It was nice until it wasnt. My experience here was good until they decided to change their POS then told me they lost my order after 5 days of waiting for it. Then they tell me to reorder online and all inventory is out. On top of that, no one willing to match the specials or make it right. Thanks for letting me sit without medication one plant I can see how much value there is in the customer.

I shop at One Plant- Boynton Beach at least once a week and always have a good experience. The workers are always friendly and informative. However when I shopped last week, I was helped by Nicole. She was very friendly and extremely informational, informing me of the point system they have in which I havent known about for close to a year and answering some of the questions I had aswell as providing some recommendations for products. She was amazing and definitely improved my experience beyond the normal of visiting pleasure. She was the best bud tender I have had as a medical patient in Florida.

My favorite place to shop for hash in Florida!! I’ve been shopping at the Boynton shop since one plant was 3boys farm. I’m a loyal rosin customer. I buy flower and carts also. Manny, nicole and the other members of the Boynton team always are helpful and friendly. I recommend this location to anyone with a Florida medical card. They also have a delivery that comes up to Jupiter.

Oneplant is one of my go to places for the freshest selection of concentrates. They are always spotless and it’s really an amazing atmosphere. Today I got helped by Diego. He is a master at his craft and is knowledgeable about everything cannabis! When I return which I know I will, I definitely want him to work with me again.

The staff was amazing; which is why I’m shocked that I bought 8 different strains of flower and all of them have the same mildew/mold taste and smell. Really disappointed and won’t be coming back. I’m throwing away all 250 worth of flower… waste of money but I’m not gonna get sick from this moldy flower.

From the front desk to the managers and med tenders in the back. everyone is so quick to help and extremely knowledgeable on the products they have to offer, and what would best help match what you are looking for. I don’t remember names very well, but my man who i think is the wellness advisor there in the glasses who loves kendrick lamar lol is always so nice and helps me find exactly what i’m looking for. the Med tender in the back had to put up with my annoying self changing my order and coming in and out to get a different card, was very patient and very nice to me when i was causing him much unneeded stresss. so thanks again man. And to the lady who is always there in the back helping everyone out, it seems like that story wouldn’t be the same without you, so keep up the amazing work over at sunny side. you guys are all amazing there and i will certainly be back soon!

I most say I was very upset with my last few visits to one plant in boynton. That I was Never going to go there again. After back to back problems once again yesterday and today I called the call center. This agent from One Plant call center name Sandy. Took her time and patience stayed on hold with me basically held my hand to call me down because I was ready to explode. Sandy called the Boyton Beach Center handled the call personally and resolve my issue. Sandy by far the best agent they have.

One Plant has always been one of my favorite dispensaries since first trying them back in early 2020. They have dropped nothing but consistent concentrates in the MMJ market! Sadly this store is the forgotten step son a lot when it comes to drops as they either almost never get enough inventory to supply south floridas demand or dont get the inventory at all. And thats when great people like Joanna on the customer service line or my favorite budtender Elise go above and beyond to try and help me get inventory! Thank you guys for consistently bringing out great product and always welcoming me to a great experience :)

Dakota was amazing, great personality, what ever hourly wage he is making you need to raise it about $5 more an hour thats how great he was. the dispensary looks more like Florida is recreational so thats a nice change of pace. on the one plant website the closets dispensary for someone like me in Hollywood the closets was here at Boynton beach but when on apple maps apparently there is a fort Lauderdale location Im one day going to need to visit but the website doesnt allow you to place an online order so right now that location is just a myth to me. the flower is extremely terpy, well grown, dense, and overall a beauty to look at and smoke, the live rosin shmacks and yes its spelled wrong on purpose because of how good the concentrates are. they offer free delivery to anyone who orders $100 or more and tbh its easy to spend that much only downside is that you would need to wait for it to be delivered but to each their own

Hands down the best flower and live rosin offerings in the FL market. Staff at Boynton location are welcoming, friendly, and open the adjusting orders and answering questions. The quality and experience closely mirrors that of a Colorado or California dispensary.

So after getting my medical card, I went over to this place after hearing such AMAZING things from my friends about how great one plant was. i come from california and they told me it was the best.Well i have to say that really wasnt the case. my experience at the store was insane. i had been there for about ten minutes when one of the employees and the manager (im guessing?) start getting into a verbal argument in front of me and some other patients.i get anxious so i didnt want to pay to much attention to it.anyways i get my meds and had to use the bathroom so i ask if i can use the bathroom and they were nice enough to let me use their employee one.WELL i have to tell you IDK WHAT THE HELL they got going on here but look at what i found in their toilet.absolutely vile and disguisting. is this the bro culture that other s have mentioned?never coming back here again. filthy, sorry for the graphic nature of the photo i can smell it from here!!!

Kinda disappointed in this place. The only positives are I like the clean product quality and the staff is always super friendly. However, since I am unable to go inside I use the curbside pickup option and the past three times I’ve attempted to do a pickup order I have waited over an hour in the parking lot during seemingly slow hours, watching other customers go in and out quickly with no problem, calling and texting the pickup phone number multiple times and waiting patiently, even calling the main number to try to contact them. The last time I contacted the main number the customer service employee tried to message them as well however was also unable to reach them, so after waiting an hour and fifteen and not hearing any updates I just left and likely won’t be going back. The previous time which was over three weeks ago, I was told by one employee that the phone number was not receiving messages however when another employee came out he sincerely apologized and mentioned that he just didn’t see the messages.. I thought no big deal I totally get it. But this past time almost a month later you should probably get any issues with communication figured out or just stop offering the curbside option, I can’t be the only person who needs curbside pickup. I still haven’t heard back about my order, for all they know I could still be waiting there twiddling my thumbs waiting for medication.

You know youre in the right place once you enter the building and the sweet, woody fragrance of their product creeps underneath your nose. The walk-in/sign-in desk practically meets you a couple of steps in from the entrance doors, which helps out those with mobility difficulties. The waiting room is divided spaciousually with comfortable seating. Usually, there are at least two people working registers, so the waiting time is not long. What about the product? One Plant, without a doubt, has the best flower out of many of these dispensaries. I cant say the others are competition, because they can not even compare to masterclass gardening going on here. The cultivation of their plants is an art. You can tell One Plant cares about not just quantity, but quality.

I love your products/pricing/sales and location. Your store is great. Your staff needs to step it up. Smile, be more friendly. Walk into MUV on woolbright and take notice how their employees run their business. It’s like that 24/7. Your staff is not personable, don’t care to be there and just flat out are zombies. Making me wait 45 minutes to fill my order (6-7pm window I got there 7pm on the dot) is just unacceptable. In fact they took people infront of me, then tells me I basically have to wait my turn and seemed confused as to why I was becoming irate. Make a better online ordering system. don’t waste people’s time. I could have walked in and out faster without a doubt, 2 people did it right infront of me

I just took my girlfriend to pick up her medication. There wasn’t any parking! Then when we got a parking spot it took 15 minutes to get her order. Curbside should be QUICK! The woman helping us asked for our name twice, 5 minutes apart before getting her bag. They need more staff! I’m not ordering ahead to wait 15 minutes!

Best bud in town. You can walk out of there with 2oz of kief for $200. I am a big fan of Asian stuff so I went big on Chem and it is the original. 2 hits and your set. Dirty Lemons, Ebony & Ivory, Caribbean Breeze, all can’t miss. I myself just made a blueberry lemonade

Picked up some Blueberry Muffin today and all I can say is WoW. This strain checks all the boxes when it comes to Effects, Taste, Smell and Looks. Indica leaning for sure leaves you relaxed and is really good for my anxiety. I highly recommend this strain and One Plant.

A pretty dissatisfied customer. On 2 fronts. First. Out of stock on many items that I try ordering, even to the point where I can successfully check out in shopping cart. But when I get to your location there’s issues.The second and most IMPORTANT point ; you have employees that are condescending to others. Mike T. is his name , lives in the nearby area. He was seen destroying property for political reasons. Ripping signs out and threatening to shoot them up , this is not the place where I will be spending my money. We live in a super delicate time right now , those sort of hateful actions echo , and effect people in a snowball effect.

We had a great conversation and he was so great explaining their products. Finally, a store in Florida well stocked on flower!!! Their prices are really great too. Sad, i really wanted to try their product. Unfortunately they only have one location at the moment at boynton so i placed an order for delivery to Davie. Place the order and it took three days to setup the delivery which i received a call explaining how deliveries work, etc. I call the day of the delivery at 10:30 to get the 2 hour window, they said 2:30PM-6:00PM and i will receive a automated message when they are 30mins from the location. Well i get a call from the driver at 2:45 that he is 2 mins from my house. One plant expects you to leave work and be home in 2 mins or dont go to work just to wait for your medicine. So i call the customer support and they explain that they will fix it and make it right and that he will call the manager at the boynton store. Well its been another day and no call or anything from anyone at one plant. I guess they dont want my business, good thing that their are many options at the moment when it comes to our medicine. Gonna do a hard pass on one plant for now and wont be recommending them to my medical friends who were waiting to see my experience with one plant.Horrible Customer Service.

I have to give 3 stars because..... the facility was very clean, love the logo! They were very nice and nice to get 25% off first purchase. I was the only one in the store and waited over an hour.. there wasn’t much in stock. The $68 for an 1/8th is a lot more than I pay at other dispensaries... I ordered 2 of the tropical train wreck cartridges.. very weak, didn’t even feel anything..

First time trying this dispensary. Facility was very aesthetic and staff was very welcoming. Grabbed an ounce consisting of 4 different strains. They all look and smell great. Most importantly the bud quality... These batches were not cured correctly as the buds don’t want to stay lit and the ash burns black instead of a nice white. Also makes for a harsher smoke/headache. Definitely not something I would expect from a licensed dispensary. This is the only dispensary I’ve noticed this with and it’s very disappointing but hopefully this will be improved in the future.Edit: Emailed One Plant at the email they provided and still no response. I will edit this again if they ever respond.Edit: 9 months later and still no response. It’s obvious they just slap on those google responses with no intention of making things right. They just sent out a 30% off store wide but it’s still trash I won’t be coming back.

Hi,I am a loyal customer and got a call on Friday for Mac. So I go online and order 2 -7G of MAC. I summit a Monday delivery the only day. Then today Sunday I got a call letting me know about my delivery for Tuesday . I told the girl on the line that I cannot do Tuesday. Then she transfer me to Perla and in a very disrespectful way she told me to read before click the check mark were it states that is not guaranteed delivery day. She said that that’s all she can do and to read next time. No way to treat a customer making me feel stupid because I can’t read fine print. I have youth glaucoma I had lost 60% of my vision. Her way of treating me that I am blinds was very unprofessional for being a customer service lead.
