I’ve been coming here for awhile and overall the experience has been great until today unfortunately. Today, I arrived 10 minutes late and was denied service. I’m 7.5 months pregnant and mentioned it takes me 25 minutes to drive into town from the mountains to get there. And still was turned away. When I went to use the bathroom I saw Dr. Berkeley just checking her computer instead of making an accommodation to see me. Disappointed and won’t be coming back to a place who makes clients wait when it’s convenient for them, and turns them away whenever they feel like it.

The folks at Boulder Dermatology are wonderful, especially Rachel Collins. She has helped me tremendously with my various skin ailments, and literally has made me feel comfortable in my own skin again.I cant recommend this organization enough!

If I could give Dr. Resnik a minus score I would. Ive been going to dermatologists for over 40 years and Ive never had a worse exam. Perhaps, it is a mistake to call this an exam. Despite the fact that Ive had both malignant melanoma and basil cell carcinoma, he did not look at my entire body, just asked me if I had any spots which were concerning. I see other folks like him. Perhaps he didnt want to examine me thoroughly because Im older. If so, an big example of ageism.

I’ve been going to Boulder Dermatology consistently for years. Dr Morrison has successfully helped me with evolving skin concerns over this time. I highly recommend going to see a professional for your beauty concerns. It’s cheaper and and better than what you can get elsewhere.

Dr Resnick is great. Listens to your concerns and talks through the diagnosis and treatment options in a manner that even I can understand. The folks in the front are a different story. Theyre somewhat rude everytime I call, as if talking with patients is not part of their job. They also have issues getting records from past doctors and even scheduling appts.

Sat in the waiting room for a long time. Finally went to a patient room and ended up meeting with a PA instead of the MD that I scheduled a visit with. She seemed super rushed and I didn’t even have time to fully explain my symptoms before I was diagnosed. My symptoms were still going on after two weeks and I called the receptionist and asked for an appointment with a physician. The reception ship told me that the PA was essentially the same thing as an MD. If I ask to see a physician, I would like to see a physician.

Dr. Morrison and her staff are very friendly and thorough. They never keep you waiting and get right to the point. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Resnick was great! Ive been to at least 5 other dermatologists and Ive never had one sit down and take a lot of time to listen to my history, examine my skin, ask questions, and really listen to my responses. When discussing treatments, he also listened to my habits and concerns, and we came up with a plan that I think will work for me.

Was given wrong appointment time by a full month. Tried to make another appointment to see the doctor. They tried to schedule me with a PA without even asking.

Have been a patient for a couple years now but unfortunately they don’t have their act together . Used the online scheduling system just to see it canceled 10 minutes later. Called to reschedule and specifically asked to be seen at their Louisville location just to find out on the day of my appointment that I was scheduled for Boulder and obviously wasn’t able to make it there in time. Sorry, but you just lost a patient. I don’t have that kind of time to waste in my work day.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment for a skin screening with self pay and was given incorrect pricing over the phone. When I went in for the appointment I asked to confirm pricing & the doctor told the price would be 3x higher than what I was originally told. The doctor then told me since she had to take time to explain the pricing that I needed to reschedule the appointment because she was out of time. It took me a month to get an appointment in the first place. This office is turn & burn and the doctor clearly did not have the capacity to provide adequate care or attention. It seems they only care about fitting the maximum number of appointments into their day to maximize profits. If you are going in with self pay be forewarned because they don’t provide transparent pricing ahead of time, so don’t trust what the receptionists tell you. I left feeling so upset that I couldn’t get the care and attention I needed. The doctor’s assistant seemed much more caring than the doctor herself. Really disappointed.

Was able to get an appointment in a very reason time. Friendly staff and knowledgeable care. Left very comfortable about the visit and treatment.

Had a post treatment checkup for solar keratoses. Results were excellent! As Dr. Morrison said as good as we hope to expect. Very satisfied patient!

Dr. Morrison is so competent with the best bed side manner. HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Resnick was the second dermatologist I saw for the same issue. He was very knowledgeable, caring, and didnt rush anything. He even took the time to personally call and email me with results the day they came in. Definitely not something that happens everyday in human medicine now! Worth the drive up from Denver.

Today, I returned to see Dr. Morrison, who has examined and treated me several times, and is extremely thorough, caring and professional. Dr. Morrison performed a minor surgery on me today, which was quick and painless. I feel supremely confident in her skill and conscientiousness. All of the staff here are caring and go above and beyond to create a positive patient experience. Angela really listened attentively and remembered important comments that I had made to her, which she relayed to Dr. Morrison, and that was really helpful. I am so thankful for such wonderful care!

I have been here twice to see Dr. Morrison, once involving surgery. I had a very good experience and I highly recommend the practice. The staff are friendly, experienced and knowledgable. The facility is modern and clean. Everything went very smoothly and quickly, and I felt at ease the entire time.

I really enjoyed my experience at Boulder Dermatology. I saw Christine Porter the new PA. She was so knowledgeable about examining my skin and teaching me how to take care of my acne. I recommend 100%!

They might be really good for skin cancer. Not sure. I’ve been treated here for acne and their recommendations/ how they treat are not the best. The inject or prescribe antibiotics which is not the best thing I think. They should look into laser treatments.

Dr. Resnick was professional, knowledgeable, and had some very good suggestions for how to minimize the risk of skin cancer.

Friendly office, only had to wait a short time (10 min). Dr. Morrison seems knowledgable about sun damaged skin. I liked that she didnt lecture me .

Dr. Resnik was great, very thorough and gave me options for my treatment. Its rare to have physicians take that much time and explain everything to you.

I had to reschedule my appointment and the receptionist was so rude over the phone. I was on hold for 10 minutes and she made it seem like my business was not wanted. She is 100% the reason why I will not be coming back and instead, find a new dermatologist.

I called the office to make an appointment with Dr. Curry, who I had seen in the past, and was told that she was gone and that they did not know where she went. Later, I easily found Dr. Curry on Google, and she is still in Boulder at a different practice. I feel that Boulder Dermatology was dishonest with me

Dr. Resnick was great. He took the time to answer all of my questions and did not rush me. He was helpful in coming up with a plan of attack for my acne and took my concerns and requests into consideration. Ive seen several dermatologists over the past 11 years but none have given me the quality of care Dr. Resnick has. His presence and demeanor are calming as well, which truly helped ease my anxieties and frustrations regarding my skin. Id recommend him to anyone!

Morrison froze two problem spots. Nothing happened. To have it done correctly I would have to return for added session(s) with the possibility of additional payment for each session. This non-service is a scam.

Dr . Morrison is absolutely wonderful I love this place

Ive been a client of Boulder Dermatology for regular skin checks for at least 15 years. The last two visits the practitioner I saw was Dr. Morrison. This last time I had the usual blebs plus a recurrence of a minor growth she had the year before called precancerous (which this time she ignored).But what was really irritating me was pressure in the middle of my back from something which was diagnosed many years ago as a sebaceous cyst, but now was itching and sometimes bleeding. It was scabby and the Doctor, apparently in a hurry to sweep onward with her staff, refused to examine it. I am not kidding about refused. I still need to have this thing looked at, though obviously I will find a different practitioner to do it.
