Had great experience and results with Michelle. Took up several hours of her time trying to find the perfect pair of glasses. She was very patient and wonderful help! Will be going back for another pair!

Returned due to lenses popping out of frame. Replacement pair, lenses still do not fit in frame properly. I give them one star due to the ladies working there are nice. Live & learn, will keep returning until the glasses are correct or I get a refund. Do not go here.

First try, they had the wrong glasses waiting for me. That was after two weeks which is about standard. Going on four weeks and still no glasses. We shall see. Maybe.

Horrible experience. First pair of glasses had to be redone due to unexpected prisms whatever that means. Second try wrong prescription. Last visit to Meijer Optical.
