I was unable to delete my previous review. So I am writing a retraction of my allegations towards Suncoast. Rick was not being dishonest he did everything he could to work with me to receive my funds since my last review. I wrote that review in frustration and I certainly hope that doesn’t reflect on Suncoast business. I will be receiving my refund in the mail And very happy this matter has finally been resolved. Rick does have integrity and I would trust in doing business with him. Suncoast has been very helpful and compassionate during the whole process of providing hearing aids for my father. I would recommend this company.

I Purchased $3500 hearing aids for my father back in March. The owners were very nice at the time of purchase and the hearing aids did not work for my father who was residing in a rehab facility. They did everything they could to get these to work right for him. However Rick had picked the hearing aids up so my father no longer has these and I am still waiting for a credit for $3500 from August . I don’t know who is being dishonest but it should not take this long to receive a credit on my Discover card.Rick was going to contact discover and I still not have heard anything from him. It’s time to contact my attorney to find out who is liable. And I believe it’s sun coast so buyer beware.
