I was really impressed from start to finish Sen. I requested online for an appointment and received a call the next morning confirming they had availability. I was explained the cancellation and no show policies. I received text and email confirmation for my prenatal massage which was nice to add right to my calendar. I arrived early as requested to fill out the new client paperwork.Kim was my therapist and confirmed my info and how far along I am. She gave an explanation of the massage in the room and how I will be positioned. We went over areas that needed addressed and then she stepped out so I could get comfortable. She came in and made sure I was positioned correctly and comfortable and began an amazing massage. I have sciatica pain in my hips and shoulder issues from playing with my toddler. She really worked on those areas helping them loosen so much. She was so kind and worked quietly which I appreciate. I think she used medium to firm pressure depending on the area and it was heavenly.I fully plan to return before my baby is born and after!!!

I highly recommend Kim as a massage therapist. I lost my job a few days ago & had a gift card but could not afford to tip her, I communicated that to her & she was very kind & understanding. I’m a good tipper and felt really bad about not being able to tip but she made me feel at ease about it. When I get back on my feet I will be coming back for her services. Thank you Kim, we need more ppl like you!

My boyfriend and I went in for Valentines Day and received a couples massage that was absolutely amazing! Sue and Roberto are a great asset to Zen! Sue put me to sleep, it was so good! Felt like I was walking on air when finished. Only down side - it had to end 😅

I have been to Zen Massage several times and have never been disappointed. The place is clean and attractive. All of my massage therapists were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. They were always polite and friendly. The last massage I had there was great. It made my top 10 list!!

Absolutely amazing - Best massage I’ve ever had. Jeff read my body and found all of my tense spots that needed attention and worked them till they were completely resolved. I loved his approach to massage therapy, more about focusing in on the places that need it most than just doing a bland overall rubbing. Will be back again! 💜

Not sure of girls name but just horrible. She pretty much just rubbed lotion on me. Massage part she forgot about. Never coming back.

My husband and I got couples massages this past weekend and it was fantastic. I had Kathrine and my husband got Chris and they both were really good and professional. They made us feel comfortable and we will be coming back for sure.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to make everyone aware of the terrible service I received..BEWARE of therapist named SHER.I received a massage by Sher and I absolutely hated it.. not to mention how rude she was!! I would never go back even if it was offered free..Avoid Sher she’s not a good therapist.

Patrice was great. However, I am extremely disappointed in the overall situation. I had a Groupon this time, and after my last time, Patrice told me I needed and hour and a half session (Swedish). My Groupon was only for one hour, so was told they would see if the other 1/2 hour could be at Groupon rate, or normal rate. Turns out the other 1/2 hour was $10 more than the full hour I paid for the Groupon HOUR massage. RIdiculous. I didnt take it out on Patrice and still gave her $10/half hour tip (so $30 total), but then my total amount to pay for my prepaid Groupon ended up being $74 something for this other half hour plus the tip. Totally stupid and so not worth it.

I scheduled a 2 hour massage that was more like a 90 minute massage. I arrived a few minutes early and had time to drink hot tea while I waited. I looked at the clock when I entered the room to see it was 10 after the hour. By the time the masseuse entered it was close to 20 after and expected the session to last 2 hours from the time she entered the room. She spent so much time coming and going during the session that I know it was not two hours hands on because as I was getting dressed to leave it was 10 minutes before the hour.Lesson learned? Never schedule a 2 hour massage @ 7pm when they close @ 9pm. They had me out the door before 9pm so they could be out on time.

Very disappointed.....booked a week in advance for a specific massage ....instead I ended with someone applying lotion!!!!! Therapist informed me she did not know how to do NEUROMUSCULAR, I cant even say I got a good relaxation massage either.... Very Disappointed....The more I think about the more upset I am.....It was a complete waste of my money !!😔Yet my Hubby got an excellent Therapist!!!! His Therapist Pat ( Paty) who was a 5 STAR!!If you book at this location make sure you recheck at the desk that you are getting what you paid for.

Staff responsive to your needs that leads to a satisfying visit

I decided today to go for a facial to cheer me up because my 60th Birthday has arrived.I called Zen and made an appointment for an anti aging facial. The esthetician was very sweet and friendly and did an okay job. I didnt know until I got into the room that Dermalogica products are used and assumed that the age smart products would be used. I never asked because I assumed she would pick out products appropriate for the type facial I requested.I dont like to make a fuss but at the end of my facial after the moisturizer was applied, I inquired about it and was told she used the regular line of products.at the front desk i touched my face and it was very gritty, so I went back into the room and she apologized repeatedly and wiped it off around my nose, mouth and chin. I went to a nearby store afterwards and my face still felt gritty, not smooth like I would have expected and sure enough, after looking in the mirror, I had gritty mask residue in many more spots on my face. i had to rewash my face when I got home.I will not be going back.

Awesome spa. i had an amazing Massage from Darci.. i have been a massage therapist for long time and it is very hard to get a good therapeutic massage from someone who has alot of knowledge in there craft. she has a wonderful healing touch. the atmasphere is perfect ,quiet and calm. very clean. confirmed my appt via text which was very conveinent. highly recommend
