Dr. Dorman and staff were great. They were able to diagnose what was going on with my ears. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I was suffering from a form of vertigo. Was sent to Dr. Dorman. All he did was look in both ears and tell me to quit using the ear drops and meds prescribed by my physician. Did absolutely nothing to help. Acted as if I was a terrible imposition to be squeezed into his schedule. Then he had the nerve to charge me and my insurance company $150 for the 5 minutes he took. I would rate him less than one star if that was possible.

This office is absolutely awesome! From front door to see dr. Dr is so thorough. And staff so nice. What more could you ask for? Nothing! Go see this wonderful team and dr doorman!

I love the staff. The girls were very comforting to my son. My son got something stuck in his ear. He was scared and a little sore from other doctors trying to help. The girls assured my son, all will be okay. Dr Dorman was kind and very kid friendly. In 2 seconds it was out, my son felt nothing. Dr. Dorman is great. I recommend him.

Dr. Dorman is an outstanding Doctor. He performed a tonsillectomy two years and discovered throat cancer. I credit him for saving my life. He has been part of my medical team and continues to provide follow-up care. I have always found him to be caring and professional. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him. Frankly, I dont understand some of these negative comments about him.

I wouldn’t give Dr. Dorman any stars! I REPEAT NO STARS!!! I took my grandmother to this doctor in hopes to find out what exactly was going on with her ears. Helping my grandmother translate what the dr was saying in English to her in Spanish, I noticed the Dr getting annoyed and not answering any of the questions I had. The Dr just cleaned my grandmother’s ear and said to take Tylenol for the pain that she was having around her ear. I of course made sure to ask questions to limit down any possibilities as to why my grandmother was having pain in her ear and ringing noises as well! The Dr just left us in the room without any diagnoses or even the next procedure. We waited until he came back to figure out what was next! He never came back, instead mumbled under his breath as he walked by the room, “Why are you still here? you’re done!” Hearing what he said and how he said it without addressing it to me like a professional Dr. really had me livid at this point. This disgusting human being had the nerve to walk by and say something like that, like I’m to dumb to hear or something! I stood up to find him but he was already in another room with another patient!! I left with so much anger, I couldn’t believe how bad we were treated! Unfortunately, I had to witness the worst Dr. I ever been in contact with in my life and for that, that will be the last time I step foot in that facility! I recommend you NOT to go to this doctor! He is a total a-hole! He is not a people’s person and just rush the visit like he has better things to do!!!

This doctor does not have the people’s skill. He is not a good communicator and does not want to spend enough time with patient. His knowledge was. It that impressive either. I went for my ear ringing, no good result. Just cleaned my earwax and refer me to another doctor for testing.

Exceptional care. Convenient location plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly. The doctor addressed our concerns and had excellent information and advice.

The patient information was super easy and fun to fill out on a convenient tablet. The wait time was minimum, the nurse who checked us in was fantastic. The doctor was knowlagable and easy to talk to. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

He is the worst Dr ever. He is a quack. I have severe sinus and ear problems. I get fluid in my ears sinus infections all the time. Both times I went to him he said Im having migraines. He put my Drs down said they dont know what fluid is. Please dont go to him. Worst Dr ever. Bad attitude. Wont listen

Dr. Dolman is not a good Dr at all. He doesnt know how to listen. He also have a bad attitude. He could NOT found or answered my problems, he got up n rushed out the door. It was extremely Confusing n Humiliating. Good Dr would NEVER do that. Not to mention, charged me a fat bills! It has been a few months but I decided to leave the feedback for others!

I always had wonderful service with Dr dorman. Unfortunately his new secretary told me in November that I can not be seen again because they no longer accept cash patients. Its now January and I still cant hear. I wish cash wouldnt be an issue, why does it have to be through insurance?. ughh I just want to hear again!! Its such a simple procedure and I cant even make an appointment because of this stupid rule of not accepting self pay patients.

Dr. Dorman and his staff are the best. I have been going to him for over 10 years. A big thank you to his staff as well for their efficient and kind ways!

I would give this doctor 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately it is not an option. I called just to have an appointment with this doctor as I have a very sharp pain in my throat. The female that answered the phone said that since they dont accept my insurance they will not see me at all because they wouldnt accept cash as I have the insurance. I said that my pain is very bad and she just said NO. What kind of doctor is that??? All they care is big bucks. She wouldnt say anything her doctor didnt tell her to say.

My father went here ,and had an excellent experience with this office and the Dr. Due to him haveing a Perforated eardrum i was a little nervous but this Dr was good .

Wonderful doctor and staff! He explained everything about the procedures we needed and was corteous and professional about every step of the way!

Dr Bruce P Dorman MD Is very inpatient, short, ignores you, cuts you off when your talking to him. 0 star for you.

Non steril equipment ear equipment just tossed on a table no patience at all took my daughter there I will be calling someone for all the bad sterilization of medical devices had fire hazards as well on chair paitence sit in lamp broke just hanging there on back of chair plugged in . Just a all around quack

My first time and last! Not having patience with a hard of hearing patient is the worst thing that a doctor can do. Also he seemed to rush the visit.
