I have nothing but good things to say about Ideal. Both myself and my husband see the PA, Brook. She is so caring and professional. I felt that she listened to my concerns, and did a very thorough exam along with a neccessary biopsy. The follow through information from Ideal was quick and the receptionist was knowledgable about how I could proceed

Kevin Mott may be the worst human being in existence. I once watched him scream at an elderly man for walking through his parking lot on a day the business was not even open, shameful behavior for someone who is supposed to provide care for people. I would recommend finding a dermatologist that has basic interpersonal/communication skills. My apologies to the other staff members and doctors of the practice, I am sure you are all wonderful people, however the image Mr. Mott portrays to his community shines a very dark light on your business.

Late review. I saw Brooke Lewis about one area of concern and another I could not find a treatment for in 8+ months. Wouldnt go away. I was prescribed many things that required frequent application throughout the day, but following the strict schedule, it was significantly improved in just weeks. Then things exponentially slowed down, but were gone after a couple months.Overall, came in with problems, got treatment that worked, now I am good.

Cathy Pacocha was wonderful! I’ve been to ~6 derms in my life, and this was the first time I’ve truly felt listened to and not rushed. She was very knowledgeable about all things skin-related, friendly, and answered my (many) questions. The office was also great about scheduling, getting me in months before any other derm was available. I would definitely recommend Ideal, and especially Cathy!

I had surgery on my ear here after being recommended by another dermatologist. Dr. Mott is great! Great surgeon and friendly personality. I would highly recommend him to those who need a Mohs surgery, which is what I had.

I called to make an appointment as I was referred by my primary care physician and CO medicaid.The receptionist at Ideal Dermatology/Skin PC told me that they would not take my Medicaid despite that I live in a small mountain county that has no medical facilities. I asked if they are able to update that info with medicaid and she put me through to the Medical Director, Laura. I asked Laura if she was able to update that info with medicaid and she simply said that they are not required to cover anyone despite that they have a contract with Medicaid and that they are currently only seeing patients in the cou ty in which they have clinics. I asked for her name and title and she only gave me her first name. I asked aging for her full name and title and she ignored me. I asked again, and mind you I was completely polite, calm and genuinely asking so that I could confirm with Medicaid and she hung up on me. My boyfriend tried calling next, as I was busy trying to find a clinic that would see me, and she hung up on him. Then he called and spoke to the receptionist and explained what happened. She tried connecting him again and he was put through to her voicemail, which said her name is LAURA MARI, MEDICAL DIRECTOR. Such horribly unprofessional behavior. I am following up on this and speaking to human resources. It was completely uncalled for unless she was doing something wrong. I gave her no reason whatsoever to behave that way. I highly reccomend reconsidering your choice if you are thinking of making an appointment here.

My mother required Mohs Surgery on her foot and Dr Mott was recommended by another dermatologist. We could not be happier both with the results and everyone at Ideal dermatology. Thank you to Dr. Mott and the staff!

I highly recommend Ideal Dermatology and Dr. Brooke Lewis. The doctors and staff here are kind, professional and experienced. I went to several other dermatologists in the Boulder area and Ideal Dermatology was by far the best experience I have had.

I had a Mohs Surgery on my forehead today and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Mott and his team. The office was clean, open, and inviting. The receptionist was the kindest receptionist I have worked with in years. Dr Mott and his assistant were professional, kind, thorough and calm.

My dealings with Ideal has not been good ever since they bought Lake Loveland Dermatology Ive had to go thru 4 different dermatologists because they all quit and now I have to wait two months for a follow up appointment. Im giving up on them and going elsewhere. Too bad because Lake Loveland was the best now its just another shoddy medial outfit.
