Dr. Horvath is a great doctor and has a perfect demeanor. He is prompt and attentive. Besides seeing him for my colon cancer, he figured out I had Celiac Disease. I highly recommend him.

I took an elderly friend to see dr. Tobin following discharge from the hospital for acute colitis. We waited in the waiting room for over an hour beyond the appointment time. By the time we got into a room my friends calves and feet were so swollen from.sitting so long and from her recent hospital discharge. Because her feet needed to be elevated, I placed the providers swivel chair beneath her calves, with her feet hanging over the edge. This help to relieve the discomfort. When the provider finally came in. He was so aghast that my friend had the nerve to put her feet in his chair. He spent the first five minutes of our appointment soaping, scrubbing, and sanitizing the chair. Then, he was so upset about it he couldnt focus on the fact that my friend needed help. He never examined her, he didnt touch her, and he kept commenting on the fact that her feet had been in his chair. I would not recommend this doctor to anybody in need. In fact, frankly, he really needs to take many courses on compassion and empathy. He has none for human beings.

Disrespectful office and Dr. Towbin they are hang up phone calls.

My appointment is at 1:30 pm and I was in pain. My doctor faxed my referral and the big blonde said she didnt get so I had to wait until 2:45 pm to see Dr. Urban. Other people came and got through before me. As a result, my appointment was done at 3:45 pm. My insurance is a mess so I get what I pay for. I like Dr. Urban, but the girls in the office are a mess!

No respect for the patients time. My appointment was at 9.20, at 9.40 I was called back to the room to do vitals and told to go back to the waiting room. There were 5 people ahead of me , at no time did the staff let people know that the dr wasnt even in the office yet. I walked out at 10.00...…….time to find a new doctor.
