I was referred here by my daughters dental insurance. She got her appointment set up within 1 week!! She got her check up and xrays first visit. Second visit the following week she got right side cavities filled. 3rd visit the following week she got left side cavities filled and her cleaning. Everything done within just 3 weeks!!! I would have to wait months for all this to be done at the health department. They are quick and very convenient. I always get early to the appointments and they take us right away. Never waited no more than 10 minutes in waiting area. Great job Omega Dental 👏

First impression was they are very disorganized. My name was shouted from the desk to the lobby which is not keeping confidentiality. The hygienist would not do my cleaning. He said that the insurance had to approve it which is not true. Ive had this insurance for 4 years and Ive always gotten preventive dental care the first time Im there without an approval. I called the insurance and they verified that was not true. They were short staffed and I think the hygienist just didnt want to do the cleaning that day. I have tried for two days now to call and cancel my next appt at the same numbers Ive called before. No one answers the phone, there is no way to leave a voicemail. Wont go here again. Very unprofessional. When I drive 1/2 hour for good care and cancel my own patients for my appointments, I expect to receive services and good care. Im going elsewhere!

All the negative reviews about this place are true. I experienced the same today. They also tried to give me antibiotics that I am allergic to right after I filled out paper work that contains the information of what I am allergic to. This place is complete trash, very disrespectful personal, after I told him that Im allergic to that drug he laughs like its funny and saids that he will change it. I cant believe I drove an hour to receive this type of treatment and wasted my time and day. I will never go back and will not recommend this place to anyone. I hope it gets shut down.

I had a bunch of cavities that needed done and one that needed a root canal and insurance wouldn’t cover it so they drilled it and filled it which cause major pain and the tooth didn’t bother me to begin with. The guy that did all the drilling held my cheek so hard that I left with a bruise on the side of my face. I have multiple teeth bonded together and cannot fit floss between them from a lady that did the fillings after the doctor drilled them. 2 of the cavities I had filled fell out within weeks. I’m having problems again and they are the only place that accepts my insurance but I had such a bad experience the first time I don’t want to go back.

Was very skeptical about this place but these people are so nice and do such a wonderful job!! I have severe anxiety ( no about dentist just in general) it acts up for anything I do! But they worked me through it and did so good on my VERY BAD teeth! They had to do a ton of work on my teeth and I’m so grateful I found this place!

It pains me to give them even 1 star. This place ruined my teeth and has caused me to need even more work including a root canal that if it had been filled right the first time would not be necessary. They are also very unprofessional! They have unqualified personnel doing fillings. This is against Florida state law. I plan on reporting them to the state. I was treated according to how much my insurance paid…I was on FL Medicaid at the time. This office does a lot of Medicaid patients and I’m sorry but you do treat a patient according to insurance coverage.

This place is completely unprofessional. They overbook to the point that patients wait for hours even though they have an appointment. I have taken my daughter there for a few years because I did like the woman that worked on her and how good she was with kids but today was the straw that broke the camels back.One patient told me he had already been there two hours.I had the front desk let me talk to the owner and he told me he did intentionally overbook and would not apologize and then tried to tell me all offices do that. I stopped him and said that is not true so lets not lie to each other.Many of the patients are low income medicaid patients, many dont speak English and this office owned by a Hispanic takes advantage of the poor people that come to them.I told him all the people are insulted and he attempted to prove me wrong by going into the waiting room and asking all those in attendance in Spanish if they were insulted thinking they would say no but guess what..one woman with all her kids said she was angry.I hope to find another office for my daughter that will take care of. her without taking advantage of people.

Terribly unorganized. Whats the point of making an appointment if your going to wait for hours? Looks like they are just trying to make a buck. Seen a few people already walk out. Its like they are wanting everyone to catch the covid with how many people are in the waiting room.

This dentist office puts the A in amazing. I was looking for a good dentist an a friend recommended Omega and I was skeptical because the bad reviews but when I tell you they was amazing. They was beyond patient with me and I’m a huge baby when it comes to dental work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. They got everything done on my first visit I was completely satisfied.

Nice office, excellent team work they take most of the dental insurances and they speak English and Spanish. Great prices on orthodontic plans. 100% reccomended definitely I’ll return. Destroyed my teeth and now I cant find anyone to fix them. Update. Upon requesting my records the first time I was denied all of them until I called again today and told them that I want everything. I developed a crazy infection and ended up having to go to the hospital. Now I need oral surgery. These ppl are incompetent and dirty their office is gross and their equipment is broken. They also refused to speak English while working on me or discussing my case with each other which is a massive hippa violation. DO NOT GO HERE! I took my children here recommended by their insurance company, but after a few visit I saw the professionalism, ethics code and affordable dentistry; I had to let my old dental office go. Wait time was reasonable, environment was healthy and my entire family relies on the care, we are very satisfied 100%PS communication was very effective reminders by text messages and phone callWere never a problem

Excellent service!!! I went there because I had like a really bad pain in my jaw and they gave me the best attention ever, fixed my teeth quickly without any pain. I had like 4 years with this problem in this teeth because a previous doctor didn’t do a good job, It got into a point that I couldn’t handle the pain anymore, but finally found relief in my teeth and it doesn’t hurt anymore because of the great worked they did.

Today was my first and last visit. I had a scheduled appointment and waited an hour to go back. The waiting room was packed, dirty, and hot.When I did go back i had x- rays taken. They were never shown to me our discussed with me.I was then sat in a chair for a teeth cleaning. The lady put tooth paste all over my teeth and went over my teeth with a scrubber for about ONE MINUTE.At every teeth cleaning my entire life, it has taken an hour. Because at a legitimate dentist office they go over every single tooth with multiple instruments. They also floss. But no not here.Then the dentist comes in and jerks my mouth around like I am cattle. Tells me I have cavities. The cavities He is referring to is actually only stains at my gum line around a previous filling I had. I know this because my previous dentist showed me my x rays from not even 6 months ago when I was concerned with the stain.Long story short... This office treats you like cattle. The place is dirty, hot and over crowded. Nothing is discussed with you. You have no idea what is going on.I will Also be contacting my insurance company and letting them know of my experience. They shouldnt be paid for the service I received. I will Also contact the dental association.I dont know how this place is open for business. I wish I wouldve read these reviews before going.The most important thing about going too the dentist is communication and trust that they will take care of your teeth.You will not find that at this practice.

The man that helped me took care of business quickly, i definitely cant say that for many other dentists or doctors. They always have my prior authorizations taken care of with my insurance without me having to hassle anyone.. which is rare in the past for other places its like pulling teeth but not with these guys. The man that helped me is great. Everyone i have met so far at Omega are all nice and considerate people, im so glad this place exists because idk what id do if they didnt! I am so exited to have my teeth fixed and be able to smile again and eat whatever i want here soon 😁

Despite the negative reviews I gave them a chance and Im really glad I did. Its small but its still comfortable and very clean. Staff was nice and made sure I was good throughout the whole process. They took care of my problem in a timely manner and I was on my way. Do not hesitate to try this place because of the previous negative reviews, you will not regret it.

I Had a very good experience visiting this dental Office I took my son as an emergency and even though they were extremely busy they saw my boy very quickly. The best part is that they offered me payment options. The cleanliness amazed me and also all the technology they have.

Be careful going here. They drilled holes in all my teeth (which wasnt needed) just to Bill me and make money. Im now battling losing all my teeth and have to have another dentist in Tampa to try fix the mess theyve made. Im very young so losing my teeth is a bit scary to me.

I used to be a patient there, but I had to move from the area and I miss them a lot, they always take care of you, they are very friendly and extremely professional. I hope be there again soon

I was brought to this office by my son when I told him I was needing dental work. I had a very good experience due to their professionalism, efficient and capable in their work, they went to the root of my problem without hesitating, the work was done quickly without wasting my time and I was extremely satisfied I totally recommend this practice. NEVER AGAIN!!! they want to get you done as quick as possible and are not concerned with being gentle nor pain ... literally shaking and white knuckling the chair. They did not want to use any novocaine till i told them it hurt .. then they JAMMED the needles in my mouth with no gentleness at all .....

I could write a book on the bad experiences me and my husband have had here. They have little knowledge on how to file insurance paperwork, cant afford second phone line because constant busy signal when trying to call. Dont leave voicemails to inform patients of any issues or changes. I work on the key so calls dont always come through but my voicemail does work so 3 days on separate occasions I have had to schedule my whole week around around the appointment just to go in and be told either my insurance got denied or didnt cover something or they had to resend paperwork. The staff lacks knowledge, understanding, and care for that matter. I will write the Better Business Bureau for the second time regarding this place. Do not waste your time please.

Since the begining, the young ladies at the front, very welcoming, helpful and very friendly; very clean, Dr. Was very kind and explained everything was going on and gave me options, at the end of the treatment the results were great, no pain at all (that is important to me). Definetely I recomend then. Thanks so much.

Went in earlier than my 9:30 am schedule that was set week ago. Registered and made a verbal confirmation that I was there for an appointment. Receptionist confirmed that its indeed 9:30 am after looking at the computer. I sat and waited...at 9:40 am, I had to approach the receptionist again to ask how long I have to wait to be seen. It was at this that the receptionist told me that my appointment was cancelled to blah blah blah!Why in the hell will you cancel right at that time and date of my scheduled appointment???Worse, I already sent my ride off!Sorry, but your apology is not and will never be accepted! What you did was unprofessional and unacceptable!!!

I was kind of worry about going to Omega Dental but after meeting Dr. Jimenez and his staff I found out that I had made the right decision. Prices are very affordable, they accepted my insurance and my problem was taken care of. I guess everybody has a different experience and different expectations mine were met 100%. truly recommend this dental practice.

My husband went there to HVE gold teeth put in (22) karat to be exact , and the gold they put in turned out to BE FAKE GOLD we had it tested. Very unprofessional. Told my husband they would return his 4000 once they get the gold out ,they took the gold back out the HEAD DOCTOR left out the back door while the other proceeded out the front . Long story short cops got involved we got a lawyer so on so on I TRULY ADVISE THAT ANYONE CONSIDERING THAT PLACE RECONSIDER. Oh we did get our money back after going through hell an back

Do not recommend! They do not take tooth pain seriously. I told the Dentist I was in pain and he ignored me and sent me home. I had to call back to get him to help me and then I was prescribed Ibuprofen 800mg which I had already been taking and it was not helping. Am on hold for a tooth extraction until my insurance covers it and There is no after hours number to contact the doctor. Small place and they act like you dont matter. Stay away!!!

My daughter had a appointment at 12:30p.m. I took her out from school. By 1p.m I ask the reception lady how much more I needed to wait, she said: I dont know the Doctor is busy. I said well I took my daughter out school, she needs to go back.By 1:30 I ask the lady for an appointment to come back because 1 hour has passed. She said she culdnt do it, and that for my daughter was better to wait because she need her mole to be done otherwise she my have an infection. I wait it for 1 more hour.By 2:30 p.m the Doctor make her wait 15 more minutes on the work bed. The Doctor just saw her mole put some medicine and didnt do anything because He needed to go to work at Sarasota. He supposed to be there at 3p.m.I felt very disappointed. My daughter and I waited just for nothing. I immediately call my daughters insurance for a new Dentist. The insurance approved it.This was the time I realized this office took the money from my daughters insurance for a work they never did.

They don’t act like you don’t matter... you actually don’t matter to them.After doing their braces treatment, I was very disappointed.When I first started I noticed the “doctors” would look over the work very quick and not pay attention to my swollen gums or other small issues I had.They never gave me wax for my braces nor they provided decent tooth paste.This place is C H E A P.I recently picked up the “retainers” they made for my teeth. Let me tell first of all whoever it’s making this retainers it’s definelty not certificated.The cuts were awful , they didn’t fit , the material it’s the cheapest. They’re not see-thru clear retainers.It looks like they used a plastic bottle to make them lol.Overrall I spend over 3,000 dollars here and I still have a gap in my teeth. Which means I’ll have to go another dentist to finish the work they couldn’t finish.Stay away from here and save your time and money.

I went to Omega Dental yesterday to have a tooth pulled out it was amazing they numbed my tooth a couple shots I was in an hour and 30 minutes I did not feel a thing it was awesome the people are so kind I came home I was Numb so I decided to vacuum and steam my floors do my laundry my tooth was unnumbed Ive had no pain I still feel nothing I feel great an amazing dental office I recommend anyone to go there they are now my dentist and I wont change offices

I got my teeth pulled a few days ago it still hurts and painful but is healing . they left a piece of the tooth in my mouth. Then told me come back in 3 weeks.this place is no Bono and needs new dentist in there or shut them down

This was the WORST Dentist I have ever set foot in. When I went through the door; every fiber of my being said run, but I didnt. I thought that I would be prejudging this office, but I soon found that my first feeling was very much correct! The service was subpar to say the least, but not even basic 😱. The receptionist was the best thing about this entire experience 😕. The hygienist didnt speak English.! Not only that, but she didnt clean off any equipment before using it, she put floride on my teeth with a gloved finger, she didnt measure my gums depth or check for any gum infection or irritation or pain. She almost tried to drowned me in water while trying to rinse my mouth, then tried to dry up my face with something soak and wet😲, how does that work? I had to stop her✋. I had hoped it would get better but it didnt 😟. She stated to me that my front right tooth was rotten and I knew that was a LIE! Lies lies she told😕! I see my tooth daily and it aint rotting. Then I felt like the Doc was trying to get paid. He wanted an extra thousand dollars for braces 😵, WHAT THE HAY😬😬😠! LASTLY, my next appointment for an extraction of a root still in my mouth, was to be six months from yesterday 😫. Heck Naw! I left and will not be returning! OH, and the place was FILTHY👎👎👎👎👎. Just because the people they serve are poor, doesnt mean they deserve subpar care!!! Dont do it people, the reviews you see are FAKE NEWS, to quote our iddiot 45th. White House😞😳😳😳.

They have the special clean regular for 60$ and then i made appointments and the guy came with a t-shirt and short looked so unprofessional! He took a look my teeth and telling me i need something which is i dont understand! And he give the job to the girl to clean my teeth! She used thr drill bit like a brush and brushed all my teeth and im done! Like what the hell! The give me the list cost like 2000 for me to do and tell me i need get them done! She charge me 80$ i was like he told me 60$, she was like 20$ for me to clean ! And i say no, 60$ was the deal! She was like its ok and start talking spanish! I wont lie I was nervous about going here at first because of the negative reviews. However, despite the reviews I reluctantly went. I had fillings and an extraction done. The doctor who did my fillings was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable. He made sure my fillings were adjusted correctly. Dr. Ann did my extraction. She was so amazing. I had some really scarry experiences with the dentist. Havent we all?Dr.ann was so sweet to me and talked me through everything to keep me calm. Unlike other dentists who had to break my teeth off and dig it out, dr. Ann was able to extract my tooth without breaking it off. She took her time and made sure everythung went smoothly.Overall I had a really good experience here.

Horrible experience, I feel taken advantage of because I am Medicaid and pregnant. They’re slammed, my actual cleaning was maybe under two minutes where the girl skimmed over every other tooth, she did NOT scrap around my teeth nor gums, she didn’t floss, nor did she test my gums. It was as though they thought I had never had my teeth cleaned before. I haven’t had my teeth done in three years now I can’t get them done again for year cause my insurance won’t cover it. And they did a horrible joke of a job. Dr had terrible BO, he told me I had surface cavities only and then asked if I had any issues I said I had tenderness in a tooth and he said well you need a root canal... I’m like wait didn’t you say I only had a few surface cavities... I’m like which one is it? I’m reporting them to Medicaid. I’m furious.Update: they’re now refusing my dental records to tell me who performed services on me that day and threatening to record me? If they’re not doing anything wrong why would they need to record me. I did find out through the front desk slipping up that the person who cleaned my teeth isn’t even a hygienist she’s an assiatant? What’s going on here isn’t kosher.

I had teeth pulled in August 2015, did not get dentures until Oct. They are to big, you will get use to them he said. After adjustments several times they dont fit. He glued them in but mouth doesnt close. Omega said I have to wait until April 2016 to file complaint. Stay away, you are treated like cattle.

A friend of mine had work done at this office and after having problems getting a script for pain meds after multiple teeth were pulled; further research cant find any record of this place being a legit licensed office. Be ware!

They pulled all my teeth but one on top then drilled my lip on bottom its still numb when I touch it told me I had enough the night before I didnt need nothing to numb my mouth drilled all my bottom teeth and the fillings fell out only filled half of one of my teeth I wouldnt never recommend this place to anyone and you call them and they hang up on you or speak Spanish they cant never understand me
