Staff is always friendly and I never wait long. Today, I’m not sure if I even sat down for 30 seconds.The hygienist, I think her name is Antoinette, is great. She is so nice, gentle and genuinely cares about her patients.This is my second appointment here and I’m glad I found them.

She checks on the whole family no matter who is there visiting that day. Never once making any of the adults or kids uncomfortable over all the years. New patient for a teeth cleaning. I HATE DENTIST OFFICES... Anna at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Shayna my hygienist was awesome. She was assisted by another team member since she had a tech glitch and you can tell that patient experience was their priority. Dr. Preiffer was kind and had great bedside manners. Very friendly and talked to me like a person, not like a number. Made me feel good about the visit... Easiest visit to a dentist and BEST experience. I NO LONGER HATE ALL DENTIST OFFICES. I highly recommend.

I decided to come here because I needed a referral for my wisdom teeth and its 2 minutes away from my house, they also accept my insurance so its very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised by such a friendly staff, they also were very thorough and still had me in and out in under an hour for x-rays, check-up and cleaning. After a nightmare of experience with Aspen dental I found Creekwood Dental. Karen and Dr. Brian were so caring knowledgeable and positive with me. Basically they had to clean up other practice disaster which should not be touching people’s mouth. The front desk, billing, dental assistant, doctors and dental hygienist are polite, professionals, knowable and friendly. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone that cares about their teeth and health!!

I became a new patient for Creekwood Dental today and was very impressed with the staff and the facility. They received my X-rays from my previous dentist (the disorganized one with no staff to greet their patients) and already had them loaded in the computer system under my file. I was able to fill in all the new patient forms beforehand and email them to the office. I had a 6month cleaning scheduled today and was very happy with Destiny as my hygienist. She was very professional and explained everything she was going to perform before and during the cleaning. I did get a bath with the water cleaning tool but was well protected and Destiny allowed time for water removal haha. They were able to schedule my appointment today ahead of the November one that I had scheduled. I was examined by Dr Pfeiffer after the cleaning and she was very nice and professional. The front staff was very quick to check me out and schedule my next cleaning appointment. If your looking for a friendly staff, very technologically advanced and comfortable Dentist then I highly recommend Creekwood Dental.

The entire office staff is the best!! Antoinette is my hygienist and my teeth are very sensitive. She takes the time to put on the numbing gel and she only hand scales my teeth. She makes me feel very comfortable even when Im ready to faint. You cant go wrong with Dr. Harrington either? one of the good ones.

They are very pushy with deep cleaning and when I said no they got upset the dentist looking up my insurance to see if its covered or not even the lady cleaning my teeth was upset n pushing me to do it. All that back and forth with the deep cleaning it took less then five minutes to do whatever she did in mymouth.I will NOT go backVery disappointed with them

Great dentist. I am always skeptical. I Trust No One; but my expectations were met at the highest degree. WoW. I am happy. Save your teeth. If a dentist tells you to pull get a second opinion. My dentist had her baby so needed an emergency visit when gums became inflamed. ER visit. Antibiotics and steroids and the healing process began. Creekwood Dental gave me the diagnosis, what great news. I have a great dentist and now I have Creekwood Dental to be my back-up. Trust is the greatest gift can give to a business or person. Great atmosphere.

Once they numb yourself mouth they are very rough. Everything is done in a hurry.Twice now they tried to charge me the full amount despite having my insurance on file.

I have been a customer of Creekwood Dental from its very beginning of time.. Way back when they hand wrote notes from each customer and James Little DDS opened that building almost 20years ago.. alot has changed over the decades as it was sold to Heartland group and grew with all new technology. Antoinette has been my hygienist for solid 18 years now. Shes is in my opinion the best at what she does! Even though the business James little started with I was 2 miles from home, this place is 11miles away and I never stop going to them! One of my best friends goes there as do all my referrals! Everyone is professional and friendly. I just think it would be a good idea to update the office. It just seems old and tired. The light over my exam chair looked about 20 years old.

Today was my first visit as I am new to the area and looking for a new dentist. My hygienist and the dentist were great, but being that this is a place that I have to be maskless I was more than a little concerned that one staff member was not wearing a mask at all and another was wearing one of those mesh masks with little rhinestones on it that provide absolutely no protection to any of the patients. I can’t believe a medical establishment would allow staff to be behave this way. I will never return here and will continue to look for a new dentist where patient safety is actually considered important.

The doctor who saw me was very nice. He explained everything nicely and so I could understand it. The lady who gave me my paperwork was a bit much though and confused me quite a bit. She spoke to me as if I knew the ‘lingo’ and what all those numbers and medical terms meant, which I do not. Lots of numbers and pushing me to open a line of credit that I was not comfortable with. I wish she would have slowed down a little bit. I was confused but didn’t know what questions to ask.Still coming back, but I wish they would slow down a bit, and explain a little more please.Altogether a fairly pleasant experience

I went over what the costs for my appointment were supposed to be before actually coming in. The estimate they gave me as I sat in the chair was $60 more than it was yesterday. My mom set up a payment plan for an outstanding balance that the insurance company didnt pay weeks ago. I was informed at check out for the first time of this additional charge and was asked to pay it in full right there. What?The dentists and dental hygienists are lovely. They are very pleasant and do well with those with dentist-phobia. The office is a disorganized mess and needs to learn how to use a calculator.

A really excellent experience, I went in for a teeth cleaning. Destiny was competent and thorough and did a great job.

The office is timely and the staff was very courteous. I left my old doctors office because they insisted on hurting me in order to get a good cleaning. I feel like I got a better cleaning at this office with better pain control and infinitely better technique. Antonette was my RDH and she was amazing.

In the process of getting upper dentures. The staff at Creekwood is fabulous. Everyone wants to make sure you are comfortable and they explain in detail every thing the do. As of todays visit I am 100% happy with this facility!Almost ready to receive my permanent denture. Dr Harrington and the staff at this office are great. I arrived about 10 minutes early, temperature taken at check-in. Was taken to exam room at 8am...my appointment time. The appintment was a half hour with an xray and impressions taken. The dentist and his staff are very courteous and take Covid precautions. Masks are mandatory there except during the dental procedures. I feel very comfortable there.

Dr Jennifer Pfeiffer is amazing Because I was so old before I had a cavity and the fact that my mouth is so sensitive and requires so much Novacaine, I have a difficult time explaining this to a new dentist Dr Pfeiffer listened and did a great job of getting me through a replacement filling No small task! They really are thorough and have state of the art knowledge and equipment All the support staff are so nice Still do t like going to the dentist (sorry Dr. Pfeiffer!) but at least know I will get thorough compassionate care Good job all!!!!

Dr. Pfeiffer is kind and experienced.Ive been a patient for a few years and my experiences with the practice have always been positive, and theyve been very accommodating at making last minute, more urgent appointments.The only reason I cant give 5 stars today, is because although the patients in the waiting room , the dentist and assistant were wearing masks, the office staff of 5, who are always efficient and helpful at checkout were either not, or not properly wearing masks. Although our governor has made the untimely decision to relax our mask mandate, were still in the midst of a dangerous pandemic.

I have been coming to this dental office for I believe 9 years give it take. This review is long overdue. I love coming here and so does my daughter. The staff is really nice, I’m never uncomfortable, and I never fee pressured for any service. My daughter always says “when are we going to the dentist?”With my most recent cleaning right before The shutdown our normal dental hygienist called off because she was sick. The office manager apologized for the inconvenience and assured me we would get in. We were still squeezed in and taken care of in a timely manner. Hick ups happen and they handled the situation professionally and understanding. I was happy with the outcome and didn’t get upset. Amazing customer service!I will continue to come here for my dental hygiene as long as I live in Florida ☺️
