I started going to the Ramos Center at the beginning of 2021. I should have known that I wouldnt have a good experience based on the fact that it took me 3 call to get someone to set up my first appointment. When I questioned why, I was told that they had tried to contact me every time.My first examination was as quick as any I have ever had. I was sent for an MRI and xrays.I went for another consultation and was assured that they could eliminate my pain.Injections were scheduled and I waited anxiously.After the procedure, I continued to have pain. I was assured that it would take some time for the steroids to do their work. Well, I was still in pain, so another exam was scheduled and another set of shots were given. I was led to believe that these would last a while.As far as I can figure out, this center likes to schedule consults, quick exams without listening to patients. When I was in particularly bad pain I dared question why was I still in pain when I was going to a pain clinic, and that I should go somewhere else. I was accused of threatening the attending physician. At that point I decided to find other venues.I have never written a negative review of any service, but if I can prevent someone from going through what I went through it is worth it.

I recently had severe nerve pain in my leg--couldnt walk and was in pain standing or sitting begging for some relief... They tried one shot but it didnt work so they sent me home to wait TWO more weeks I was screaming into pillows and crying every day I also live alone so it was very difficult to gat to bathroom or kitchen. I had medical transport to dr but had to gat wheelchair to get in I was told I needed to make arrangement for my own chair as theirs wasnt to leave building like I had one. I will never go to this office again I feel like I was treated very poorly with no compassion for the pain I was in

I just love Dr Ramos. He has taken away all my lower back pain If your in palm and hate needles, the nurses are so gentle you hardly feel the needle

I am so pleased to have found doctor Ramos medical center. Ive been seeing Doctor Ramos and Janine for a while now and they are excellent, caring doctors. The staff is super friendly and always on top of things.( no long wait). I would highly recommend Dr. Ramos center.

Everyone there was not just professional, as one would expect, but attentive, nice. The Doctors listened to my concerns. They worked with me based on not just what I wanted, but explained everything I wanted to know. Its only been a couple of months, but Im already improving. Im very pleased with their work.

Hi, I have been suffocating in chronic pain for fifty years and have been in some very dark places, but after I saw Dr. Amen, I felt hope. This emotion is alien to me. He is a kind man and doctor. He was not judgemental and understands how pain can wear you down. I would recommend the Ramos Center for anyone in pain.

When I saw Dr Daura I felt better but then passed to nurses. I have had 2 Neuoparty test s on my feet. I suffered from blisters that I couldn’t feel, they ended up with infections . Dr D at Riverview. A Podiarist He did a handheld device and told me the same thing. I saw on the website that they had a per Neuporathy implant. I inquired about it to see if my insurance would cover it. My return call Chad Henderson said I don’t have it. He never has looked at my feet Why am I on the maximum amount of Gabapentin. I informed him of the appointment I had. Nothing put in my record. Then I got a SI infection from him . And in bed on ice. My BCBS statement says Dr Daura did it.

I recently had procedures on my lower back here. The staff very knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the the way. Not one problem from top to bottom. Was seen quickly and scheduled quickly. Staff follow up after procedures is a very nice touch. I would recommend this facility for treatment hands down.

The physical therapy department at the Ramos Center is great! I have been dealing with pain from a herniated disc injury for almost a year, and Thomas has helped to get my pain levels down significantly!

I love this place they are awesome!! I have no problem with this establishment from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. This is the first doctors office I have ever felt like a human being in in a long time. The receptionists are great with appointments and taking care of you when you call or getting right back with you if you have to leave a message. I really recommend this place.

I go to the Venice office and I wish that the Ramos Center could take care of my other issues like they are on my back and neck. It would make living life easier, little too no pain every day is a good thing.All the staff are excellent people to work with, friendly, professional and caring. I left Ramos Pain Clinic after four years of receiving medication guidance and three times shots which didnt work. This was apparently an issue as every time I had appointment it was pushed on me. Im not an addict not did I need a”fix”i am in my 80’s and all I needed pain relief

With COVID 19 I am still having video appointments. I see Deb who now seems like an old friend. She listens carefully and responds with logical conclusions, that are easily understood. I feel Ramos Pain Center always put my needs first. They are wonderful to deal with, from leaving messages to actual physical treatment and I would highly recommend them.

Worst experience in my life.Never, never go there if you are in pain.Dr.John DAuria, was insulting, and took 6 days with daily reminders to send a prescription, for my very painful crushed back bone.A -0 is to high of a rating here.

The doctors really care about their patients! Dr. D’Aria was very pleasant and listened to my concerns. My last two virtual visits were with Debbie, the ARNP and she is so fabulous!

Dr. Ramos it’s got an excellent bedside he is gentle and compassionate. Dr. Benson is my back doctor another doctor that will sit and listen and take in consideration everything that is wrong to find a solution. Dr. Amin Is my pain specialist from the first day that I met him I knew that my rapport was special with him, he is compassionate listens and really works to find a solution as to what will help your pain most. I am so pleased with this office, the staff is wonderful as well. They deserve all five stars

Three years ago was my first visit to the Ramos Center. Chad Henderson (Nurse Practitioner) started, at my first visit, a sincere and compassionate dialog with me that has lasted for over three years. When I first came to see Chad, my quality of life was so bad, I was starting to give up hope that I would ever do any of the things that I loved to do. I have steadily progressed under his care. It is not only about the treatments and medications that have helped me, it was also the goals and encouragement that Chad gave me. Thank you Chad and of course thank you Dr. Ramos.

The care they give you from beginning to end is outstanding. They make you feel like family. They tell you step by step what they are doing. The doctors and staff have great bedside manners and I would definitely tell everyone who needs pain management to go to the Ramos Center. Thank you for the time spent on me and my pain. 👍

I am not at all pleased with the way I am being treated at the Ramons Center. I have waited months to see a doctor that is willing to help me manage my Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. This is a rare condition that is very misunderstood in the medical community as well as the general public. According to The Ramos Center they treat and understand this disorder. My experience is far from that.During my consultation visit, I was assigned Dr. Benson. Upon arriving, a very nice person walked me back to a consultation room, and had me go over my complete and total history. She then said Dr. Benson would be in to visit with me. He came in to do the exam, and I had to go over my entire history again. Then came the physical exam. I had told him that I am VERY sensitive to touch. I knew he would have to touch me to see where the pain was. He touched my leg and I just about went through the window. He then made me do a bunch of other things that caused agonizing pain. He then told me to sit down. When I took what he felt was too long, he barked at me and said, have a seat. I said I was very sorry, but I could barely walk. He then asked, why do you use a cain for CRPS? I told him because sometimes the pain is so bad, my leg gives out and I need to to stabilize myself. I feel like he scoffed at me. I was also very concerned, as several times during the exam Dr. Benson sneezed and was coughing. Yes, we were all wearing masks, but we were well inside of the 6ft zone, which cannot be helped.Once I was seated, he looked right at me and explained what CRPS is, and if it isnt treated at onset, it is not treatable. I already knew this, as I have had this disorder for almost 30 YEARS. He then told me that due to my age, he will not prescribe opioids to help relieve my pain. He suggested Lyrica and said he would only prescribe Tramadol in low doses. I told him that I have previously tried both, and that combo did not work at all, but I was willing to try it again. At this point, I am willing to try anything to help. He then went on telling me that he thinks I have a bulging disc or stenosis, and that is what is causing the pain. I told him I have scans, and can send them to him, but as usual, he wanted his own scans, which of course coast me even more money. I agreed to have the fresh scans. He then told me he wanted to try a Nevro Spinal Cord Stimulator. I told him I already tried the Boston Scientific and it did nothing at all, and if anything it made my pain more intense after the trial. His response was, The newer units work better and dont have the side effects of the old ones. He also suggested pain shots, which I have also had in the past, and they only provided a few hours of relief and a soon as they wear off, the pain comes back even worse and it takes me days to recover from that pain. He then sent me on my way. The very nice nurse or tech or whatever she was (I dont know her name, as she never said, nor does anyone wear a name tag.)I left The Ramos Center feeling let down. I DO NOT WANT to be on opioids the rest of my life, and I understand the hesitation to put me on them. I am not asking for high dose, as even lower doses seem to make my life bearable. Everything he discussed doing I have done in the past, and it either did not work at all, or it made my pain worse. I went back to feeling absolute dread. Like there was not light at the end of the tunnel.Now I am having prescription issues, and The Ramos Center is not returning anyones calls to them.Please try and find someone else to go, as these people do not care.

Excellent and proactive service by all office professionals and medical personnel. Doctor Abraham Fura initially conducted my evaluation on an emergency basis after referral by my general practitioner. Since that time, all staff, especially Nurse Practitioner Jessica, has been present and empathetic to our needs in advance of major surgery conducted at the University of Florida Shands Hospital.Post surgery and due to limitations of the pandemic, they have adjusted all appointments to be virtual and consistently provide support for all checkups and any questions on our end. Without hesitation, I recommend their services and will be continuing treatment for an impairment that will require long term management and care.

Everyone is nice from the check in to the Dr. The Drs. are very thorough and help for your pain comes fast. For reasons beyond their control, they may not be able to heal you, but they will do everything possible to keep the pain manageable. They dont give up on you.

I am taken care of by Debbie. She always is sure I understand everything. She repeats until I do. Every one there is very professional.

This rip off place did nothing for my foot pain . Dr. Benson stayed on other side of room. Didnt look at my foot , just gave medicine other doctors had already given me . After my insurance co. Paid my bill, on July 31, they billed me on aug.12 , I sent them a check on aug. 16, they cashed it on aug. 21 . Four days later I got statement from insurance co. Showing they paid the bill. I waited a few days and called them, they said could take 30 to 60 days to get my money. I called them , and went to office , said I would get my money by nov. 13 . Still no money on nov. 23 . Do not do business with them.

My first visit was with Jessica (nurse practitioner). She was amazing at asking questions to find out a plan of treatment. Very professional and helpful. They were able to schedule my procedure in a timely manner. Very efficient office. The procedure was quick. They got me in and out quickly but I never “met” the doctor. I was face down when he came in to the room. I’m sure he saw my chart and understood my issues but I couldn’t tell you what he looks like if I bumped into him in public or for that matter even in his office. I feel kinda weird about that. He was professional and performed the procedure quickly. I’m only one day out so not sure of the effectiveness for pain relief yet. But overall the office practice seems to be outstanding.

What good is it to have a pain management dr when your In excruciating pain and they tell you you can have a teledoc appointment in 2 weeks and then Who knows when they can give you an actually injection appointment.. completely ridiculous!!

All the office staff and the MA everybody to the doctors are wonderful there they help you you get your insurance I’m just really happy with the Ramos pain center

I have suffered from Fibromyalgia for 12 years and it is one of those conditions that don’t always get much attention from providers. The Doctors at Ramos Center have been very understanding and helpful. I am sorry for anyone who needs to visit a pain clinic but the care and compassion I have received from the staff at Ramos make this difficult journey much easier.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fabian Ramos for 15 years. Twenty years ago I suffered a severe accident that resulted in four ruptured cervical disks and an impaction fracture in the C2 vertebrae. I was in severe, daily pain for seven years prior to moving to Bradenton and undergoing various treatments by Dr. Ramos. Over the course of a year after moving here, his care reduced my pain substantially. Since then, he has corrected severe lumbar stenosis (I no longer suffer any pain), arrested the majority of my headaches and enabled me to get off all pain medications.His practice has grown dramatically over the years, but I am a faithful convert to his ever increasing implementation of new interventional methodologies and feel he has acquired an exceptional staff of physicians. I will always recommend the Ramos Center to those searching for relief!

I went here a year ago because I suffer from severe back pain and I’m only in my twenties. I wasn’t looking for medication I was looking for help. I had about 4 to 5 treatments there and guess what I’m still in horrible pain everyday. I know have permanent nerve damage in my neck I still I have days I can’t move my right shoulder and I cry every night from the pain. I just wanted help that’s all but my pain is now worse.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Ramos and the Ramos Center for the past 3 plus years along with having a nice P.A. Chad. About 5 months ago, I was told I would be transferred over to Dr. Amin. I am a Registered Nurse who had badly injured my back while lifting one of my patients from the floor. I am in pain daily due to this injury but I must tell everyone that this doctor is very special. Not only is he kind, but he listens and spends time with me. I respect his knowledge greatly. Personally, I find it difficult to find doctors who are willing to listen and help to the extent that Dr. Amin does. I cannot tell you how very happy I am to have him as my Specialist. After years of chiropractors, massage therapy, physical therapy, surgeries, pills, Dr Ramos & staff are approaching pain mgmt with nerve testing with temporary numbing to test then the radio frequency ablation to block nerve long term!His staff are so kind, patient, caring and healing including a prayer before treatment!

I want to commend Melissa that put my IV in the last time I was at the office for a procedure. She was calm, pleasant and had a sweet smile that put everyone she worked with while I was there at ease. Most importantly, she put the IV in perfectly the first time, which rarely happens with me. Afterwards I only had a very, very small bruise mark from it, which is also unusual. Normally, I have a huge black and blue mark. I appreciated everyone that worked with me that day! Their staff is AMAZING! Carolina & Liz stepped in to help when my prescription was delayed. They must have 7,000 clients on the phones at all times, yet they find the time to help each and every patient. The Ramos Center is thorough and very professional! I consider myself a “professional patient “ as I have been dealing with doctors, hospitals and all things medical my entire 60 years of life! Dr. Grace took the time to explain procedures to me in a clear way without condescension! In other words, he spoke with me not at or down to me! This ability to relate is not, in my experience, something that comes easily to doctors. It was my first visit and I was impressed! I look forward to working on a better way to improve my health in the future! P.S. I just had a procedure at the Ramos Center in Bradenton with Dr. Grace and staff. Had to come in couldnt get through on the phones to schedule an appt. Finally Susie came out and helped me resolve my issues. She is a great asset at the Ramos center. Her compassion is genuine. Dr.Fura is my doctor and great choice there also. He listens, and you dont feel rushed. Great place!! Nice to know there are still physicians and staff that actually care.

All the staff is very friendly and Dr. DAuria talks you through the whole injection process and has music on, so it really calms you down.

Since I have been a patient of The Ramos Center I live a 100% of my functional capabilities. I lost my leg in an car accident and lived in discomfort until I became a patient at The Ramos Center.

Chad Henderson is the BEST!! He cares so much about his patients, and his medical assistants. He is always on time. I have never waited to be seen. He says my time is as important as his. Wow!! What dr. ever says that!! He also is the BEST at giving injections. He makes me pain FREE! I would highly recommend him. Also his assistant Dajohnnae Davis is amazing! She is so sweet and so caring. The Ramos Center should be very grateful to have both of them.

Consistently the worst follow through when trying to get refills before next appointment. My mother has an appointment here every three months but she will go another night without pain medications.. again. We went through this just 2 months ago. Even when they say they will send the RX that day, they don’t. They just make excuses then still fail to correct it. I have lost all confidence in their competence.

I brought in a friend of mine friday evening that was released from hospital and is in excruciating pain everyone in office was so kind and helpful her Dr which was so caring, ordered a MRI which she was able to do Friday evening, hoping to have procedure done quickly to alleviate pain, we called today to see if radiologist had read I spoke with the nurse(Shaqua) who was so kind and helpful and caring ,so nice to deal with someone like her when going thru something like this.

Dr. Ramos explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He was very professional and made a follow up contract to see how I was feeling. I saw Dr. Grace last week regarding ongoing neck pain. I just moved to the area three weeks ago and had been getting trigger point injections back at home. Dr. Grace had already previewed my records, discussed ongoing treatment and was quite professional and thorough! I was extremely pleased with him and the entire staff! Also I was able to get scheduled for trigger point injections! I’m so pleased to have found Dr. Grace and the Ramos Center for Pain.

I have had 2 visits with Dr. Grace and I was EXTREMELY pleased with the out comes. He is very professional and has great bed side manners. He treated me with respect and worked with me to try and find a solution to my chronic pain. I would recommend him all day!

Went to Ramos with painful knee problems. They gave me a thorough exam, x-rays, and a course of treatment that has greatly improved my knee pain. I have returned to moderate exercise and am losing weight which also helps in knee issues. Everyone is polite and I have never had to wait past my appointment time.

Dr Ramos is fantastic. I injured my back in 1994. in 2010 i came to Dr. Ramos. He has gotten me off high doses of pain killers. I go once every three months and get injections in my back. I get a great amount of pain relief and only. need minimum painkillers.I know that it doesnt fix the problem but this is something that cant be fixed. Thanks to Dr. Ramos I can live firly good life.

I have been coming for about 5 years. I really only see Dr. Ramos at procedures but see Janeen at all my visits. She is the best. I like that it is always her but I always have different Mas or nurses I dont like that. You dont get to know one another and have to repeat every single detail of your history.

I live in Dunedin, Florida. I travel an hour to see Dr. Fabian Ramos because he is the best. His knowledge is amazing and he is very humanitarian. I would go any where to be treat by him. My experience with him has being wonderful . He is very sharp, smart and humble. He knows what is he doing. He has answers to all my questions. He is there to help people with need in pain. No help what so ever. Ive called all week long left two messages a day just for some relief over the holiday, and no call back. And that is what i was told to do if i didnt have any relief was to call. I have yet to find a doctor of any kind that actually cares about their patients even enough to call back. Sad.

All personnel are efficient and wait times are minimal which is a big plus for me as I have difficulty sitting for long periods of time.

My most recent appointment was with Holly MacDonald, PA-C, MPAS. It was a consult regarding my spinal condition. Holly is a true professional and has a solid understanding of my medical issues. We are kind of back to square one on my case as I experienced a major health issue in September unrelated to my lower back issues. I feel confident that both Holly and Dr. Grace and my care at the Ramos Center will have positive results.

The Ramos Center is very professional & go over all your test to show you where your problems are. They make you feel comfortable from check in thru your procedure. I will be getting injections Tues am without being put to sleep. When I first went to the Ramos Center I saw the doctor for the initial visit. Go over my back problems. He ordered a MRI and said he would talk to me after he reviewed it. I never saw him again. The nurse called me to schedule appointments for injection. They said he gave the injections but he never talked to me. I didn’t even know he was among the masked faces. My final visit I expected to see and talk to him but a nurse practitioner came in with a nurse, who also was not to friendly. I would give the Remos center a 10 - the Doctor a 5.

I have a relatively rare and painfully debilitating condition known as Post-Thrombotic Syndrome. After seeing several physicians who either had never treated or were not familiar with this condition, I made an appointment at The Ramos center. The staff were very professional and Dr Fura was both knowledgable and highly effective in helping me. I have a Ph.D. degree in psychophysiology, many courses toward an MD degree and I have taught at three medical schools. I know highly competent when I encounter it. This doctor and his associate, Dr. Jessica Radcliffe (PH.D. in nursing) were extremely professional and just outstanding to deal with. I recommend them very strongly with no reservations. Dr E. Staff was very courteous and kind. From check in through procedure. They were very organized. Would highly recommend. Even though no one looks forward to getting injections, it was overall a great experience for something not so fun.

I went to 4 orthopedic surgeons before I found Dr. Grace. He immediately figured out what was wrong with my knee when the other doctors guessed incorrectly Dr. Grace is a godsend. I dont know what I would have done if I hadnt met him. Dont hesitate. Make an appointment with Dr. Grace if you want to be healed

Nerve ablation of lower back was a success. After several years of epidural injections we tested to have nerve ablation and had positive results. Two weeks ago they did the right side and today they did the left side with no sensations on pain in my lower back in almost 25 years.

They staff are courteous and very professional. My procedure was explained to me step by step. The ibstructions for post procedure care was explained and provided.

I got there at 6:15 am and the young lady at the desk was very friendly like all the other young ladies. As wine an I sat down I was called to the back so they could put my IV in and maybe 5 minutes i was called and everyone was awesome Dr. Ramos came in and asked how was I doing and once he asked what was my DOB they proceeded to do the radio frequency I went to sleep like always the team did an excellent job. 1 review5.0 star rating 11/1/2017I fell down my apartment stairs and injured my back. I am not one to take pain meds but my pain was excruciating. I went to see Dr.Ramos and he suggested that I get two series of injections for my pain. My first visit was in Sarasota. Beautiful office and accommodating staff. The kindness and caring nature of the procedure staff made me feel at ease. It has now been 4 days after my first set of injections and my pain is down to a 2. I cant wait for the next set to be pain free. If you are one who does not care much for medications at the Ramos Center they have a variety of options to treat your pain.PAIN FREE!!

Dr. Grace is professional and compassionate. The staff is friendly. Never a long wait. So happy that I found the Ramos center!

Shots are not always a personal choice. Medication effective but wears off between doses so relief is temporary

I would not see Dr. DAuria at this facility. I have had several issues with Ramos Pain Management Center & he is one of those issues. Most of the time, you will see a PA, so if you dont mind that, this is an OK place to go. Theyve been able to help me some, part of why they couldnt help fully was my own financial problems. I do like Chad, he listens and tries to find what works best for me.However, I do feel after waiting for an hour + to see him, I am rushed out very quickly. Ive had issues with some of the staff members but since Ive been going there a while now, most of them are nice now. Just dont expect to get return phone calls in a timely manner if at all. I need my medicine so I continue going here. Im definitely looking for alternatives.

I love going to see Dr Ramos, every time I have a procedure he takes a moment to stop touch my hand ask me how I am, and tell me that hes going to make me better, he has the best bedside manner. Shaleese and Nacari who run the front desk are awesome they are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure Im being charged correctly and they do it with a beautiful smile. Ive had the pleasure of Melissa and Sally who are some of the nurses there, they are caring and empathize with the patient and great at their job I never have to have an IV be put in more than once, they always get in the right spot the very first time which means a lot , you know how much those can hurt even though theyre just a little needle. My experience with this office over the last 4 years has always been excellent , never once have I had a complaint!

Dr Ramos is always concerned with your wellbeing. He continues to work with you to give you comfort so you are able to have a quality life. I would highly recommend him for your care.

Never see doc always see Danny. I think he cares about the patients more than Dr. Ramos. Thats just my opinion. I believe Danny really cares about the patients and will become a great doctor some day.

Ive seen Dr. Ramos for nearly four years, & Ive found him to be extraordinarily compassionate, kind & helpful. Hes given me injections in my hips & sacral joints every three months, & hes always gentle & understanding of my fear of the procedures. For routine appointments, I generally see Janine, one of the nurse practioners, & she, too, is compassionate & kind, very thoroughly answering all my questions. Im leaving the Bradenton area soon, but I hope to come back in a couple of years; when I do, Ill definitely try to get into the Ramos Center again for treatment & care.

Ramos Center is the only place l will ever go for helping my body relieve the curse of life with unbearable relentless pain. Staff and PA Debbie are wonderful and caring. Debbie is knowledgeable, she knows more then most GPs, l do listen to her advice. Dr. DAuria, really is a talented pain Doctor, and he has helped me more then any that l have been too. The Physical therapy dept. is really helpful. I have been reluctant to go, but l got to say it has really taken the edge off the pain, and strengthening my core was what l needed. They are the best!

I was aprehensive about my injections. Dr.Fura spoke to me before my injections and eased my worries. I was was pain free in a week. He is the best.

Dr. Ramos and Danny Delgado are great doctors and extremely knowledgeable of what each patient needs! I have been treated for my pain issues since 2014! I have been treated for my pain pain since 2002 in Pennsylvania and Florida! Keep up the great work guys!
