The staff is great! Very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Moreno is super nice and patient. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity, she provides excellent service for all her patients. 100% recommend

Good afternoon I do not know why people dare to give their opinion when they do not really know the person of whom they are giving their opinion And if they were constructive criticism, blessed God, but they are destructive criticism and they are criticisms that are not true I know Dr. Montiel is a Cuban professional where he graduated in his country where he served an internationalist mission in Venezuela And where he felt he had a better opportunity here in the country of opportunities United States when when God created the universe I created food for everyone No one takes food from anyone What happens is that envy does not make us feel inferior and the only way we have to defend ourselves is by giving the other person a bad opinion about what is going very well in her career Juliet She is an excellent dentist She is an excellent mother an excellent wife gives everything with love gives everything without expecting anything in return keeps her clinic clean organized the group of workers she has are excellent they are bi linguists and give everything for everything every day so that the person who arrives there has a happy smile to the world I hope they understand and when they go to give their opinion please first look at what we have in our eyes and then we think if we are going to get them the straw to the person we have before envy does not come from God envy comes from the devil and comes when a person is not really capable of looking in a mirror and accepting as it is that God bless me all Dr. Montiel triumphs and would continue triumphing amen.

Waited over 2.5 hours to see dentist. The hygienist on maternity leave.Dentist did my cleaning,she got water splashing on my face and glasses. She didnt even wiped it. A quick cleaning maybe 10 minutes if that. I will not go back.

Dr Moreno is an amazing dentist ! She does her best to make sure you are comfortable and understands any treatment she has planned for you . The office is absolutely beautiful and very clean . I highly recommend getting your treatment done here

My fillings were completely messed up and i was unable to close my mouth for two days. when going to see a new dentist, i was informed that all of my fillings had excess and were irritating my gums. i have horrible anxiety going to the dentist since my visits here.

The workers are very nice and friendly and the place is clean and tidy. They do good work and are reasonable. I do recommend them to anyone

My first appointment I waited an hour and had to reschedule. This time around I waited awhile and instead of attending to me like they should have, I was told to find another dentist. I wouldn’t recommend no one to go here with the way they treat their guests.

Upon checking my mother in, the front office staff was not welcoming at all. She was scheduled by the old location in Bradenton for an emergency visit due to pain. When we arrived they made my mother feel like she was not supposed to be in today for an appointment. The appointment that was not on the schedule according to the check in staff in Sarasota. There needs to be better communication between the old location in Bradenton to the new location in Sarasota. They also need to provide accurate addresses for the building. The suite number and building number was not provided when told what time to be in Sarasota for the appointment.

Yesterday had an appointment with Dr. Moreno and I cannot explain my gratitude to Montiel Dental Care. She knows what shes doing. Ive been having trouble with one tooth for a couple of years now and this week I decided to take care of it. She explained to me all the work that I have to have done and the team that Dr Moreno has took care of me regarding the financial options. Long time I have not been in the Dentist and Im glad I found one this time that met my expectations. By the way, they all are bilingual.

The doctor was fine, personalitywise. I only was able to get one appointment. Been trying for follow ups. Staff lied to me about submitting to my insurance. They never did. I will be surprised to get a call back ever. I have a PPO that pays up to 2500.00 per year prior with no prior authorization requirements. I am on a time constraint and have had a dental issue where crowns were broken and teeth are missing.I need them replaced. They did the xrays. They know this. Then they quote me over $11000.00. i was fine with that because i know insurance pays for some of it. They dont care. Its been 2 weeks i am walking around like this. My insurance has also left them messages. The people there dont care... I cant vouch for the doctors work, she didnt do any. My reviews have a lot of readers on google. Hopefully the staff gets the ball rolling. They are jacking me up at this point. No way to do business.

I do not reccommend this place! I called for an appointment 3 different times, and they did not return my call until 2 weeks later. They are very rough doing the x-rays, I was coughing and gagging, they were very unsympathetic. 2nd visit me and my daughter waited for over 2hours in the waiting room! Dental assistant was busy chatting with receptionist mostly. I do not reccommend this place, they are very unprofessional and its a hole in the wall place.

Ya ni la hacen .Good day to all reading reviews.Its been two long weeks since I called to schedule my appointment at 3:30 for May 24th . I hired a sitter for my 4 month old and got a ride for the receptionist to tell me my apppappoint was at 1:00 and to straight up lie and say they attempted to call me numerous times, yes she said numerous. I even had the receptionist call a day after to confirm and ask for the reference number from my insurance I obliged.I just left and said thanks Ill try another time. ( But surely never with Montiel Dental in Bradenton).

The service is excellent, great doctor and the staff is nice, I will recommend this clinic to everybody.
