Had a virtual appointment with the doctor which was pleasant. I had a procedure that I waited for 3 months to have on 7/15/21. I have made several attempts obtain information or even get guidance for the next steps and have left several messages all of my calls have gone to a voice mail for the doctors assistance and to date (8/27/21), I have no calls back from anyone. Im very disappointed in the office staff and the lack of follow up. Whats the purpose of going through a procedure if no one provides results?

My PCP told me to get apt ASAP as my blood work showed severe anemia & in experiencing abdominal pain. Joshua Sterns office wouldn’t give me an apt because they don’t take my CIGNA insurance. I offered to pay cash & they do not accept cash patients. Disgusting that you’d deny people an apt when they’re clearly in medical distress! Shame on you!

(Everything but timing.....) My apologies, that assessment was meant for another doctors office where I waited 2hrs from my appointment time before being seen. That was not the case with Dr Sterns office I had almost no wait time at all. Everyone there was efficient and courteous.

From the time you check in which I didnt have to wait long to getting seen my my GREAT Dr. Stern to checking out everyone was PRofessional and FRiendly and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend DR. Stern.

I would give this Doctor 10 stars after my experience today. I went in with stomach pain explained my symptoms he knew right away what he suspected. Had his staff call to get me in for a CAT scan that day and said he wanted the results immediately following the test so I could start the medication and feel better. By the time my CAT scan results were done it was 5 pm and the office was closed and I thought ok I’ll have to wait till the morning. This amazing Doctor called me from his cell phone on his way home to tell me the results and to start taking the medication. I haven’t met a Doctor that cares so much for his patients in over 20 years. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where do I begin? First, Dr. Stern diagnoses you with a disease that you don’t even have, then he tries to do a few procedures on you that your insurance covers, but proceeds to tell you it isn’t covered because the office bills it the wrong way only to benefit the practice. In other words SCAM. This guy is incompetent as it gets! I have since found a new and amazing gastro who is honest and actually learned something in medical school. I assume Dr. Stern only learned the financial aspect of this field. Find a better physician, Dr. Stern will only lie to you and cheat you!

DR STERN TRUELY GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK. I WANT TO THANK HIM FOR REMOVING POYLPS FROM MY STOMACH OR WHATEVER HE DID TO TAKE AWAY THE PAIN THAT I ENDURED FOR 11 MONTHS. I HAD EVEN CONSIDERED SUICIDE. THE PAIN WAS THAT HORRIFIC. BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. WISH THEIR WERE MORE LIKE HIM. VERY RARE TO HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH SUCH A DEDICATED , EXPERIENCED QUALIFIED DOCTOR.
