Very nice and quick. I needed a last minute eye exam, cause of my headaches and they saw me the same day. The eye Dr was honest and nice. Most eye Dr Ive been too just do your exam and say your fine and leave. I had a problem/issue and the Dr told me in great detail about my eyes. Never had that experience for an eye exam and I truly liked it. The front desk associates were awesome. Very helpful on finding a frame that fir my face nicely. I will definitely be coming back to them for further future appointments.

Best place by far! And my progressive lenses are finally light weight on my nose !! And the reader section is very clear I can see well which was not the case from other places around . Also they helped me pic the frames. And I purchase computer glasses progressive too. I have tried many places Year after year and always felt not happy with the glass quality both regarding quality and weight even that I choose the top they would offered and so stuck . I feel like this was my New Years blessing glad I went to Quantum this time!

I have been to many optical stores in my life and I have to say that my experience with The Quantum Optical was one of the best I have had. I am on Humana and the choice of optical stores that are covered is sadly lacking. I would rather pay to go to Quantum in future. Isaac is truly exceptional with his customer service and customer satisfaction. My first set of lenses did not give me optimum reading, so at no cost to me, Isaac had them changed. The original frames were too small for my face, so Isaac again changed the frames and lenses at no cost to me. This is what I call customer service that is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them!

I’ve worn glasses my whole life and at the beginning of covid I decided to try an online glasses company. After returning them 3 times to get the lenses remade because they made them wrong and the hurt my eyes and taking them to another local place to have the lenses remade a 4th time (still not done right) the frames decided to break after 3 months and they are “titanium”. My girlfriend recommended The Quantum Optical. I was greeted by Isaac which was just awesome, I told him my issue and what I was looking for in glasses and he picked 3 pairs for me to try on and 1 of those were exactly what I was looking for. When I received my glasses they were perfect!!!!!! I would definitely recommend them!!!!!

The Quantum Optical in Boynton Beach, FL is the best optical store store I have visited in south Florida. Isaac, optician/owner, has a beautiful selection of frames. He knows what looks and fits best. These are some of the reasons this is my only place to buy prescription frames. I thought I should let everyone know what a great experience I had using Quantum Optical. My husband and I do not have insurance for glasses. We called around and were told some ridiculous amounts for glasses and replacement lenses. On a whim we went to Quantum Optical. Once in the door we knew our problems were solved. Issac the owner helped us out. No insurance no problem.... no rip off! His eye doctor explained different things about my vision which I never knew. I bought the Groupon for quantum optical and, really lucked out! They were so awesome and, kind. They treated me with such care and, weren’t pushy about buying anything instead let me glance around and, offered assistance as needed. During the eye exam was handled like a pro as well! They even fixed my old frames so I would have a back up pair even tho I didn’t buy my old frames from them! My order was promptly ready. Last year I used one of those 2/$99 places and hated my prescription and the glasses so much that I went back to my old glasses. I even tried using my warranty to remedy the situation, it was worthless. I saw the reviews and decided to give Quantum a try. I got some classy glasses and clear, clear lenses for the same price I paid at the 2/$99 place. And they come with a great warranty.

Everything about this place is very professional and friendly, my glasses are the best Ive had in years. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. I was without transport when my glasses were ready so Isaac offered to bring them to me, what we didnt expect was the torrential rain that came down as he arrived, he wasnt phased at all. I have been wearing contacts for 6 years and I have not been able to see this good from my contacts, they fit perfectly & is the best quality . I literally started crying because I have been looking for a doctor like him for years! Lens Crafters or Americas best wasnt able to help me, I am soo happy I found them.
