Anyas massage is magical. She was able to find tight spots that other therapists do not. Her deep tissue massage feel like gentle pressure and yet she is able to release all the knots! She is intuitive and intentional in her bodywork and releases not only the muscles but all the mental stress. Afterwards you just want to curl up and take a nap. Ive become a regular!

I am so very grateful I found Anya. I was having significant tightness in my hamstring and after one session with Anya, the discomfort was gone. I had been to several massage therapists and spas with the same concern, but only experienced mild improvement. I exercise 4-6 times weekly and it is strenuous exercise. Anyas massage was therapeutic and uplifting. She incorporates various modalities and even adds some stretches i as well leaving my muscles tension free. I received an incredible and deeply healing massage from Anya. Thai massage is my favorite way to restore and regulate my nervous system and after learning from her website of her other modalities, I knew she could be extremely helpful in clearing stress and anxiousness. Anya also incorporated deep tissue massage to release tension in my neck and held beautiful space for me, allowing deeper relaxation, renewal, and release of pain and stiffness. I feel If its been a while since your last massage, you will want the 90 minute session:)

Ive seen Anya twice now, the first time was two weeks ago, the second was today. The first massage was a Thai Massage and todays massage as a deep tissue massage. BOTH massages were the BEST Ive ever had, although they were very different. Anya is VERY, VERY knowledgeable, very sweet and caring. I am a disabled veteran with degenerative disc disease, degenerative joint disease and bulging discs in my back. Ive also had my right knee replaced. Im stating all this because Ive been to several LMTs, chiropractors and attended physical therapy since 1986 and NO ONE comes close to Anya. Received a 1 hour thai massage a couple of days ago, it was amazing as I feel more loose and limber then before. Not only is Anya is very gifted healer but also a great therapist, very chill and easy to talk to. After the session was over we had a nice talk for 20 mins or so, very nice experience overall, highly recommend her. Will definitely reschedule with her when Im back in town.

I never write reviews but after my 2nd time seeing Anya I feel compelled to do so. The first massage was incredible, and the second one was even better. Anya has strong but soft hands. First massage I was there for my back and the second I was there for a sport recovery massage. She has such an incredible positive energy about her. I look forward to going back again soon.

I found Anya online by chance, my neck/shoulder were killing me and I needed a massage ASAP. She was very accomodating, saw me on the same day, drove one hour at least to get to the ocean ridge location. She was very knowledgeable, very calm spirited and made me relax very easily. She knew exactly what she was doing and found tension areas that I did not even know were there. She has a very wholistic approach and gave me valuable advice and tools. I cant wait till my next appointment!

I’m writing to tell anyone reading this , to go see Anya! This is no ordinary massage - being on her table was like having an outer body experience bc she relaxed me that much - mind and body . I kept saying ‘ this is Heaven’ bc that’s how I felt - almost as is it was an outer body experience ! I’ve been to many massage therapists but she is truly one of a kind !
