My son in law was seen for a consultation and removal of his wisdom teeth. His appointment was scheduled with Dr. Ben Foley.I absolutely loved the convenience and the ease of having the ability to fill out the new patient forms online prior to the appointment. The front office staff was friendly and answered any questions.During the consultation Dr. Foley was very informative and explained everything in great detail. He made my apprehensive son in law feel at ease.Because we drove in from Thornton our prescriptions were called in to a pharmacy closer to home which was very convenient.The added comfort was a call from Dr. Foley later that evening to check on my son in law.I am so happy with the service provided by Dr. Foley and his staff. I will always highly recommend this office to anyone in need of an Oral Surgeon.

Tough to find the level of care, brilliance, skill and bedside manner found in Dr. Thao Le. I, like most, am not a fan of dental procedures. I didnt know it was possible to laugh at my appts and feel calm and confident going through some intense oral surgery. Dr. Le is highly competent, comforting and provided personal follow up the night post-op. She truly listens and cares. Highly recommended, to say the least.

I’ve had a lot of work done by both the father Foley and his son Dr. Foley and I can’t say enough good things about them! I was in a bad car accident years ago and damaged a lot of my teeth. I’m smiling big again because of all the amazing work they’ve done. If you need some dental work this office is a fantastic team and you won’t be disappointed!!!

I was very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Foley for a bone graft and implant. From the moment that I walked into his office I felt the caring atmosphere of everyone who worked there. The front office staff is knowledgeable and helpful, all of the assistants were wonderful and very professional and Dr. Foley was amazing. He took the time to explain the procedures to me in detail and answer all of my questions. Both dental procedures went exactly as planned and my recovery was much better and quicker than I anticipated! Both of our teenagers saw Dr. Ben Foley for extraction of their wisdom teeth. Dr. Foley and his staff were very professional and gave us the attention and information that we needed both before and after surgery. I appreciated being given a task (picking up the smoothies!) while I waited for them post surgery! I would highly recommend this practice for their compassionate care and surgical expertise.

I have greatly appreciated the care I received at this office. My oral surgeon was Dr. Dan but I also saw Dr. Ben and was very impressed with his bedside manner and amount of instruction he gave post op. The staff are also very responsive and willing to check on things rather than take an easy “not our policy” response.

Dr. Foley removed my teenage daughters wisdom teeth. His staff was professional and friendly. Everything went well with the procedure with no postoperative complications. Dr. Foley was professional and caring and did a great job. He used a medication called experel to decrease postop pain and prevent the need for narcotic pain medications. I highly recommend Foley and Le Oral Surgery for any oral surgery procedures. Highly competent and professional!

When my dentist recommended a tooth extraction I dreaded the thought of the procedure. He referred me to Foley & Lee and I hesitated making the appointment. Much to my surprise and relief, the process was painless, with only slight discomfort afterwards. Dr. Le was caring and thoughtful, answering my questions to prepare me in advance.I was sedated, sleeping through the extraction, and woke to the news that all had gone well. She did such a good job I emailed my regular dentist to thank him for the referral.

In my opinion, Dr. Foley and his staff are the best people to go to in Boulder for oral surgery. I have had more than my fair share of this, so I speak from experience when I recommend Dr. Foley. In the past, oral surgery was painful and scary so I went to Dr. Foley with trepidation. His understanding and care made it possible for me to get through this with flying colors. I needed a dental implant which required a tooth extraction, sinus lift, and bone graft -- the whole works. I appreciate that the office (which is out-of-network for Anthem Dental) provided dental codes and cost even before my first visit. This allowed me to compare pricing and call my insurance ahead of time about reimbursement rates. Several other orthodontist offices were less forthcoming and wanted to see me first (which would have resulted in a $104 consultation fee before I made the decision to go with them). Dr. Ben Foley carefully explained the procedure and timeline at the first visit. The office was able to accommodate my busy overseas travel schedule. The team is professional, competent, helpful and caring. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Foley and his staff.

MOST of the front desk is difficult to work with.I paid over 3k out of pocket to have Ben Foley extract all 4 of my wisdom teeth, some were impacted.After the surgery, I experienced a symptom that was never mentioned to me as a possible side effect or complication.About 2 months after my surgery when I tried to speak with Dr. Foley about it he rushed me out of the office saying it was better to have this symptom over other possible symptoms.Its been over a year now and I still live with this complication on a daily basis with NO answers.*Ive spent thousands of dollars trying to get it figured out with other specialists and though Im still dealing with this I hope Im closer now to getting it figured out.

Connor got an infection in one of his wisdom teeth and was in a great deal of discomfort. Dr. Ben Foley came in on the day of the 20 inch snow storm and removed Connor’s wisdom teeth. The entire office staff was great. Connor had a great result and an easy recovery. We would recommend Dr. Foley’s office and will definitely return with any future needs.

I had my wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago and I have to say I am truly amazed! Ben, my surgeon, was very informative of the whole process. I was hesitant, moreso scared, because I needed dental implants after my dental bridge collapsed. I had heard some terrible stories from friends regarding their implant surgeries. My dentist, Dr. Shore, highly recommend Dr. Dan to do the implants; I really liked him from the very first meeting. Professional, friendly AND caring. I am 72 and have had numerous work done on my teeth throughout my life (soft teeth). His entire staff was very helpful and kind and answered all my questions. Dr. Ben Foley is an incredibly skilled surgeon. He successfully performed surgery on me, an older adult with a serious cyst on an unerupted wisdom tooth that become infected.. I realize there are no guarantees with my type of situation but thankfully I had Dr. Foley which was as close as I could get to one. Dr. Foley was my 2nd opinion, the 1st Dr. offered only 1 plan that would have taken up to a year to heal from and have been very invasive. A warning to those who are afraid to have your wisdom teeth removed, dont end up like I did, in the hospital for a very serious surgery! Get your wisdom teeth out now by Dr. Foley, he is the best!

My son was scheduled to have his wisdom teeth removed on Monday morning, he became very ill over the weekend and could not make it. When we called to cancel they demanded he come in or they would charge a 25% cancellation fee ($600+). Clearly we did not bring him in as he could not even get out of bed. Their policy is 2 business day cancellation notice, which I suppose would have been Thursday morning, when he was feeling fine. All in all the customer service experience has been very negative, I would recommend you go elsewhere.

My sons wisdom tooth surgery at Dr. Foleys was a wonderful experience in every way! All of the staff were attentive, upbeat and friendly. The whole process, from scheduling, insurance and billing, to the surgery itself, and the following recovery, was very supported and organized every step of the way! Dr. Foley took time to explain everything thoroughly in the consultation and put my son at ease!

I went for a consultation about a month ago and the overall experience made me find another provider. The office was modern and sterile, but not comforting. The service was the same. I felt shamed during my visit because I kept being told that since I’m in my early 30s and didn’t come sooner, I am at risk for several various issues, from nerve damage to sinus problems. I needed 3 wisdom teeth removed, including bone grafting. I was about to cry, as was not a silver lining conversation. If I had know it was ever going to be a problem, I would have already had them taken out long ago.Let’s move onto the billing and the front desk: I knew the provider was out of network (my orthodontist referred me - not sure why), and my dental insurance would only allow them to bill me for part of the cost. But I was quoted $4,500 for the surgery. The front desk receptionist was pretty rude and snarky when I said I didn’t realize they were charging me $104 for the consult during this visit.I ended up seeking out another provider on my own, who is in network, has kinder staff and has a better demeanor toward patients.

Everything about the experience was fantastic. I left a message with the office to get a consultation. They called me back later for a same evening consultation and tooth extraction for just two days later. The office is beautiful, the process was quick and virtually painless. My surgeon, Dr. Benjamin Foley, was quite skilled and very kind. He checks on all of his patients the evening after the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Benjamin Foley and his entire office.

From the front office staff to everyone else that helped with my case in his office, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. If you ever have questions post-surgery, someone is available to talk with. There are frequent calls to make sure your recovery is going well. Payment options are very flexible, nothing to complain about. Hopefully someone from the office reads this and knows how appreciative I am of all of them. I can say that this office changed my life and give me back my smile; I still feel like I havent thanked them all enough.

I was sent to Ben by Dr. Ashley Niles and couldn’t be happier with his service and care. I had my wisdom teeth out yesterday and felt supported by him and his staff. I have been a type 1 diabetic for 14 years, and Ben did a wonderful job calming my nerves and taking care of me during the whole process. He called me last night to check in on me and reminded me to keep icing and keep my blood sugars in control. Ok, I will admit it. I was scared to have my tooth extracted and an implant. Took me over a year to get brave enough to make an appointment. I came in everything went so smoothly I almost fell asleep in the chair. I followed his instruction to the letter and my post-op appointment was terrific. Thank you to Dr. Foley and his staff. Had an appointment for my wisdom teeth and had an emergency pop up. Called to reschedule and they said they were going to charge a cancellation fee which is understandable but 25% of the surgery which came out to $400 is a little absurd. Definitely wont be rescheduling the appointment.

Dr. Foley came highly recommended for my grandfather. Due to his health, his surgery took a lot of coordination with his regular doctor. The front office helped coordinate every part of his surgery, Dr Foley and the back staff made my grandfather feel comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommended Dr. Foley!!

I would highly (and perhaps only) recommend Dr. Foley’s office for any oral or facial surgery, especially wisdom teeth.Dr. Foley performed surgery for the removal of my wisdom teeth and it could not have gone better. All four of my wisdom teeth were impacted and the surgery took a few days to recover, but the results were as good as expected. I was completely comfortable and had no side effects. This was also my first time under any type of considerable anesthesia and I had zero side effects.If you’re considering an operation, Dr. Foley’s office should be the at the top of the list.

The doctor and the post surgery staff are really great. Wisdom teeth surgery went very well and without any issues. I highly recommend unless you have out of network insurance. If they dont carry your insurance they give the impression that they will still file your claim through your out of network insurance. My insurance will pay me back 50%. I was in contact with the Foley office receptionists weekly to have the file claimed. We have never had problems with our claims filed out of network with any other doctors. Claims usually show up within days. The receptionists were always put out and eventually told me to do it myself.My response : your front desk staff misled you. The ID was never incorrect. The social security number that met life always requests was correct when verified with your staff. One person from metlife they spoke to out of many that I spoke to, said that I needed to use the alternate ID. That didnt work in your office either. We use out of network with all 3 of our individual dentists using the socal security number and have never had issues. Your staff could have been more curious about the problem and notified you or the clearing house service you use that your system is not working.

Receptionist refused to provide even ballpark costs and said I was free to go elsewhere when I said I needed ‘some’ idea of pricing without paying $104 for a consultation.When a receptionists tells you they don’t know their pricing, that’s just a lie. They do ALL the billing. They know much better than even the dentist does. That’s why the dentist is never the person to go over costs with you. People just aren’t honest anymore.More and more dentists are listing their prices on their websites. I don’t conduct commerce with parties that think it’s ok to be mysterious about their pricing. “Come in, pay $104, and we’ll tell you.” Yeah no thanks. I already have the full diagnosis, I know what needs to be done, tell me the approx costs. Nope? Not even a ballpark estimate ? Ok then. Next. Plenty of competition in this region that will be more forthcoming. Honesty is everything.
