I went to this office probably 2/3 years, I was treated by both Dr. Chapman and her nurse practitioner. I always received good care and they were thorough in the problems that I had. I always felt more comfortable talking to the nurse practitioner to be honest but thats probably just a personal chemistry. Im in my late 20s and the Dr. no longer handles babies, Im not ready for a baby but Id like to start building a relationship with someone for when the time comes in the next few years.

Fantastic Doctor. Very thorough, very pleasant . Takes her time explaining so you understand completely. Would recommend her to anyone. As for folks who complain about the staff...I have never had a problem.

Dr. Chapman is actually a very good doctor. Her success is hindered by her office staff. There is absolutely no communication between them and getting anything done is impossible. I have called several times in advance to have a birth control prescription refilled. Here I am trying to do the responsible thing and it takes them over a week most times to call it into a pharmacy. To me that is unacceptable. Especially if Im doing my part to try and be responsible.

Dr. Chapman is the very best OBGYN I had in 30 years as an adult. My yearly visits are stress free, she takes the time to answer how many questions I have no matter how long, I never feel rushed or as I a bother like other physicians. If I need something from the office staff, they always oblige. Her office is easily located, she is the sole physician so I always see her, not a partner/practitioner. etc. I also like the fact her practice is gynecology only. No waiting rooms of pregnant women ready to burst or crying newborns. I am in and out within an hour. Highly recommend!

Dr. Carla Chapman is the best. Even if I dont have insurance she will stay my dr. I will pay cash. She did my hysterectomy and got me through every step of the way there after. Highly suggest! And the office staff is amazing !!

Changing from a 5 star to a one star. FRONT DESK STAFF IS RUDE. Not sure where to begin with what I have gone through with her office. Dr. Chapman is an amazing and friendly doctor, have been a pt with her for 2 years but her front counter staff is absolutely terrible!! I went for another general check up and the visit was not coded properly for my insurance to accept. It is a simple easy fix (have family who has worked in billing and coding for 20+ years) after THREE MONTHS of phone calls from experiencing them hanging up on me, hearing the office staff laugh at me in the background, and refuse to work with me and my insurance company..I have been brought to tears over this. Medical bills are extremely stressful to deal with and frustrating. The fact that your staff was laughing at me when you thought I was on hold..yeah I heard everything and I dont think it is funny.

If there was an option to leave NO star, I would. I just left this office, and I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a doctor in all of my life. This was my first visit as I was a new patient. Doctor Chapman had no concern for me as a new patient, my history, or for that matter my well being as far as I am concerned. She was so rude to me during the end of my exam when I was asking questions about office procedures and protocol. She literally snipped at me and told me she didnt know if she could explain herself any clearer. Also, the receptionist must have gone to the same school for rudeness.

Ive been using Dr. Chapman for several years. I have never had a GYN make me feel as comfortable as her. She genuinely cares about her patients. Same for the nurse practitioner. She is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Chapman is a fabulous Dr, she is caring and explains everything in detail so you know whats going on. HOWEVER dont expect her to be in time. EVER. I have tried scheduling in the morning and the last appt and its always an hr late. 😕. That is why she doesnt get 5 stars. I can appreciate her dedication but maybe dont schedule the appointments so close together.

Wonderful office and staff. Dr Chapman goes out of her way to help you with concerns and questions.

Definitely the worst doctors Ive ever experienced. Ive never even seen the actual doctor because Im always given the nurse practitioner which would be fine if she actually knew what she was doing. Been seeing them for over 6 months and they have given no real solution to the medical issues that Im having, nor did they try to resolve the issue until I mentioned changing doctors. If you call and leave a message, dont expect a call back anytime soon if they decide to call you at all. Youll have to keep calling until youre able to get ahold of someone. If they offer to get an answer and call you back, dont expect that either.Instead of offering solutions and help, you have to be the one to get an answer out of them and even then its pretty difficult in my experience. I am under 25, though, so its possible they just treat me poorly because they dont feel Im worth their time. I dont know, but from my experience they care very little about myself as a patient.

Dr. Chapman has to be the best obgyn in town. She makes you feel absolutely comfortable when she talks to you but not only that she takes her time explaining everything. She is the obgyn to go to

Dr Chapman has been my OB/GYN for the past 21 years.She was my one of my OBs with my first pregnancy (the practice had several and it was policy to see all physicians during a pregnancy). She also assisted with my second, and she was in her own private office for the third and loved her from the beginning! Her bedside manner in the OR (had 3 c-sections) was awesome! She made everyone in the delivery room relaxed and calm with her personality.Caring, patient and easy to talk too. I have had no problems with her staff ever. If there was a delay in information, there was a good reason and they still kept me informed.She is also my daughters GYN and they both have felt very comfortable with her and her staff as well.Thank you Dr. Chapman for taking excellant care of my family!

I love this doc even after hours if your not feeling good shell call and see what your problem is
