I did not have a good experience. I called and made an appointment and confirmed my appointment over the phone. During this call I also provided my vison savings plan information and was told what the total cost would be for a routine eye exam for my daughter. Showed up at said time/date and was told that our appointment was not for today but for another day. I advised the women at the desk that it was her who I spoke too over the phone, and I was told the wrong day. I was not mistaken since I wrote down the information, repeated the date and time during the original call. I asked if my daughter could be seen today and was told that there was an appointment 2 hours later, no prob...I did not want to waste another day to return so I agreed to come back later. Returned later and waited for about 20 mins to be seen. Doctor was nice and eye exam was done. They had a very small selection of glasses for kids, so we opted to just look elsewhere. During check out for the exam I was told another price which was double the amount that I confirmed with my savings plan and with eye-site when I originally called and made my appointment. I was upset but paid. I called my vison savings plan and was told that it must have been the way the doctor bills which is why it was extra. I called eye-site to get a better breakdown and was told that the bill was for the eye exam and the refraction test aka a vison test. Why would they charge separate for each? I was not told this beforehand even though I called and discussed the cost. We could of went elsewhere and be seen in much less time without the headache for a fraction of the cost. In all my years never had this issue regarding a routine eye exam and never paid this much with or without a savings plan or insurance. Sadly, I would not recommend eye-site and won’t be returning.

I have worked with Patrick, and Lauren. This experience has been indeed an excellent one. The excellent and accurate Eye exam was a breath of fresh air, and I was very impressed with Patricks insight, and knowledge, and very professional care. Lauren is also a breath of fresh air in the way that she filled my prescription, and followed up via phone, until the Lenses were complete from the Lab and delivered. The new lenses are perfect. After using the same optician and optical store up north for over 20 years, I moved to Florida. Covid struck and I didnt get my glasses adjusted or new lenses put in. I was nervous as I have a difficult Rx and wear my glasses in an unusual spot and not everyone can get it right. Lauren spent so much time with me. My glasses were perfect. In fact, as they have a lot of fabulous frames, I bought another pair.

I highly recommend this store. The staff is patient , careful and helpful. The end result for me was perfect fitting frames with transition and progressive lenses.

With the current crises still here I say if you are in need of anything optical Eyesite is extremely careful when dealing with your needs, all protocols are in place to protect you. Many optical houses out there, I dont know of any as good as they are.

I left LenCrafters for a more family oriented practice and I have been very pleased. You don’t get your glasses within 24 hours, but the doctors and the wait are worth it to me and my family of six.

This is a great place! When I walked in I was greeted by a very nice lady, the doctor was awesome, and the office was very clean and maintained. I would definitely recommend it! Very convenient location :)

This place is GREAT. Old school values and customer service. Dave, Dr. Lampert and Paulette make a great team. Dave seems to remember everyones name and always looks out for their best interest, not just a quick buck. They do a great job of examining your eyes and not just relying on the computer to determine what you need. (The computer was wrong and the doctor caught it when he did the old style test (i.e. which is better, 1 or 2) to confirm what the computer calculated . Ive been going to them for quite a few years now. I really hope they dont go anywhere and just stay exactly as they are.

Was recommended to Dr Thomas by a fellow manager at Publix. Had broken an expensive pair of Ovvo titanium frames. Long story short, Ovvo replaced the frames nearly free of charge. Dr Thomas and Eye Site were highly recommended by someone whos opinion I trusted..so hey..gave it a shot. Upon arriving, Caroline, (Dr Thomas, this girls the BEST, she needs a raise), greeted me. I explained my dilemma. I had just gotten a pair of reader glasses made earlier this year. After discussing my options, I opted for a new test and glasses in the frames I brought with me. Didnt get to see Dr Thomas, but Dr Gary was AMAZING. Super patient with all my questions and made a few astute observations that ended up being spot on. Very quiet and pleasant manner about him as well and you can tell he knows his business. Told me 3 days on the glasses in the frames I brought in and at a MUCH better price than I had any right to expect. They brought down the exam price and gave me premium transition lenses with all the bells and whistles, (Scratch resistant, progressive etc etc) at a great price. Caroline called me the next day saying my glasses were ready (a day plus ahead of schedule). When I went in Caroline was there, as happy as before and Dr Thomas personally came out and took care of me. Looked over my glasses and personally adjusted them while being amazingly warm and friendly. Explained everything to me including the warranty and asked me to call him if I should have ANY questions. The whole experience was amazing. From Caroline to Dr Gary to Dr Thomas, everyone was happy and attentive and great to be around. Let me tell you, as a manager at Publix, I know a thing or 2 about customer service. These guys at Eye Site have it. Thank you for a great experience

Very efficient, friendly and helpful. So glad I tried this place. In and out without a wait and that was for the full treatment - exam and ordering/fitting two new pair of glasses.

I received 2 new pair prescription glasses and sunglasses just prior to my heading down to Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday. I checked the glasses and my vision was distorted for distance/reading. Once in Florida, I called Eye-Site and spoke with Carolanne. She was extremely friendly and encouraged me to come to the store so she could take measurements and check all of my glasses.When I arrived at the store, Carolanne immediately greeted me. She knew I had never been to the store before and spent over an hour with me, adjusting all 4 pair of glasses until I was comfortable with the distance and reading on them. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and professional, she was so patient with me, making sure I was 100% satisfied. Additionaly, she changed the nose pads on two pair of the glasses. I was so relieved to know all I needed was an adjustment and would not have to have my lenses redone.When we finished, I asked her the total charge for the service. She told me there would be no charge. I was absolutely shocked and insisted I pay for the time and service she provided to me, but she refused to take my money. This lovely woman treated me no different than a paying customer in her store, spending time adjusting glasses and sunglasses not purchased at her store, making sure everything was perfect before I left the store.What a wonderful experience I had at Eye-Site! I highly recommend Eye-Site! They are in a “category by themselves“ and encourage you to visit them. They will exceed your expectations. I wish there were more optical stores like this in New York! Their customer service is A++++!

Came here on new years day observed, what a grest experience. Very friendly greeting.They were open and made repair to my nose piece and replaced screw in frame,all for no charge !I recommend you give them your business!
