Yes, the dental hygienists are amazing and friendly! But the most important reason to go to Dr. Millers office is because of the quality of his work when you need it. He is meticulous. It is important to him to do things PERFECTLY, and the crowns and other work he has done for our family have all been flawless. Everything always feels perfect when hes finished, and Ive never had to go back for any adjustments to his work. If you want the best technical work on your teeth, this is the office to go!

I love Dr.Miller and his staff. I drive up from Westminster to see him because hes the best dentist Ive ever had! The office has state-of-the-art technology and is kept clean.They offer complimentary toothbrushes with built in tooth paste, floss, and mouthwash in their lobby restroom. So if you rushed to get there and forgot to brush (like me), no worries! They also offer sunglasses for patients to wear to protect your eyes from the overhead lamp.The staff are very friendly and treat each other (and patients!) with respect. It seems like everyone enjoys working there, which makes for a positive vibe and good atmosphere.Dr.Miller is very gentle and makes sure patients are comfortable. I had several fillings done in one sitting and he frequently stopped to make sure I was feeling ok. He is very nice and funny! In sum, Dr.Miller and his staff make even the most unpleasant experience a positive-dare I say enjoyable-one. I highly recommend!

I have gotten to know Dr. Miller and his staff well over the last few years of going to his office. I always feel welcome and the staff remembers me allowing the conversation of what is going on in my life to continue between each appointment. I have recommended Dr. Miller to 3 friends so far and will continue to do so. I love his staff and feel that I should give them a hug when I leave. Great team of people!

I chose Dr. Millers office because my insurance covered it and the office is right around the corner from my house. Looks like I lucked out. Everyone there is extremely friendly, and it is very obvious that they know what theyre doing. Very helpful and very easy to trust. Ive been a patient for about a year and have received nothing but exemplary service—his staff is professional and thorough and Dr. Miller is an easy going guy whos both informative and approachable. Im a regular patient as well as an Invisalign patient and am super happy with my results. I also like that I receive regular reminders of my upcoming appointments via email and text—a helpful addition to a busy schedule.

Dr. Miller, Amanda, Judith, and all of the others at Valmont Dental are true professionals. They are really thorough in their care and explain things in plain English. They are very cost-conscious and have worked well with our insurance company. They are also pragmatic about what treatments are urgent vs. those that can wait a while. And I especially appreciate the fact that they have never tried to up-sell me on additional treatments -- like other dentists have. They make recommendations in a matter-of-fact way. Last but not least, they have a great sense of humor and really make me feel welcome as a patient.

Amanda is a wonderful hygienist and person. I actually dont mind going to get my teeth cleaned for the first time in my life. I have even stopped procrastinating when its time to make a new appointment.

Ive been going to this dental office for 18 years now. First with Dr. Hanagan, and now with Dr. Miller. 90% of the time, I have had the same hygienist, Amanda, and I have nothing but great things to say about Amanda. As for the more involved care, let me set the stage. The first time I went in, it was at the recommendation of my new supervisor in Boulder. I hadnt been to a dentist since I was 5 years old and I had some issues. I had visited another Boulder area dentist and they had quoted me a huge cost to fix my 25 years of poor care. Once at Valmont dental, they refused to look at the other estimate until they had made their own. After their exam, they quoted about half the cost and were amazed at the absurdity of the other quote which included a root canal on a tooth that still doesnt have a cavity. Yes, that was Hanagan, and now Dr. Miller is in charge. In five years with Dr. Miller in charge, he has only suggested something beyond a cleaning once. For the first time last month he noted that one of Hanagans heroic fillings was starting to fall apart after 18 years. The poor tooth was mostly filling and needed a crown. Dr. Miller took care of it, in and out the same day with no pain at all. While I know that some have changed dentists after Hanagan retired, I have not, and I have absolutely no reason to do so. I am very happy with Dr. Miller and Amanda.

About 2 years ago I went in to have a cavity filled. Rodger Miller ended up filling 2, without informing me of what was happening. I felt scared in the dentist chair and like he wouldnt let me stop him or ask questions. I also felt like he thought I was lower than him and not worth his time. Overall, this was the worst dentist visit I have ever had, and the only time I have felt scared at the dentist office. Im glad to finally write a bad review after thinking about this visit for so long!
