Dr. Higgins and his staff are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and they get the job done right. I had my four upper front teeth crowned and he did an incredible job. I now have a beautiful smile. Having any dental work done in the past would really scare me. Now that I see Dr. Higgins I look forward to my office visits. He always explains all options and never tries to push unnecessary procedures. I have a lot of confidence in him and his staff. I highly recommend this practice.

Pearl Street Dental is amazing! Dr. Higgins is top notch with a great sense of humor to boot, and always helps explain whatever is going on with any procedure hes performing. Additionally, the hygienists are all fantastic, incredibly professional, and do a fantastic job. Going to the dentist isnt always the most fun thing to do, but the team at Pearl Street Dental makes every visit smooth, quick, and (relatively) painless!

From the front desk welcome in the lovely waiting area to the excellent dental care while in the chair, both from my hygienist Laura to my dentist extraordinaire, Dr. Elliot Higgins. He has all of the latest high tech dental exam and care equipment and he stays up to date on new techniques. Ive been his patient for almost 8 years now and when I first called him I needed an emergency root canal on a Saturday and he came in just for me. Ive been receiving excellent care ever since! ... oh and I almost forgot to mention the stellar view of the Flatiron mountains while you lie in the chair!

Higgins is a master of the mouth. My only regret is not having come to his office sooner.

My family and I have gone to Dr. Higgins for over 15 years. The hygienists are always so gentle and provide wonderful education. I once left to go to a dentist closer to home but came right back and swore I would never leave again. The new dentist wanted to do thousands of dollars of work on first sight, I consulted with Dr. Higgins and because of his wisdom and experience he said the treatments prescribed by the new dentist were completely unnecessary. I love his conservative and natural approach to health with my whole family.

I’ve been with Dr Higgins for 30 years he is excellent and just as important to me is his Dental hygienists have all been excellent. Staff is also extremely helpful and responsive. I drive 45 min one way for visits twice a year. Can’t endorse Pearl Street Dental enough.

When I refer people to Pearl St. Dental and Dr. Higgins I always say hes the Worlds Greatest Dentist (WGD). He uses state-of-the-art tools and techniques. You can get a crown in just one visit instead of just the standard two. I feel so comfortable there that I was able to fall asleep in the middle of a crown procedure.

Dr Higgins runs a friendly and well-organized office. I never have to wait around at the start of my appointment, and everyone knows who I am as soon as I walk in the door. Dr H also embraces the latest dental technology which I personally think is pretty cool. The first time I saw him take a laser scan of a tooth and then transform it into a perfect CNC-milled silica replica while I sat there was fairly magical! I havent had any issues with the work hes done. Despite all the tech at his fingertips hes also perfectly willing to show restraint in using it and doesnt push unnecessary procedures.

Dr. Higgins has been my dentist since he took over the practice from Dr. Louis many years ago. He combines his skill with the best and latest technology for what you need, and when he performs a procedure, you know it is done well and will last. Dentistry – whether preventative or restorative - is a service for which you want the best, and Dr. Higgins and his friendly staff deliver it.

Pearl Street Dental has a friendly office and Dr. Higgins is not only skilled but uses the most high tech equipment, making the customer as comfortable as possible.

The Doctors opening speech about how the evils of the ADA, fluoride, and GMOs told me everything I needed to know. Ill give him points for being upfront about his very strong beliefs -- I suspect he presents them at the beginning of a new patient checkup specifically solely to screen out people who arent comfortable with him as their dentist. So I guess he should be given credit for not wasting my time, and for allowing me to conclude very quickly that Id need to find another dentist.Aside from that, the facilities were very clean and tastefully well-decorated. The support staff was also very helpful. Im used to being in a single room for the entire visit, so the assembly-line-style this room for x-rays, that room for the checkup, a third room for cleanup wouldve taken some getting used to.

I used to hate the Dentist! Not since Pearl St Dental was recommended to me. This is best place to go...you know it from the time you walk through the door. Everyone is extremely friendly and caring.Dr H is great, but I have to give some credit to Suzanne, the Hygienist there, she is just AWESOME. I just got done having one of those (normally horrible in my book) deep cleaning procedures...I have never had it done with such care and attention to detail. From now on, I believe I will actually go to the Dentist like I am suppose to! :)

I was initially delighted in finding Dr. Higgins. He assured me my tooth did not have an infection, despite a chronic sinus infection on one side of my face. In fact he was condescending when I insisted my tooth must be infected. Instead of taking the time to listen, and refer me for a 2nd opinion or to an endontist. He tapped my tooth, took an xray and found nothing. So I trusted his expertise and allowed him to fill 2 cavities to the tune of $640. One month later, I went to another dentist, who looked at the xray, saw the infection and took care of it. When I gave Dr. Higgins feedback on my experience with him, he got nasty, belittled me and was quite arrogant. Very unpleasant experience and only refunded me for 1/2 of what I paid claiming I took poor care of my tooth. It is unacceptable to be treated or talked down to by anyone the way he did. I would not recommend him to anyone.
