area they have a live camera where you can look in on your pups whenever you want. Cool place, great prices, Highly recommend!

They treat all the dogs with a lot of love and attention. The facility is also very clean.

I love pet paradise ! They’ve always treated my dog with so much care and love just like I would. Sunday morning my pup woke up with hives , the next morning I was able to get him seen by the vet . It’s Saturday morning and I got a call checking up on him and seeing how he was doing . That shows that you guys care about your patients and that it’s not just about the money! Thank you !

Love the staff and veterinarian, took excellent care for new client, like myself that had an emergency and got his shots, a physical on the care that he needs. Extremely well priced. Highly recommend anyone new to the area and they offer boarding services, along with all other pet care services.

⚠️Kennel Cough Diagnosis for both of my Dogs⚠️Boarded my pups for 3 days at the Lakewood Ranch location and picked them up on 7/27/21. This was their first time ever boarding. Their vaccines were up to date. 8/6/21 they were diagnosed with kennel cough. I called the location and spoke to the Assistant Mgr. informing her of the diagnosis per my Vet’s instructions on a recorded phone line. I was thanked for the information and I was told I would be contacted back to see how my dogs were doing. As of today 8/16/21, no call from anyone at Pet Paradise. My pups are still sick and are now on their second vet visit and their second round of antibiotics.

I took my dog in and they turned us away because my dogs records were hand written by my breeder. They insinuated I forged the document. My dog is NKC registered and i travel with him due to I’m a travel nurse and never had this problem or treatment. The manager called and apologized but didn’t change my experience.

This was our first time at this Pet Paradise location, yet the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating. Beautiful location with awesome amenities. We will definitely use them again!

We take our 3 dogs to Pet Paradise for their yearly. The veterinarian staff are super friendly and my dogs really seem to like them.

I absolutely love this place. I have only been to the vet area and they are all great. I can see the dogs playing out there and the staff really seems to love what they do. I mean who wouldnt you get to play with the dogs mostly. Very clean organized prices are wonderful too.

Don’t work there! Several confirmed dog bites on employees within the last month. The manager does not appear to care about those that work for her.Love the response. 😂 You strive to provide a safe, fun and enjoyable experience? Well, if getting bit 3 times and having to go to the ER is all that, then you definitely do not realize what you are talking about. SMH, I will contact whoever to make sure your passive care for your employees changes.

Just the best!We found this place and it is such a blessing, I was taking my babies at another local daycare when needed, but never felt safe and honestly I couldn’t keep my eyes off the camera since the place didn’t feel quite right and I seen the action taken when someone is misbehaving, I went into work stressed out and could not wait to pick them up..Because of my past experiences I couldn’t keep my eyes off the camera, and every time I looked at Pet Paradise tiny town camera someone was petting a doggie or even laying in the ground with them.I know as customers we pay for someone to care for them, but to go as far as petting them and giving them love and hugs when were not there, and treating them like family honestly is priceless.Im so thankful with every single member at Pet Paradise for taking such good care of my babies and giving me the peace to work stress free and knowing that my babies are enjoying themselves and having an amazing time!Thank you Pet Paradise!

I’ve used them several times and would highly recommend but after last visit a week or so ago, where I added on Day Camp and playtime, all 3 of mine came home with Kennel Cough even though they are all vaccinated currently. I wonder if this place requires Bordatella and checks to make sure their guests are current? $250 in Vet bills for me because of this. 😢

We use this place both for grooming and to board the puppies - so far no issues. Staff is kind and attentive, sometimes there is a little wait but small price to pay to know the puppies are safe and cared for

I was planning to inquire about using your facility for my dog. But after reading FOURTEEN very negative comments regarding the facility, its high cost, rude employees and THREE customers’ dogs coming down with kennel cough, I wonder how you can stay in business. Our dogs were well taken care of and had a great time. The had plenty of exercise and were well worn out when they got home. Super comforting being able to look in on our pups with their web cameras. Well definitely be returning with our fur kids.

Upon arrival the very rude receptionist told us our indoor outdoor suite was unavailable even though I booked it 2 months in advance with email confirmation. After that upsetting situation, she rearranged someone elses reservation, poor people, for the suite I reserved. Then the receptionist took one look at my dog, who is paraplegic, her back legs do not work, and said we dont take these type dogs, someone should have contacted you...let me back up, this was our Second Visit! Why didnt they explain that 9 months ago?? I personally went there, got a tour and told them about her condition ahead to be certain they could handle it. Now they tell me?? Must be new owners...we were told we were not invited back . After picking them up 6 days later, I found that one of my dogs food was never used, the whole box was untouched, what the hell did she eat? This was truly the most unprofessional, upsetting, rude experience ever! So Im going back to Bayside who were gracious and very receptive to my dogs condition and more affordable to...Too bad Pet Paradise, too bad...

We left our male dog in this place even though at the beginning we were very skeptical as the staff never gave us a tour around the facility because of COVID they said. Also, no cameras available to check on your dog from time to time. We paid for 5 nights but thanks God we came a day earlier to pick him up. I don’t want to over elaborate this review so I will be quick. Our male dog was unrecognizable, at least he dropped 10 pounds in 5 days, very bad smell and dirt everywhere. He was looking very scared and confused. But the very sad part was that he pee twice in a roll for a very long time, so make your on conclusions. I will never take him here again.

This place is great. They have a regular sized pool that my Cash just loves. This is why it kills me to write this review. He has been there maybe 4 times. The first time he was put into what they told me was a 1 hr time out for mounting a dog in the pool. Ok~ thats acceptable, however, he was in there much longer than 1 hour. The fourth time I took him (today 6/25/20) I was told that daycare would begin at 10 am and that is when his time would start in regards to the 8 hour day play. When my husband arrived to pick him up it was a totally different story and said the charge would be for a whole day of play which is 40. After a phone call to them they agreed that we would be charged 25 this time because of the mix up. Which is still more than I was quoted which was 20.I just cancelled his upcoming reservation and will be taking him to Woofdorf Astoria or Pet Suites in the future.

We love Pet Paradise!! My dog cant wait to get out of the car when we pull up! He is always very excited to play and have fun. We use the vet service and it is fantastic. I can drop my dog off for the day to play and he also will visit the vet if needing anything updated. They have also done a great job during this covid-19 situation. They have made helpful accommodations to where I feel safe for my dog and my family.

Doggy daycare and vet services are amazing. Poor grooming experience and bad follow up from groomer on dog being hurt during service. (I was not notified by the groomer that my dog received an eye injury) she did not follow up but vet services was willing to help.

Bon Bon loves going to Pet Paradise, her tail nearly wags off of her butt when she realizes we have pulled up in front of her favorite place to be. So many new friends to play with, both human and the furry kind. We especially enjoyed dropping her off for Wacky Wednesdays in October, and seeing her in the themed costumes.

Although I rate this pet resort very high, and I recommend it highly, I had one minor issue.Our 2 year old Lab spent one day in Daycare. We could see her playing on the web cams any time we wished. No question, she had a ball in the pool, and playing with up to a dozen other dogs.However, she injured her paws, front right, and rear left. One paw pad was scraped off a bit, and the other pad had a gash. We dont blame Pet Paradise for the wild running of our Lab, as several of the other dogs were running, at times, with abandon.She seemed okay until she was got home, when she began to limp a bit. At first we thought she may have injured a ligament or something more serious. After extensive examination, all over, we observed the paw pads. We applied Neosporin on the paws, and, fortunately, we had some little doggie boots (she likes jumping up on people when she meets them, so, sometimes, we put them on the front paws, at first meeting).She walked around in the boots for a couple days (too funny looking, lol) and the paws healed and she was herself, again. No harm done.I noticed, the ground around the pool is cement, or some other material designed to prevent slipping, I suppose. Our pup may have received abrasions on that surface. Again, this certainly wouldnt be the fault of Pet Paradise staff, as pups love to run and play. I dont know if the pets can be tempered when running on this surface, although there is plenty grass they run on also. Next time, I will inquire about this.The one issue I have, is I dont think we would like our pup running and playing all day long, which may lead to the paw issues. Perhaps for the future, we will arrange for an hour or so of play, and the remaining time, for daycare, more quiet time. Not sure if Pet Paradise accommodates this, but we do plan to use their services in the future. Its a marvelous facility with a great staff.As an aside, this first day we used this resort was complimentary, which was a plus. The Webcams were high quality, allowing us to watch the dogs enjoy themselves, which they did.

If your dog doesnt look out the front door wistfully to go to camp on a regular day when hes staying home ,if your dog doesnt go ballistic with zoomies in excitement at the word Camp, if your dog isnt plain exhausted after a day of camp or even an overnight stay, you need to check out Pet Paradise Lakewood Ranch. They are bar none the best option for day camp or overnights when you either want to treat your pup to playtime with others or need to board them for any reason. When our Cooper sees the leash we use to take him to camp move from the bin to the table he is on pins and needles excited, sits by the front door, and wags his tail excitedly as he knows where he is going. What a joy it is to have a place we know he loves going to when we need them. Ps. Sorry he peed in the pool last time.

We boarded our dogs for 10 days while on vacation. The day we were to pick them up there was a misunderstanding as far as the pickup day and time so the baths weren’t given. The staff was so professional and handled it perfectly by bathing them ASAP and comping both baths!We are very pleased with Pet Paradise, their staff and services! We will definitely be back!!

Great place you can tell how much they care for our dog

Unfortunately, my dogs are small, and at the beginning they were placed with other small dogs (like them). Now they have medium and small dogs all together. I prefer to find a place where they get to play with only dogs their size and not medium size and aggressive breeds. By looking at the cameras I can see that at times my dogs were intimidated by some of the medium size dogs. Other companies offer the same services and have them divided by small, medium, and large breeds.

I used to be so hesitant to have my pets go to a daycare in fear I would get constant calls that a fight broke out and my dog got hurt or that he wouldnt get the type of play and attention I would hope for him. But this place has completely changed my perspective on doggy daycare and I could not feel a greater sense of relief that Cooper is in good hands the entire time and that he is having the time of his life all day. The best part is all the cameras they have in case you want to check on your fur baby and see how they are doing. It was comforting to be able to see how he was doing and see if he was having fun with the others.. I also love that I had asked if they could try to get Cooper to play in the water (he wont go near our pool ever since we adopted him) and a few times I picked him up he was still a little wet from finally enjoying a little water time! Thank you to all the staff at pet paradise for giving Cooper a place that he gets so excited about when he sees us pull up. We love you all so much and are so thankful to have found this place! We couldnt have asked for a better home away from home.

Called and left a voicemail to get pricing on grooming. No one ever called me back. DMed on Instagram for pricing and they said to call for pricing. I informed them that I did call and left a voicemail. No response.

We always had a great experience at Pet Paradise. Until our dogs got sick from a short stay at Pet Paradise. We contacted Pet Paradise immediately after picking up our pups and realizing something was wrong. After taking our pups to the vet and getting them treated and spending hundreds more on top of our pricey stay at Pet Paradise we were understandably upset. My Wife and I contacted Pet Paradise and informed them of the situation. They stated they would pay for the vet bill and we sent all the information they requested over. It’s been months and they have yet to paid anything despite what they said. I hope this experience services as a warning to anyone considering doing business with this establishment.

Pet Paradise Lakewood Ranch is the most professional and well-kept pet resort around! The staff are amazing and love and treat our Sophie girl as one of their own. (A huge shoutout to Lani for all of the extra love and attention that she gives to Sophie!) We didn’t hesitate for one second on our most recent trip, because we knew she was in the BEST hands! We have lots of choices when it comes to pet care. Dr. Vicki Parker and her staff provide excellent, professional and very compassionate care.The boarding staff are excellent as well.

I dropped my dog off here while visiting my grandma in Sarasota. The staff was amazing from the moment we came in the door. I called to ask if she could be switched from the all day play area for big dogs to Tiny Town (since she’s right in the middle in terms of size), and they were super accommodating and moved her right away! I watched her swim on the cameras and it was so cool to see her become comfortable with the pool!

My lovely 3 years old dog is naturally fearful and has separation anxiety issues. I wanted to find a place for him to go for day care visits and occasional boarding where he can feel safe, comfortable and happy. Pet Paradise staff does everything to accommodate my dogs needs and make him feel special and loved. And now, he is always excited about going to play with doggies. I was especially touched by how attentive the staff was during my dogs boarding time for 11 days. Pet Paradise staff went above and beyond my expectation and I am very grateful for their time, effort and kindness !!!

Very happy with the level of care and attention our dog Marque receives at the Lakewood Ranch location. This is true for both the day care and overnight boarding services. The staff is very friendly and committed and from what Ive seen, all the animals are treated to a safe, fun environment.

My cat has never been boarded before and I was initially nervous to leave him, but the facility is very clean, safe and comfortable for all animals. The environment was calming and the staff was very friendly and caring. I am a bit of a helicopter parent and regularly checked up on my cat through the webcam and phone calls and the staff was always helpful and understanding. They also contacted me immediately with questions or concerns about his eating habits. My cat was very well taken care of and I would definitely recommend this Pet Paradise to other pet parents looking for boarding or daycare options.

This place is the best dog facility Ive ever seen. They know my name and my pets name as soon as she walks through the door. They even offer to put sunscreen on my dogs face since she has white fur. Elliot loves coming here and always visits for all day play and a doggy icecream. Highly recommend, plus you cant beat the price for doggy daycare at pet paradise.

Our dog Daisy has stayed in tiny town for two separate visits now and will be staying again in a few days. She gets so excited when she sees us bringing suitcases out to the car because she knows she’s going to Pet Paradise. We like it because it’s clean, is conveniently located for easy drop off from I 75, and there’s never too many dogs in tiny town so she gets a lot of attention!

Wonderful caring facility. Every time we checked the webcam there was a person in the room interacting with the animals. Left my sisters dog and cat. Would not hesitate to recommend or to leave my cats.

Two of my senior pups went there today and had a blast! What a beautiful facility. The staff was very kind and attentive :) Well be back!

Love this location! I have two dogs and they take great care of them while I travel and I never worry about them as they give me constant updates.The Lakewood staff is friendly, courteous and always going above and beyond!

My Golden’s first time ever with a doggy daycare was such a great experience! Pet Paradise staff are so friendly and genuinely invested in your animals. Their webcam, mid-day updates and photos keep this helicopter dog mom so comfortable leaving my best friend with these wonderful people. He was kept in the one-on-one area, but received so much attention and play time that he fell asleep on the car ride home (which never happens).

My Golden doodle Hershey went there and had a fantastic day. He made friends animal and human. The staff is exceptional and facility is phenomenal. Will definitely recommend them to every person I know.

It seems like the same person is spamming one stars to this location which is truly disheartening since this location works so hard to take care of my two dogs with 5 star service always. I don’t know why so many people are giving terrible ratings, at the same time, something must have happened. Both of my dogs go to the Lakewood Ranch location. We left our 10 month old puppy there for a week when we had to go north for a funeral and she had a great time! She goes every so often for day camp and loves it! The staff is friendly and they all remember my Missy girl every time. Our older dog visits the vet clinic for her ears and I have never had such an informational visit at the vet before! I highly recommend this place!

I am very selective on where I take my furbabes for anything. I am the furmom that literally thinks of her dogs as her children. Now, let me share a story of why I love this place. First, they have a vet on staff that is there. Quick story...My whippet mix was running and she threw up. They took her back, checked her vitals, called me and told me what happened immediately. I trust them. Not only does the staff truly love my dogs but my dogs whine in the car when I turn down the street and they can’t get out of the car fast enough when I park. I’ve become obsessed with Pet Paradise. So much so that I enrolled my new pup into their premium vet service. One was spayed by Dr. Parker and she is an amazing vet. I don’t have any worries about taking them there. I know they are in very safe hands. They also will take the dogs temps, make sure none of them are overheating and will close the doors in temp reaches a certain temp. I legit love them. I can tell when my whippet mix doesn’t feel comfortable about a person or a place and here... she LOVES IT. Which makes me feel even better. Plus I can watch them on live feed cameras any time i want.

KC is my service dog and has never been to a camp, playing freely around dogs he didnt know or been in water other than a bath. I did not know they had webcams but once I found out I watched KC, other dogs and the staff interact with KC and was totally amazed. Shortly have I left KC I received a phone call with an update that the vet checked KC temp and put in him ac because it was a little high...I was totally blown away with such concern they show for their guest/clients. When I went to pick him up they shared photos and stories with me that brought tears to my eyes. There is NO doubt they love what they do there and go above and beyond what I ever expected. I even spoke with the assistant manager whom was amazing and everyone that works there was happy and had smiles on their face and greeted us right away when we walked in the door. If your looking for a place to take your dog/cat you can trust Pet Paradise at Lakewood Ranch and their prices are amazing.
