Ive had a pleasant experience with FMHC.Joseph did a lot to fix me up with replacement hearing aids, but without any high-pressure sales push. He gave me the facts and his recommendations. Ive had hearing aids for 20 years now, these are the best and the most economical.I recommend this company highly.

After a very bad experience from another local hearing aid provider 7 weeks ago, it was a welcome change to find REAL customer service. Dr. Vitello and his staff were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. I felt very comfortable and the Dr. made sure I understood everything the tests showed and why I needed a hearing ade. I will follow up with him in a year and I would recommend him.

Very nice people. Were caring and thorough in helping to resolve my 92 yr old mothers hearing aid problem.

I purchased a new Widex Evoke in July in another state. Never could get it adjusted right to suit me. My Dr there was so kind and tried everything she knew but my hearing continued to sound like I was talking in a barrel. I called 4 other Widex dealers here in this area. They all had a charge $150 to $175 wanting me to go through my test again even when I explained they were purchased in July.When I called Florida Medical Hearing Center she ask when I purchased them and immediately said they are still under warantee. No charge for the appointment! They went on the internet to Widex and found my name and test without any problems, made some adjustments, put different ear pieces on and I could not be happier. Suggestion if your thinking about buying new hearing aids buy here where someone knows about warranties and what they are doing.

My 88 y/o mother has been working with the Bradenton office and they have been nothing but wonderful, patient and nice to her. She has a difficult hearing problem and the entire staff have been honest, fair and have gone above and beyond to help her have a better quality of life, through better hearing. Thank you.
