A very pleasant experience, great staff, caring doctor. My visit was handled very professionally. The staff, especially Angie, was especially helpful to make sure my husband was able to get new glasses. As for myself, I am grateful for meeting Dr. Bessis. She conducted a thorough exam and answered all my questions. Angie and I selected new glasses for me. I cant wait to pick them up! You have my entire contact information and have not bothered to contact me or refunded what insurance paid you. AND YOUR GLASSES PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT CORRECT AND YOU HAVE NOT SENT THE RESULTS OF THE RETINAL SCAN YOU CHARGED FOR. You have cost me way more than the visit and at this point, I have obtained the information on reporting at the state licensing level, as well as MEDICARE. The level of incompetence at this place is unbelievably high for a place that refers to itself as ELITE!

Staff was great in sceduling a short-notice appointment and patient in training me in soft lens insert and removal. Dr. Makaret made my 2020 by recommending a switch from hard lenses to soft - prior Optometrist never even brought up the possibility for debate. Happy patient!

The store in my opinion needs more of a selection, but the staff is courteous an professional.. I missed Dr Taylor I just assumed he was there always, but the Optometrist on duty was very thorough. I appreciate the care I receive when I come to Elite Vision Care. Ive been coming here for years. Dr. Case is amazing. I love the selection of glasses and sunglasses available from moderately prices lenses to trendy fashion. Ive also been able to order special prescription contact lenses for Halloween which was awesome. The office staff are always pleasant, greet people with a smile, and remember me by name which is a nice touch. The office is always clean too which is a necessity.

Not a recommend place if you want the Dr to take your eyes more seriously. The Dr lacks patience, and the procedure of optometry is sketchy. Then I have to pay for a test that I didnt ask for. The prescription is not accurate, and after 1 week I found out the contact lenses they gave me was expired. Im going somewhere else to retake my eye exam.

I have had the worse experience ever with my eye glasses, prescription. They just cannot get it right. Not only did they have to re-do my glasses 4 times now, they keep giving me the wrong contact lens with a prescription that does not work for me. To date my glasses are still wrong...I almost passed out at the store shopping in them. Mu husband had to sit me down and take off my glasses. The contact lens are even worse. I cannot see out of one eye. Everytime I go back they cant seem to figure it out. They barely have doctors in the office especially on Fridays. I called to get a copy of my records and I was told that they need a doctor to sign off before releasing my own records. I am so fed up with them!!! I will never refer anyone to them. They are horrible!!!!

My appointment was booked very last minute and Although I was a bit nervous as this was my first time going to an eye doctor, the entire staff made me feel as if I were home. The technician was kind and patient with me, Dr. Case was so personable I felt like I knew her for years. After my eyes were dilated I needed to make a decision on what frames looked best. With the help of not 1, not 2 but 3 staff members I finally picked my choice. I left their office with a huge smile on my face and excited that I would soon be sporting some cool looking shades. This was my first visit to the optometrist at Elite Vision Care. I was pleasantly surprised. The optometrist switched my contacts and they are so much more comfortable than the ones my old optometrist gave me. I also got glasses and was given a discount on them even though I used my insurance for my contacts. The optician that helped me was very nice and helped me not only pick out my frames but choose what type of lenses to put in them. (who knew there are different lens materials?) This office definitely gives the local business vibe and gives old fashioned customer service.

My experience with the Doctor was great how ever i dont care for the service afterward. My lens are to strong the burn my eyes and there are spots on the left lens from the lining of the progressive procedure and the frame is cracked already and was told that i would have to purchace a new order bc of the frame. $300 later. I will never purchase glasses from this facility again.

The office personnel of Elite Vision Care in Boynton Beach is incompetent and rude to customers. This is not the way to treat your customers if you want to stay in business or want to have a job.I had my last pair of Silhouette Rimless glasses done by Dr. Case a few years back and I could not use them for over a year as they were giving me headaches and making me dizzy. I paid around $450 out of pocket with the VSP discount, so this was not a cheap pair of glasses...Now, I made the mistake to go to the same office for another pair, and the PD which they wrote on the prescription was off from the measured values from LensCrafters so I asked the front personnel if they could check again. To my surprise, not only that they did not understand the difference between distance and reading PD, but they refused to measure again, and they were also very rude.This could explain why I was getting dizzy from the last pair. If your pupil distance does not match where the centers of your pupils are, your vision can be affected! The wrong PD can induce eye strain, fatigue, headaches and blurry vision.This office does not consider PD measurement important ( PD measurement is done by somebody else and not Dr. Case), but quality and accuracy are very important to me.Also, be aware of useless procedures such as the eyes picture for $39 and others which are done without explaining the added out of pocket expenses.The personnel at Elite Vision Care in this office is not trustworthy. They are incompetent, and they treat their customers with disrespect.Stay away, and find an office you can trust!

This facility told me they was capable of giving an exam to children that didnt know there ABC, that is false the do not cater to children under 5. Also i purchased glasses that was sapose to transition into dark shade. .. they dont i took them back so they could fix the problem i had, they sent back the pair and to this day the i see no improvement on the glasses. I feel that they took advantage of my insurance and my money. I wouldnt refer this facility to anyone due to the problem my daughter is still having and me needing to find and fix her glasses again. Thanks for taking my money.
