After many months, I decided to cut my hair. I normally wear my hair long, but because of COVID, it had gotten REALLY long... and I figured I probably had enough hair to donate. So I called Salon Bellissimo and first spoke to Tonya, who was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Tonya assured me I would be able to donate my hair through Salon Bellissimo, and that one of her stylists would call me back to set up an appointment.I received a call within 30-45 minutes from Patty, and we set up an appointment for the next day. I arrived at Salon Bellissimo, which was very clean and nice looking, and at the time of my appointment, I was the only client. Hand sanitizer was available at the door (all customers are asked to use hand sanitizer before entering, and all stylists and customers are required to wear masks, which made me very comfortable there).I was pleased with my experience at Salon Bellissimo and am very pleased with my new haircut. Patty was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I explained I was donating my hair, and she divided my hair in 4 different ponytails, explaining why she did that, and that Locks of Love, where I was donating my hair, was okay with hair divided into separate ponytails, as long as they were all the same length.Since I was cutting my hair much shorter than I normally wear it, I was careful to explain to Patty what I needed in my new style, and she understood what I was trying to convey when I described some hair styles I had looked at that I thought might work. Patty was very supportive, made constructive suggestions, and listened to what I was asking for in my hair style. She also did a great job drying and styling my hair after it was cut.The result was a very relaxing, congenial experience and a terrific haircut that left me with a bouncy, much lighter feel to my hair (I told Patty, Now I feel sassy!). I got home, and my husband said, Wow, you look pretty sexy. And today, I got another compliment from a friend during a Zoom meeting. (I wondered if anyone would notice.)So thank you, Salon Bellissimo and Patty, Im happy to recommend your salon and Patty as a stylist to anyone looking to get an excellent haircut and excellent service. I had a very good experience at Salon Bellissimo, and Im happy I chose to get my hair cut there. I would definitely return for future haircuts.

My mother and I have been seeing Tonya for over 20 years, and will never go to anyone else! I have since moved to Oregon and I still come back to have her do my hair! She knows exactly what I want even if I’m not sure how to describe it, and never does anything without communicating fully first. I love the atmosphere of the saloon and all of the ladies there!
