Moved my parents from New York to the amazing Allegro Senior Living 3 months ago and they couldnt be happier. The staff has been wonderful and everyone is very friendly.Lynne pulled off the entire move in less than a week. She helped make their transition smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones.

I went with my Dad to look at Allegro and met with Mary Adams who could not have been more kind and informative about the facility. Right after my Dad signed up he fell and fractured his hip and his move was a bit delayed. Mary allowed me to get access to set up his unit and now that my Dad has arrived she has gone out of her way to introduce him around so he can have a social life. And let me not forget that Mary took some clothes to my Dad when he got out of the hospital and went to rehab. She has been amazing and the facility is awesome..

Allegro, Boynton Beach is a magical place, unlike any other Assisted/Independant/Memory Care facility I’ve visited. Executive Director, Peter Crowley, leads by example. He’s really extraordinary; very hands on, knows every resident, pitches in wherever he’s needed, is so genuinely kind and caring. He runs a tight ship, knows what he’s doing, and the same competency is evident in his staff. Shari & Barbara in programming are caring, kind individuals who give all they’ve got day in and day out. Lynne McKague in sales could not have been more helpful and patient as my family navigated new waters in finding the right home for our parents. Sanjay and Jeanie in the business office were friendly and eager to assist us making an otherwise cumbersome process pretty straight forward. Kelly, who runs the food service, gave us such a warm welcome and her staff have been ready to assist as well. From the moment I first visited Allegro I knew it was a special, safe place, one that would give my parents the attention they require. I am forever grateful to each of you for the peace of mind you have given me and my family.

Our 93 year old Mother has been a resident since January 2020 in Independent Living. The management and staff did a wonderful job managing the complexities of the pandemic, keeping my Mom and the other residents safe and healthy. The apartments and common areas are 5-star quality and the food is fabulous. My Mom adores the hard-working staff and is appreciative of the sweet attention she receives. Peter Cowley the Executive Director knows all the residents by name and truly cares about their well-being. My family has been extremely pleased with my Moms care and entire experience.

My mom has been at the Allegro since 2015, At first she was in the assisted living section where, even with various health issues she was always treated with dignity , compassion and respect. As her dementia progressed, we needed to move her to the memory care unit, where shes been since 2017. The care staff there go above and beyond , not just for the residents, but for their loved ones. Cloris, Jeanne, Ellard, Christiane , Mr. D, Marie, and all the others are incredible. As my mother is nearing the end of her life, the care is AMAZING and I truly believe there is no better care anywhere. The compassion and commitment is outstanding

My mother-in-law lives at Allegro, Boynton Beach and loves it! The staff was very supportive in helping her make the transition from a private home, which was especially important to us as we live up north. The apartment is beautiful and the staff is kind, compassionate and caring. We can rest assured knowing that she is happy and in good hands.

My mother recently moved from her house in Boynton Beach to an independent living apartment in Allegro on Hagen Ranch. It was very difficult for my mom to abandon the place shed been living for the past 30 years - especially during a pandemic when her kids couldnt be there in person to help. Well, I dont know how we could have done it without Lynne McKagues (and the rest of the staff at Allegro) help. She helped coordinate the move, recommending a full service senior moving company - even visiting mom in her home to counsel on what to bring and leave behind. Her kindness and commitment to her clients needs is extraordinary. Once mom moved into her modern and spacious one bedroom apartment, she has been lavished with attention and helped with every aspect of adjusting to her new home. Its only been a few weeks since mom has moved, but I know she is now part or a wonderful and caring community.

Great care for loved ones , a home where they are safe and can enjoy activities . A place where they can stay as active as they want . Nice atmosphere , kept very clean . They did a terrific job thru covid !

I have finally settled on a new home for my father, and I am happy to say that he will soon be moving to Allegro in Boynton Beach, FL. It is very difficult making the decision to place a loved one in assisted living, but Peter Cowley, Lynne McKague, and Angela Filsaime have already made me feel confident in my decision. They were friendly, welcoming, and answered my multitude of questions. I loved the warm and caring atmosphere of Allegro and am looking forward to my father becoming a part of their community!

We have lived here since early January of 1917 and started out in Independent and then because of special needs, we moved to Assisted Living. We are very comfortable here and before Covid we really enjoyed all the special activities and dining out in the dining rooms. Covid has been a challenge but we feel we are very safe and secure here at Allegro. We feel this is the safest place to be. We look forward to our, Executive Director, Peter Cowley’s letters as he keeps us informed and safe.The staff is very pleasant and very happy to do whatever they can for you.

My Dad has lived here in assisted living for 3 years. The staff is so caring and competent and make him laugh and feel special. Management and staff have been doing an incredible job during Covid and we are assured of residents safety. I could give many more examples, but I am just happy he is at Allegro Boynton!

My wife and I have lived here for 3 1/2 years. We are very comfortable and we love the food! Peter and the staff do everything they can to make us comfortable. We would recommend Allegro to anyone who is looking for Independent or Assisted Living at this time!

I have never been happier with the entire staff from Sales to the Kitchen to Maintenance to the Director, Peter. Kudos to everyone! They make me feel special and well cared for. I love it here!!

This is not the place you want your loved ones. The care is extremely poor, andd the food is very low quality. When I look over the 5 star reviews here, its blatantly obvious that they are fake.

My mother-in-law has been living at Allegro Boynton Beach since the year they opened. Right now during these trying times, she has never been happier.The staff has been keeping the residents safe, healthy, and happy and that makes all her family very, very pleased.

I have been an Allegro Assisted Living resident for almost 3 years and am proud to have family and friends visit my home. Our care staff is extraordinary. I cannot say enough about the managers and their assistants. They strive to have something for everyone. We have an Executive Director whose door is always open and encourages us to offer constructive criticism as well as accolades. As we all know, nothing in life is perfect, but this is like living in a resort!

My parents moved into the Allegro in Boynton Beach. Due to Covid restrictions, I had to furnish and equip their apartment from New York. Lynne McKague helped me ever inch of the way. She went so above and beyond it felt like I had a close family member there helping me. She made sure everything was in place and perfect, FaceTiming me along the way to make sure it was how I wanted it to be. I can not begin to explain how much I appreciated the living assistance she provided. My parents arrived to a red carpet welcome. They couldn’t have been happier! I breathe easy knowing the people at Allegro will treat them as family!!

We went to see the facility for my mother and met with Lynne McKague, Senior Living Advisor. She was lovely, cordial and very informative. After we talked about our situation, we realized that Allegro would not be the right fit. She was very helpful and gave us ideas to help meet our needs. She has years of background in this industry and Allegro is lucky to have her. Aside, from Lynne, the front entrance is welcoming, the staff seemed very attentive and residents looked happy. We are sure it is the right fit for many.

These have been the best years of my senior life. Allegro was a perfectchoice for us. The staff is caring and considerate of people in our senior years. We are so lucky to have met wonderful people who have similarinterests to ours. We are busy and happy in the best place to be..

Compassionate consideration. When the time arrives when parents and children have the talk (about assisted living), being able to rely on people who are knowledgeable, as well as compassionate, can have a tremendously positive difference during what can often be a stressful period. The staff of Allegro hit every mark. Was there one moment during our initial meeting at Allegro that stood out? Yes. Before seeing the apartments, the dining rooms, the recreation areas, etc. Lead Senior Sales Advisor Ina Truheart spent fifteen minutes talking directly to my father; focusing on him; his interests, his wishes, his needs...his life. It made us all feel that, during my fathers time in the community, his needs - and our needs - would be given the attention he deserves.

I went with my 3 year old and one year old sons to look for my grandmother today and they both audibly yelled “woah” as soon as we walked in! We were all so impressed with the interior design apparently. The artwork was detailed illustrations of nature, like butterflies, flowers and birds, while the textiles were luxurious patterns with silky and linen textures.The people were all smiles (bringing loud children doesn’t always draw that response), which made me felt so much more at ease. I think my grandmother will be very happy here.

Allegro claims to be open 24/7 but they seem to not pick up the phone at night. I try calling them to reach my grandmother around 11:00 PM who has dementia to walk her through the steps of going to bed but no one picks up the phone.

Went to visit the residents and staff at the Ensemble memory care unit. I was impressed with the facility, staff, and overall happiness of the residents. I wouldn’t hesitate to consider this facility for myself or a loved one.

Another disastserous dinner, this time the police were called. Nobody guides new residents which caused the problem, besides the usual cold food, and absentee management.

Allegro has a wonderful caring staff the place is beautiful it is very much a home

My mother has dementia and other health issues. She has been at the Allegro in Boynton Beach since the Assited Living wing opened in September of 2015. The care she has received there has been amazing, the care staff is wonderful, the have shown my mother ( and other residents) respect, kindness, and compassion. If anything is needed, or concerns the staff, they call me and take care of it.While it is costly, you get what you pay for. We recently needed to move Mom to the Ensemble memory care unit, the staff was wonderful in helping to make the move as seemless and stressfree as possible. and the care and concern continue. We feel very fortunate to have our mother in the care of such a wonderful staff.The care staff ranges from very good to STELLAR. Some o fthen are proof that angels walk among us on earth.

They have a great staff who really care about the residents. Tons of activities and always looking for ways to improve.

AFTER BEING HIRED BY THERE VENDOR CONTRACTED HAIR SALON .THEY REQUIRE A BACK ROUNND FINGER PRINT. THEY THEN LET OTHER OUTSIDERS INTO THE SALON EQUIPMENT STOLE IT AND IM THE FILED MANAGEMENT OF THIS PROPERTY FOR PS SALON .VOLUNTEER ARE NOT PERMITTED. I SAY WHATS PERMITTED. YOU ASK MY FINGER PRINTS.INCOMPETENT SECURITY GAVE A KEY TO A VOLUNTEER AND NURSE DOESNT HAVE AUTHORITY EITHER,INSIDE MY TWO HAIR SALON.

Pricing alone is the reason for one star. Over two thousand more per month than local competitor for studio with medication management.

Food service is extremely slow because of inexperienced unsupervised help. Cell phone coverage is horrific. Must go outside of apartment to get even limited service. Complaints get a standard answer of we are working on it, but nothing ever gets improved.
