The Publix is great but this Plaza has THE worst physical set up. Used 2 shop here all the time B4 they restructured the parking lot. 2 many little curbs! U have 2 stop 5 times B4 U get anywhere - traffic going in multiple directions - who designed this place? Now I shop at ANY OTHER Publix due 2 this fiasco.

Pharmacy customer service on the phone is horrible. If you every need to know something, go in person. They constantly put you on hold for so long and then your call gets transferred to the seafood department. How does this even happen?Then you have to hang up and call back the pharmacy which then they put you back on hold immediately without even saying hello. Very frustrating!

Had the worst experience with the western union clerk. If I ever revisit, hopefully, the second time will be a more pleasant experience
