My husband had his first visit and was very pleased with the care he received. From the front desk to the techs and doctor. He had a toothache but he is going to need extensive work done. They understood we just needed attention for the tooth that was giving him pain. They were understanding and Erica was so good with the explanation of future work and the fact that our insurance was changing. His extraction went well and we will be returning for future care.

I was impressed. I expected my first visit to consist of a lot of pressure to purchase different treatments, especially considering it is a chain. On the contrary, everyone was very pleasant and very professional. I was offered pricing on what I need along with the estimate my insurance would pay. Very happy with my experience. Thanks!

The experience at Aspen Dent was great for the most part. However a months after getting my mother’s “temporary”dentures replaced they broke. She went and had them repaired while still “waiting” on her permanent dentures to come in. Paid more money to get her “temporary” dentures fixed. My mom went back to ask when she would receive the permanent dentures and was told she would have to pay another 800 dollars for it. The first visit I accompanied my mother and We were told that she would get a temporary denture and then a permanent one after they were able to have it made. We were NEVER told that she had to pay for the permanent set. We have been back and forth with Aspen dental trying to get this issued resolved. However all we get from them are apologies and no resolve to the issue. We called again today and yet again our cries fall on deaf ears. We are not asking for a free be however we are asking for integrity and their word. How did we both hear the wrong information?

They were very nice and very helpful! The dentist was well knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was doing. I was in and out with no pain. The dental assistants were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. One even talked to me about and played the game with me on my phone lol. I would 100% recommend Aspen Dental on Cortez to everyone.

Your technician by the name of T.T. was supper find. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and companionate. She was also and most important very happy doing her work, and this happiness spilled over onto us.Thank you T.T. and thank you Aspen.

Staff and doctor were fantastic and I would rate 5 stars for the office however my only disappointment is with the communication system. I had a question regarding a prescription but was/am unable to speak directly with anyone. I will be returning for future work to this location. Thank you

This was the worst experience of my life the office manager on duty must be fired. The professionalism that was displayed was unacceptable for any business that has a clients reputation in its hands. I was embarrassed and kicked out without satisfactory services rendered. This was an emergency situation and was left hopeless and defeated. I am appalled to even think that a company that advertises customer satisfaction would allow such a hideous act to happen. The dental care was far from high quality and I was basically told to take it or leave it. I am truly appalled and downright embarrassed to know that human beings are still being treated like this in America

The staff was very polite and I didnt have to wait. My dentist was very personable and informative making me feel comfortable.

They got me in on time, explained things well. Also they helped work with my insurance and made everything easy with a big staff to meet all my dental needs.

Dr Tran and his staff were excellent! They were complete in all aspects, from check in with Beth, x-rays with Penny, cleaning and mouth care with Jamie, and finally to Dr Tran who Im now scheduled for tooth build up work soon.Ive had work done previously with Dr Tran, which is why I returned.This is a friendly, excellently run dental office. I recommend it highly.

Would make this zero stars but system won’t accept it.Verified appointment 3 times online, email and phone and on the day of my appointment they listed me as a walk-in and asked me to come back at 5 pm for a 1pm appointment!I called ahead and asked if they would take my insurance and the office manager never called me back!Very unprofessional!

Pleasant, professional staff. Upbeat and polite. They were timely and very competent in every procedure I have undergone from initial exams, deep cleaning, extractions and temporary partials. The lower partial was not working and I was given an immediate refund. I wanted an appointment change for my next visit, it was handled right away. I have an Aetna discount program and it saved me nearly 50% at Aspen Dental plus I was not charged for the initial exam. Im very glad I chose Aspen Dental and now more comfortable with going to a dentist.

Went in for an emergency service. Everyone was so very nice and helpful. Of the few times I have been to Aspen, this is the first time everyone in the office was helpful and kind.

I went on Thursday for a cleaning. The ladies there are absolute professionals, knowledgeable, sweet. Started with Pindy who was patient and gentle with me. She talked me through every step.Jaimie is wonderful as well. She gave me advice and shared tips on how to take better care of my teeth. When she was cleaning my teeth, she hummed a beautiful song that relaxed me right on her chair. I didnt grab the doctors name (she looked super young- i thought she was in training) but she explained what needed to get done.The last time I was here 3 years ago, i wasnt impressed but now I feel compelled to write a review. The atmosphere is relaxed but you can tell that they like each other

I have had a lot of Dental experience, The Surgeon that worked on me was brutal. I told him that I have fibromyalgia and am very sensitive to pain, but when he put the novocaine in he was the most painful I have ever dealt with! There was no care, in fact I actually screamed with the intolerable pain. He needed to add more and more novocaine, and he just jabbed away, regardless of my pain. IF I have the uppers done I will definately not be returning to Aspen Dental. His assistant was busy talking to a friend and he had to keep calling her back to cut the stitches. Very bad experience,! Now I am hearing from other who have gone there that their dentures never fit right. I will bring mine back until they are right. Very very disappointed.

It’s the UPSELLING that makes me write this review. I was told a price for extraction on phone: as they were setting up for procedure ; was handed the CURRENT price … $188 to $341 !!!! Never ever, by dr Tran was oral surgery mentioned…. Is he even a oral surgeon???? To get the free X-rays … they take a 360 degree… THEN X-rays of every tooth …. The ONLY X-ray he used was the 360 …. Ridiculous. I literally got up and left . Maybe if you want BASIC stuff it’s ok … beware ~

If I could give no stars I would. The appointment books 3 weeks in advance received a confirmation text yet when I got there they said well I do not know where your appointment went so you can wait for up to 1 hour longer to be fit in. No I had an appointment you messed up I should be able to keep that appointment

Great job. Hygienist is very good. Pleasant, and loves her job. Was very pleased with procedure. Most importantly my teeth and gums are healthy again!!

I’ve had many negative experiences with dentists but this was a completely refreshing experience. They were extremely kind and informative. They were more than happy to fill out my military documentation which was a huge help. I’m excited to finally have a place I feel comfortable going to.

Best dentist ever!! will not lie about unnecessary cavities or procedures, I was at Creekwood dental and they said I needed caps and cavities got a cap and some cavities filled, Spent all this money. I ended up at Aspen dental upon recommendation when I worked at Amazon, Aspen dental told me the “cap”they said I needed would be perfectly fine as a cavity filling, and there were no other cavities in my mouth. They saved my mouth from trauma and are real caring dentists. 🦷 I am forever grateful for their genuine caring staff.

From the time you walk in they instantly make you feel comfortable. Dr. Tran did my extraction yesterday and I was not a bit nervous with him. After the numbing went away I felt absolutely no pain and the day after I feel no pain.

Always have good experiences.Even if I show up before my scheduled time (ride issues) willing to wait Im usually seen sooner. But last night was the icing on the cake.I went in for for an exam. A cavity I fear needed a RC now that I put it off so long. Not only did they get me in for the exam the same week BUT they were able to *try* to save me from the invasive and expensive root canal procedure THAT DAY!! I say try because if it dosent work I will still need to get the RC anyway but if this works I wont and it saves me alot of time and money!Dr Tran and the DA staff go above and beyond anytime I am in there and I appreciate them dearly 10/10 reccomend them to anyone that needs a dentist.

Wife filled out paperwork online for no reason because somehow there system didnt get it, but wouldnt answer the one question we was asking.Whats the use of having a person waste time online filling out paperwork if its a possibility that you want get it, because our time is important and we would have came in earlier to fill out paperwork. Then you assumed that I had an attitude because of how I talked not knowing thats the way I talk through a mask with my medical conditions. Very unprofessional and very bad customer service etiquette, would never recommend this place to anyone. Would give negative stars if I could.

Nice office building and very clean! And everytime someone got up, their was someone cleaning the chairs and area, to prepare for the next person. Also everyone was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. I had 2 teeth extractions today and everything went smoothly. And they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The staff at Aspen Dental on Cortez Road are awesome from the front of the house staff to be the really, really nice and comforting assistants. Pindy showed her expertise with her great bedside manner (s). I was nervous in the beginning as a new patient, but now Im very at ease and look forward to my appointments. Dr. Tran goes in each patients portal to check and make sure were all ok, I think that display great customer service. Aspen Dental will be my choice as long as I live, thank God for them.

I was so nervous but Aspen Dental and Dr Gruskin made my experience so calming and absolutely amazing.From the initial exam with Dr Gruskin and her assistant TT, to the financial aspect with Erica, all the way to cleaning with Jamie, and the extractions with Dr Gruskin and Tamir.Now I’m getting back on the right track because of these amazing people and their calming demeanors!I highly recommend this office and staff!Thank you Dr Gruskin and your team!!!

I came in bc google has it listed as an emergency dental listing. I do not have dental insurance but I scheduled my appointment and showed up on time. Checking in was easy and the wait was not a problem. Everyone was pretty quick and informative, even Dr tran allowed me to view my xray images on a screen and talked to me about everything. I am taking this visit a 3 bc when it came to checking out with scheduling, a Spanish woman, we began talking about cost for services and they were so high my mouth dropped. They would charge near $1400 for a crown. I explained that that was too high for my income right now and told her that Go 2 Dental charged about 450. She was very rude and responded- why didnt you go there then?. I said bc they arent an emergency clinic, you guys popped up as emergency. . Then she continued with well how far are they booked out you could have gone there! I said again they arent emergency. .I felt completely uncomfortable and embarrassed. I am a single Mom of three children and trying to claw my way out of this pandemic. I did not appreciate her snub attitude. If she paid my daycare for the next 8.5 months I could have scheduled my crown to be done there. Very rude. Along with pricing being thru the roof & Her smug attitude I am sure will deter clients.

I had a tooth pulled on Monday by Dr. Shah with the help of his dental assistant Nancy. I am a big baby when it comes to getting a tooth pulled or just going to the dentist & knowing this, both Dr. Shah & Nancy made the whole experience wonderful. They both spoke in calm, caring voices, they eased my tension, they both answered all my questions & explained each thing that was going to happen.My whole experience with Aspen Dental was great. I will definately be recommending them to everyone I know.Thank you for a great experience & a different feeling about going to the dentist.

My experience at Aspen dental was great. The staff and Dr tran was were very nice and informative about the procedure I was having they gave me two options to different options they let me know the cost of what it would be before they did anything the staff was very respectful and they answered all my questions that I had and was happy to do so. They acted like they cared about me as an individual not like the next test subject that they are about to perform a procedure on and how Dare I ask them a question I have now since then made them my primary dentist. So thank you to the dentist and the staff for treating me like Im a human being.

The assistant TT was the best there, she made me so comfortable, beautiful inside and out! Everyone was great! I have been in crazy pain for months over rotting molars. I lost my dental insurance during the first wave of the pandemic and struggled to find a dentist where I didnt have to pay upfront. Because well lets face it who can throw down 700$ for anything thats not rent or car payment. These guys got me in the same day I called. My appointment was free and they offer financing I had to pay nothing and I left with two teeth pulled and no more crazy pain. These guys saved my spirit !

Heres the dealabout Aspen Dental, Cortez Rd, Bradenton FLI had to tell one of the lovely young female office workers put her mask on as I waited at the front desk. Later another lovely young female dental assistant needed to be reminded to put her mask as I waited in the treatment room.The protocol appears to be to pull your mask down when talking or laughing with another employee in the office.Makes me glad I had one covid shot.Other than that, I had taken great pains to ask the Aspen Dental telephone operator/interviewer if my Cigna Dental Plan, a reduced payment plan, would be accepted there. He assured me that it would. (also that all employees would be wearing their masks properly)However, After waiting, filling out patient information forms, full x-rays, talking to the dentist dr. Tran who is very personable, I was about to have a filling put in when the business manager came into the treatment room and told me that my dental plan wasnt accepted. It was quite a disappointment (I did receive confirmation that my teeth are in bad shape, but other than telling me what I already knew, a waste of time?)Fortunately, the next day, I was able to find another dentist even closer to my house.

I contacted your office, because BCBS indicated Dr Freeman was a covered oral surgeon for a medical procedure my dentist had recommended be done. When I called I explained everything in as far as what my dentist had requested, as well as Dr Freeman being listed as a covered oral surgeon by BCBS. I made appt for the consultation with Dr Freeman, and he subsequently recommend the procedure be done that my dentist had suggested. At this point I find out from the office, that despite Dr Freemen being listed by BCBS as a covered oral surgeon, Aspen Dental doesnt bill BCBS for medical procedures...(only dental procedures). Despite Dr Freeman being listed by BCBS under its medical coverage its brochure. I called BCBS to get clarification, and discovered that might assumptions about coverage were in fact all correct. However Dr Freemans association with BCBS as providing medical coverage as well as dental coverage under BCBS, was void with him now working under the umbrella of Aspen Dental......something he apparently had failed to notify BCBS of, in as far as now working under the Aspen Dental umbrella. I would have never made the appt for the consultation had the person I spoke to initially told me. as I provided all of my insurance information, why I was wanting to make the appt and where I found the number for Dr Freeman under the BCBS listing. Now Im out the 89.00 I paid for the consultation and looking for another oral surgeon, because your office staff failed to properly evaluate my medical needs with ,y insurance coverage.......a little ticked!

This location is great. The entire staff is very friendly and understanding. They try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. One particular quality I am truly thankful for is their honesty. I went to this location for second opinion and ended up saving hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

Needed dental work after a 1 year break due to Covid. Extractions and a denture. Not the most pleasant experience but was able to get through the process due to a very qualified young dentist DR Gruskin. Her patients with me was very welcome and appreciated! Highly recommend you ask for her if you have serious work needed.Business office created some difficulties that I eventually was able to work through.Denture not a great fit and is still painful. Tech Tamir is helping me work through it with adjustments as I heal.4 stars for overall experience but 5 stars for the Dr and Tec!

The dentist (dr. Tran) was hilarious and so friendly. Fixed my two front teeth and they look amazing.

Initially my visit was pleasant. When I checked out and tried to make an appointment for a cleaning, I was told the cleaning specified was not covered by insurance and I would need to pay $280! That is crazy expensive!! I was told I could not change to another level of cleaning. I will not go back there.

From the first visit they’d get a 2 and from the second they’d get a 5, so we’re landing on a 3. Very first visit I sat in the waiting room 45 minutes! I’ve literally never. I was there for an initial screening. The wait took longer than the initial screening. I was completely at a loss for words.I also dislike the office setup completely. No sense of privacy. They don’t even have courtesy curtains. Anyone walking past can see you taking your xrays. Very unsettling and uncomfortable. The back rooms are also wide open. Look over your shoulder to see the next patient. At any moment I just knew I’d overhear some PII. It just seems like the office is too small and everyone talks a little too loud.There’s a comment below from months ago that says someone came out to clean the chairs before someone else sat in them. Idk how long that lasted but no one came out to clean a thing that entire time I was out there.As it relates to the staff, they are all lovely people. I only remember Jamie and Dr Tran’s names specifically but everyone I interacted with during my two visits were very pleasant indeed.Now FF to my second visit. Appointment at 2:00. Fairly certain I was called back at like 2:01. That’s the efficiency I prefer.I have a follow up with them in a few weeks but honestly I’d like to find a bigger dentist office. It really bothers me how open everything is in this one. But again. Let me reiterate the staff is amazing.

I have to write a review. I went to four different dentist before it ended up at Aspen Dental with very major issues. Dr. Tran was awesome!He was caring he was smart he help me get my bill down he was reassuring , he was amazing! And very personable. Pretty funny too. Also I have to give a shout out to the girl that help me do the billing it was a long process and she stayed after 5 o’clock till about 630. I was very impressed.

He made me feel very safe (during COVID) and he explained my problem to me in words and terms easily understood. And most importantly, he took care of my problem. I had an emergency. I lost the cap on my tooth. I called around 9 am. My appointment was for 3:30. He performed what seemed to be an extra consideration by setting grooves in my tooth so that the cap would adhere better. I really appreciated the extra consideration. I was on my way home in one hour.

Aspen dental in Bradenton,fla has always been so nice and helpful everytime ive had a problem with my dentures and has got me in without an appointment to help me get them fixed right away. So i will always go to this location. I also wanted to add that i tried going into the sun city location and the young receptionist didnt act so friendly and was a bit sarcastic like she didnt care.

Horrible customer service experience! stopped by to do a scheduled cleaning. Clerk at the desk did not check insurance did not ask questions and asked me to pay $665. She didnt know what services I was doing or why and she didnt care to ask. Dont come here, unless you like getting yelled at before you ever reach a dentist

Actually should have given them 5 stars for spectacular service, only the price holds back the 5th star.Great experience from first encounter to last.Extensive x-rays and comprehensive exam for no charge (New patient, initial visit, no insurance). Recommended a variety of services, but my only concern was the extraction of a broken tooth.Did the extraction the same day. Excellent experience. Virtually no pain or bleeding following.Only thing that would have made the experience better would have been to skip the comprehensive exam, etc and go straight to the extraction.In addition to Dr Tran (I highly recommend him. Excellent!) I was attended by 5 other staff members (x-ray, hygienist, billing and 2 assistants (one for exam and another for the extraction). Every single one of them was pleasant, helpful and professional.Which brings me back to the price. It was about $100 more than I was quoted elsewhere, but Aspen was able to do it the same day. Given the caliber of the staff and the number of people involved, it is probably an excellent value for just a little more service than I wanted.

Most of the time they just dig around in your mouth hurting you with their tools forgetting your a person, not a mannequin and you leave feeling beat up. I actually had a very pleasant experience at Aspen! Everyone was sooo nice and made me feel very comfortable. They treated me like a person not a mannequin lol. Best dental experience ever!

The wait time is so long i was there an 45 minutes before i was seen then after xrays i sat there for hour, the wait time is ridicules!

If they dont see you in the waiting room, they will foget about you

Roberta, dental hygienist, is absolutely fantastic. She is gentle, explains everything she is doing, and does a great job. Dr. Tran is also fantastic. He is personable and also explains everything in terms that are easy to understand. Danielle was also very good. Kris helped me with financing which I really appreciated. They are a very good team.

The office staff were efficient and personable and the hygienist was a pro. I am pleased with this Aspen Dental location, especially since it is close to where I live.

I went to the Bradenton Fl office today for my scheduled cleaning. Patty at the front desk was good....but Jamie is AMAZING!!!!! she is very detailed when cleaning my teeth. She is encouraging , telling me Im doing a good job. She is helpful in suggesting products to help me keep my teeth healthy!!! you can tell she is dedicated to her profession.. I will not let anyone else clean my teeth again!!! thank you Jamie!!!!

Became a patient earlier this year after bad experiences with a local dentist that seemed only interested in how much money he would make, not my nerve issues which required extra care. A crown fell off on a Thursday night before this visit and Dr Tran could not fit me in so I visited their Sarasota office. Had to wait awhile because that office was also very busy, but they fit me in and refitted the crown. Now Im pain free!

Had a great first appointment I thought I was on the same page with the doctor on the treatment plan until I paid and that’s when all the alll went wrong . Dr Butcher tryed to Extract 4 of my molars with painstakingly shaky hands. Got upset with me(?) this was on a Friday, I called in pain , I was finally called back to be informed by dr t that I’d have to wait until Monday ( just take more Pills) the dr t couldn’t barely show his face and acted upset with me(?) -200% BAD after care . DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL. BUYERS BEWARE once they have their $$$$ thats it your history

I had bad experiences with other dentists and I decided not see anyone ...Online, I found Aspen Dental. It was a good pick. The staff was very professional, and courteous. The dentist is awesome. The hygienist, Roberta is fantastic, she knows what she is doing. My first day; I am impressed! I feel confident with Aspen dental..Thank you guys.

I had come to aspen a few years ago and had a bad experience with Sarasota. So I thought I would give them another chance and went to the one in Bradenton and I swear, I will NEVER. EVER. and I mean EVER, go here again. I had fillings done there and I was apprehensive because I had never had to have fillings before and I had 2 in my molar. My tooth was not sensitive until the filling. Its been a month and its still sensitive. I had to go back once already because my tooth was sharp around my filling. and today my filling fell out!! So I have to have them fix it AGAIN!!! They originally tried to tell me I had to wait to be scheduled which was a week out, and then I went in and complained and I still have to wait until tomorrow. Let me just say that for almost $1,000 my experience here is NOT very good...

I was in complete pain and went here as a dental emergency. I told them of my fear of dentists and they were very nice. The fact I had to go there was terrible but they really tried hard to make me comfortable. They were all very nice. As a disabled veteran the cost was high, but they did provide a veteran discount and I really had no choice.

Months ago I needed an emergency extraction on my back molar. They make you feel great giving you the check up to see just how bad your teeth are with fancy technology. Once you figure out what you already know they tell you that a basic extraction is $600 + meds. Im in severe pain but not a fool.They thankfully gave me a prescription for an antibiotic that I had DENIED when I went to get it filled. My pharmacist called several times only to eventually have someone tell me Ive NEVER been there and my name wasnt in the system. Odd. I wonder how I got a prescription with the doctors signature with my name on it... Must have been magic.Down the road was another dentist that did the same procedures for $150. Never go to Aspen, youre just going to get ripped off.

I have been going here for about 8 years now and I wont go anywhere else. The staff is really friendly and you can tell that they really love their job and taking care of people.

Very good about making sure I understood everything. They were all very kind. I never thought I would say this but I cant wait to go back!

The nicest people work there. Just all really kind and caring. I was nervous & they were very understanding. Loved Dr. Tran!! Hes awesome. Special shout out to Roxanna in the office. Shes wonderful. Surprised & happy with the service at Aspen.
