Dr. Kroll is a remarkable eye surgeon. He is loved and respected by all his patients; and his staff. Would recommend Dr. Kroll very highly!

All areas were excellent.

Very bare minimum service. Didnt seem to care for my needs, very mechanical process the whole way through. Didnt inform me of what was happening during the exam. Dilated my eyes without warning and without informing me of driving or anything of the like. Just cant say it was a good experience, im actually concerned about the prescription I was given due to the rest of the staffs proformance. This place needs an overhaul. Management needs to step in and set things in order or they will see this place degenerate.

I purchased two pair of glasses from the optical department. I need to get them adjusted every few months. When Donetta adjusts my glasses, it is a game changer. She pays such attention to detail and is precise and exact in her adjustments. I can always count on her expertise.

The Optical Department is fabulous! I always receive personal attention and the entire department is so professional. Tammie always greets me with a smile when I sign in. Phone calls are made and returned very promptly. The whole crew is very knowledgeable and efficient. I trust Donneta and Jennifer completely when choosing glasses. They are experts and so knowledgeable. Cliff is a master at adjusting glasses and is very patient. I always choose McPeak Optical for my vision needs.

Knew I was driving, dilated my eyes didnt offer the sunglasses every other eye dr. Has given when my eyes are dilated. Now have to have someone come drive me home.

Broke my glasses. Called in to see if I could fix them. They told me I would have to buy a new pair, which was $120+. When I informed them I had the money, I was sent to optical, which sent me to voicemail not one, but thrice. Tried again today and sent back to voicemail, that being the straw that broke the camel back. Ive been going here since this place was Downing McPeak, back when they were GOOD.0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I just had cataract surgery at Mcpeak vision and I am so excited with the results. Dr Kroll was my doctor and he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Mcpeak Vision. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and friendly.

I was calling to make an appointment but when I asked them to verify my benefits they wanted me to call and get them. My daughter works in a medical office doing billing and has always verified patient benefits. If they are too lazy to verify my benefits Ill go elsewhere. Their loss.

Scheduled an appointment for my 93 year old grandmother. Told scheduler that she needed an eye exam, so she can purchase new glasses and that she will have a drive take her. Dr. Kroll saw her. No prescription was given. I called to ask about the prescriptions and was told to see the Optical Shop as the Drs give them to the employees who work this area. The Optical Shop informed me that my Grandmother did not receive the correct eye exam and would need to come back. This is a business racket - as they want you to buy their over priced glasses from them. Also, they want more money so a prescription can be given to purchase the new glasses. DO NOT GO HERE!!

This office has always taken care of everything I’ve needed and has always gone over what is expected of them. Wonderful office.

This place kelcie or chelsea called said my daughter missed her appointment I said no she was just in there and had her eyes dialated and what time she left I 3 way a call to my grown daughter left a message on daughters phone while she was in new appointment doing job training for new job .I hung up found out the doctors name called this lady back the rude lady after I gave her times she was in there and did she need my daughters address argued me NO I was confused and needed to talk to my daughter ..That my daughter was not seen I said her eyes are dialated and she seen (the specific) doctor ....couple hours later my daughter calls and they put daughters record with her (my daughters) husbands record my daughter had to call her insurance and everything ... How rude was all this ?? I am confused ????

I have been seeing Dr. Melson for my Botox injections to control my Hemi- Facial spasms, which effects my vision to the point where my life quality is a disaster. At first I was nervous, very nervous actually but, I have to say that he not only has been a reassuring Dr. and has shown compassion but, his skill with placing the injections has been Perfection!! I had gotten them from another Dr. before, and I thought the loss of some use with my eye and lip were just something that came with it. What I didnt know was that with a skillful hand, I could get All the Positive effect and none of the Negative effects from Botox. I live and learn and am very Thankful for Dr. Melson and the Team at McPeak Vision. I must Highly recommend Dr. Melson to anyone needing Botox for a medical purpose. Thank you Dr. Melson.
