She is beyond disrespectful and invalidating to any patient who disagrees with her in a cordial manner. Her use of the English language is shameful for somebody who is educated. She has shown herself on several occasions to be a lazy, incompetent and unprofessional person. She has a tendency to compromise HIPAA and make very irrational decisions. I strongly recommend you choose somebody else for you pharmaceutical needs. This woman here is a catastrophe!

This woman works for the West Palm Beach VA and has shown herself to be extremely unprofessional on several occasions. Her attitude is disgusting and condescending and she apparently disregards the fact that she is in a unique and fortunate position to serve America’s veterans. She violated HIPAA laws in an issue directly involving me and created a tremendously embarrassing incident. She should not be in a position to deal with people in a healthcare environment; furthermore she should not be entrusted with private, sensitive HIPAA protected information.
