Feel Well Day Spa is absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage this Valentine’s Day and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely kind and the customer service was exceptional. Hands down it was the best massage we’ve ever had. It was super relaxing and most definitely would recommend to anyone!

For my mother’s birthday I wanted to treat her to a massage, since she had never had one. When I called to make the appointment the person who set up the appointment didn’t sound to enthused. Anyways gave my name and info for the couple’s massage. The day of the appointment we arrive only to be told our appointment was canceled. We were told they tried to contact us several times to confirm our appointment and since we never replied the appointment was canceled. Well I never received any calls…. because they had an incorrect number (even though I gave the correct # during my initial phone call). Ok people make mistakes so I kept my composure. We were told we would receive a complimentary massage due to the inconvenience. We were disappointed but felt appreciative that they were trying to make amends. Ok day of the 2nd appointment I get a call that our appointment was canceled due to the person that I guess would be working with us had an emergency. I understand that life happens but once again we have been inconvenienced. Thanks but no thanks. Please confirm your information when dealing with this business( because they don’t), and make a back up appointment elsewhere…just in case.👎🏽

My legs were very hot during this massage and after expressing my discomfort nothing was changed. After the massage I showed multiple employees that my knees were swollen, and burned and they sent me out and said it was a reaction and I would be fine. It turns out I had severe burns and when I called for a refund they expressed they would send me one. After not receiving my refund I called them back and learned that there had been no refund issued. Since then, they have been ignoring and dodging my calls.

We desperately needed to get out of the house to break up the routine yesterday Took my daughter here for a massage and had a wonderful experience. We both came out very happy and relaxed which is exactly what we needed! My masseuse was Barbara and my daughters was Robin! I believe Robin did my last massage. They are both excellent! Charlene the owner is terrific! I requested just relaxation but Barbara instinctively found some of my problems and fixed them! This is a first class place!

I initially found this spa on Groupon. I have booked here twice before and will continue. Good price, great service. One of my pet peeves is masseuse not doing your full service time. Here they take their time and give you your full paid time. It’s my hard earned money and I worked for this massage! Lol

The worse. I made the appt long time ago with Barbara. She did my sons massage and it was amazing. The appt was on Friday and it was a surprise to my boyfriend. The appt was at 5:30. The front desk contacted me that day at 4 just to confirm the appt. At 5 oclockI got another call to see if I can come at 6 because someone else scheduled the appt b4 just for 30 minutes. I said, yes not a problem. I called at 5:55 to let them know it was an accident and we may be few minutes late. I was told its ok. I found out at that time the appt was with someone else, not Barb.I showed up at6:15 and i was told the massage will only be for 30 minutes. Why? No communication at all and nobody told me that Barbara wasnt there. You dont change it that way.The massage was in a hurry 😦. However, the first massage scheduled for my son with Barbara, it was great. I was going to refer others and i was going to get a gift certificate. I guess no.

My daughter and I went for a massage today. I had Niesh and she had Jac. Niesh was wonderful she has great hands and was very professional , my daughter had Jac he was also amazing very good massage and very professional. I highly recommend this Spa.We bought a Groupon , but plan to go back even without one. If you need a good massage look no further. Great place!

Absolute worst. “60 min Massage” was only 35 min plus 10 min of slathering massage oil through my hair. Therapist was just pouring oil and literally throwing the sheets around the whole time, not working muscles and said “it would be a lot of work” if she tried to get out some knots in my back. Felt the same leaving as starting except I needed a long shower and had to clean my car seat from all the oil

This is a very small and cozy little place. The staff was friendly and courteous and the room was nice and clean. I had Michelle and she was wonderful!! She knew exactly what to do and worked her magic with the hot stones. I will definitely be back.

I used to believe that getting pampered was a treat, but if you just check out their prices, you will see that it is something that you can integrate into your routine on a more regular basis. so now I get to treat myself to a professional wonderful experience more often!

I stumbled upon this Spa while waiting on my husband at the car rental place. Noticed the prices were reasonable on the sign outside. Charlene was quite knowledgeable when I asked a bunch of questions, so I scheduled treatments for my husband and I.The first thing Jack or Jaque asked me was the purpose of the treatment that day. I had scheduled a 30 min Swedish Massage with 1hr Lymphatic massage. I explained that it was detoxification and he created a treatment around it. He was very intuitive and I was very pleased with the results. Hes a quite a gem.Robin treated my husband with a deep tissue massage and he was quite pleased. He is used to this kind a massage and at times is disappointed with the results. This is not the case with his treatment with Robin. We are so happy about finding this place. Look forward to our next treatment.

My wife and I went for a couples massage. The experience was superb from start to finish. We had no issue booking a time that was convenient. The woman who made the appointment was kind and accommodating. When we arrived, we were greeted by the counter staff, who were also very friendly. We got Robin and Jacques for our massage therapists. They were hands down the best. We have had massages all over the world, and these two therapists were the best! Both of us always feel like the massage is either too hard or too soft or that they focus on areas that dont need to be focused on... but not this time. Both of us were extremely satisfied with the massages. We felt very good leaving there and feel very good about returning. I highly recommend this place and do yourself a favor and request Robin or Jacques.

After calling about half a dozen, I narrowed it down to 3. I then went to see for myself. All the places, were about the same, lovely, calming, clean and appropriately sensual!The people there helped me to make my choice, Lorri, made the decision easy. She was incredibly helpful and very pro-active in making this day special! The entire staff made this a most memorable occasion. We were there for a couples massage, the staff was exceptional in their abilities and knowledge.We will be using Fell Well in the future, I recommend you do the same!

I have been to Feel Well Day Spa twice. On my 1st visit, the staff was excellent, from the warm welcome, to personal and professional service they rendered. My 1st experience exceeded my expectations so much so, that I returned and my 2nd visit was every bit as enjoyable as the first.

I called on Valentines Day which was a very busy day. I spoke to the owner Charlene and told her I had a lot of pain in my back. She called me back in a few minutes and told me she would fit me in. I went in and could not even stand up straight, when I came out I felt wonderful and had no pain. Charlene worked on me herself and did a great job, I immediately made a follow up appt.

They really know how to zone in on their clients needs. Its never a one size fits all massage. And they remember their clients to make it feel customized without ever having to tell them anything. They go above and beyond the experience every time! I do work closer to the spa but I do travel the hour from where I live from it without hesitation when needed! Because they do fit you in at your convenience! I have been coming for quite a while and I can say feel well day spa is on my speed dial! The complimentary mimosa was not an actual mimosa, it was made with orange juice from concentrate and a splash of very cheap wine. When we asked why it wasnt champagne we were rudely told that they werent trying to get us drunk. As if that would even be possible from one mimosa.The massage techs were beyond inexperienced and untrained. The scalp massage was done completely dry and left one of us with a bad rash and inflamed scalp. The massage overall was extremely unpleasant and involved a lot of just spreading oil around and not actual massaging. Then at the end of the massage we were left with oil all over our bodies that wasnt wiped off and got all over our clothes and car.We will never return and do everything we can to prevent others from being put through such a miserable experience. After all that we still tipped $20 but the front desk woman was rude and gave us a nasty look and told us to just goMy wife and I couldnt think of a single positive thing to say about the horrible ordeal. It was like slowly being tortured and then rudely shoved out the door.

Terrible place went here with my fiancé and didn’t feel like the therapists really knew what they were doing. It was very painful and fast not like massages I’ve gotten at other places in the past and I’ve been to a lot of them none of them as bad as this one. My fiancé has also been is a lot of pain to the point where we’ve had to put ice on her neck and she’s been really emotional which I’ve read is a side effect of a bad massage. Never going back to this place, I hope they close down for good.
