DONT GO HERE. If zero was an option. According to my family the worst haircut ever. Plenty of attitude and absolutely no skill. Very uneven. A butcher shop may be an option for this employee.

Katarina was very thorough in understanding my wants, her expertise gave me the Reassurance that her Professional advice was just what I had asked for, Thanks for listening, I already dont visually feel 40 but, with this new do Im jamming like I was in my 20s, LOVE IT!!!

Went in there on tuesday afternoon. Not a single person besides the 1 worker. Was told there would be a 3 hour wait. While looking for a new place to start going an write this review I was in front for 10 min. and not a single person went in. Not sure why they are turning me away since I wasnt even given a reason but I will not be back again.

Kat was awesome a tone and haircut to my desired color and voila!!!

Katt is the only person that I have trusted with my hair in YEARS. She has learned how my hair works, regardless of the length, and gives me a perfect cut, every time. Not only that, she expertly recommends shampoos, conditioners, and styling products that she thinks will work well with me. I highly recommend her!

Katt Craig was very nice and helpful in what I wanted done with my hair and gives me at home tips that I can do myself great service from her.

Prices went way up since covid, so I won’t be using a stylist for color again, but I want to compliment Katt regardless. Katt blended my highlight better than I could have anticipated, better than some high dollar independant salons. In addition, she’s an interesting person and punctual. I recommend her.

Diana was amazing and responsive to what I felt my hair needed. She put in her input and helped me find a style for me. Will continue to come to get my hair cut here in the future

Generally pleased with Supercuts, their stylists, and storefront. Definitely use the app to book your appointments, as they do fill up (especially on weekends and popular times).Prices are decent, and service is quick, but good!

Ok hair cut nothing great.

Good haircut

I had been coming here for years with no issues. Today I went in and received the worst haircut I have ever had from someone named Sarah. Maybe she can cut men’s hair but certainly not long women’s. Here is why: I was was turned away from the mirror the entire time and had no idea what was happening or what my cut even looked like, I asked to keep the length and she cut off 6 inches without even a warning, I asked for an angle with layers and it is choppy all over. Somehow looking longer in the front than in the back. Definitely not what I asked for. She didn’t even part my hair or let me part it before she cut it. I have never been more upset about a haircut. And she didn’t apologize or take any responsibility for the obviously poor job she had done. I called to voice my frustration and the manager offered to fix it but I honestly never want to step foot in there again. If you are a woman and care about your hair- don’t risk going here. I understand I was taking a chance going to a chain like this and now I will never go here or any Supercuts again.

Terrible experience getting my ear cut by a pair of scissors in the N Boulder location this morning. Got $2 off on my haircut. Train and pay your staff better.

I dont normally leave reviews, and Ive waited about 5 weeks till I decided to leave a review for here. Upon walking in I was seated right away, which was nice, but in hindsight Im not too sure. The woman who cut my hair was very eager to cut my hair and seemed to be moving particularly fast. The whole experienced felt very rushed, which I think is what led to my really poor haircut. Im a simple minded person, and honestly dont care that much about what my hair looks like. However, upon walking away, I soon realized that there were all these randoms parts on the side and back of my head where there was just long hair hanging. There was literally just long hair hanging off the back of my head when I asked for a #3 on the sides. I tried to cut off the long hair myself with scissors and I actually gave myself a small bald spot, my girlfriend still makes fun of me for it. Anyways, I dont like getting haircuts and this whole experience really makes me weary of getting haircuts generally. Personally, Id steer clear of this place.

Surprisingly good hair cuts from a Supercuts. Ive been there twice, and had my hair cut by two different people. Both times the results were great.

Im not very trusting of salons, as Ive had a few bad experiences over the years (including at expensive places). This time, I had tried to trim my own long hair - unsuccessfully - so worked up my nerve to go into this salon spur of the moment. I was very pleased with how Katt evened everything up exactly as I asked for, and didnt try to talk me into anything else. On top of that, she was a very nice person, and I didnt feel any of the usual hair-cutting stress. Id ask her to do my hair again. A good cut at a bargain price!!

Very quick on service. Friendly and patient stylists with an eye for quality hairstyling or a quick trim. Very reasonable prices.

Ive been going for 10 years. Used to be alright, and definitely the most convenient location for me. Mismanagement and a constant staff turnover now means I never see the same person twice. They usually have only one person working, when they havent closed early due to lack of staff.Its become a roll of the dice each time as to whether the haircut will be any good. Ill be finding a new go-to.

A Friday walk-in. Was given a time, allowing me 35 mins to do some shopping, without having to sit waiting.Sarah was meticulous with my hair, and the hot towel was a welcome extra.And all at a great price.

Could not have been more pleased with a cheap cut. I usually spend $75 for what Clhoe accomplished for me for less than $20. She may not have extensive years under her belt, but she is more than capable to give you the cut/trim you want and deserve. After contemplating whether to get a trim during my visit to Boulder, I could not be more pleased that I threw caution to the wind! Chloe is patient, knowledgeable and conservative upon my request. Women, if you have long layered and strangely wavy/curly hair, do not hesitate to get a trim/touch up by this stylist. I can only assume she could meet any and all other needs as well!Thank you Chloe! I will be dropping in on my next visit to Boulder:)

Used to be a decent place couple of months ago. Last time around, the experience was pretty bad. The new staff really didnt bother to care about your feedback and cut the hair in irregular shape.I provided the feedback on their feedback survey. The area manager would reach out to you with free haircut, if you have provided a negative feedback. But they would never respond after first email. I am never going to return to Supercuts again after such bad service at store and via email.

Sadly this used to be my go to place for an inexpensive haircut. The skill level of the stylists has really deteriorated. Not asking for anything fancy here... Just a competent mens cut. Had my third bad haircut today. Going elsewhere.

Fast and easy. Wasnt the best but hair grows back.Update: its been 6 months and my hair was cut so bad that it still has an inch and a half for my new stylist to make it right again. So Im looking at 8-10 months to get the hair that I had before I went to super cuts

Ive been going here for a little over a year now. My cut used to be exactly what I asked for. Its not complicated and Ive never had an issue. My last 2 visits have been less than subpar. I know nothing about how to cut hair but its bad enough that I had to buy a set of clippers in order to fix it myself. This recent visit will now be my last. I honestly couldve handed the scissors to my 2 year old and achieved in 5 minutes what took them 30. The ladies are always nice and wonderful to talk to but Im not paying $23 for a bad haircut.

Britni does a great job, every time. Coming here regularly for a year and the experience is consistent. Unusually check in online and rarely had to wait.

This SuperCuts is only good if you see the right people. Britni and Diana are highly recommended for their amazing cuts and color. Shannon (not to be mistaken with Shanna) gives fantastic cuts and blow outs! Call first, these ladies are crazy busy. Its definitely not worth walking in and letting someone else there mess up your hair. Areli their lovely receptionist can help you when you call to get in with the best!*Edit* nothing but complaints about this salon as they have brought back old Stylists that clients unfortunately cant stand. Causing the best stylists to quit, catch Diana while you can! Shes the only good one left!

Carly is awesome. Im particular about my hair but she is patient and actually listens to how I want it done. I usually dont rate but I saw so many poor reviews that I felt I had to. Ask for Carly....

Inappropriate music combined with an unfriendly staff made my wife and I want to run away from this place as fast as we could. We arrived to receive a womens trim with one hour a ten minutes to spare until close and the check in associate huffed out loud upon our arrival. Not yet enough to deter us, we waited for a short while and unfortunately, Hailee Steinfelds Starving featuring Zedd came blasting through the speakers -- highly inappropriate lyrics for a family atmosphere -- By the way, by the way, you do things to my body/ I didnt know that I was starving till I tasted you... Considering there were multiple people under 12 in this building, I felt uncomfortable. Needless to say, my wife did not get her hair cut here. We recommend Hair Elite Inc. right across the street in the Willow Springs Shopping Center, for a more relaxing experience.

This place does not pay any attention to detail, and their sole concern seems to be to get your haircut done as quickly as possible in order to get to the next customer (or back to looking at their phones).For a simple cheap mens cut, Id recommend North-side Barbers on Arapahoe.

I get a pretty simple haircut. They do the job and Ive never had any rudeness problems like other people. Seems like a decent place to me.

If i could give it 0 stars, I would have. You get what you pay for here folks, do not go! The guy who cut my hair spent no longer than 3 minutes cutting and then proclaimed me done. I didnt have the heart to tell him he did an absolutely awful job and I will forever ban Supercuts from my list of haircutters. I understand its not the most glamorous job, but this was the WORST haircut ive ever had. The tip was entirely false and I should have given him $0 but im not that cold. Do not ever go to this location, it is terrible and filled with people who want nothing more than to rush you through your cut as fast as humanly possible.

Unfriendly staff. Made a walk in appointment today. They took my phone number and said come in around 3. I waited for 30 minutes expecting a call. I went back around 3 and they wouldnt give me a haircut. HUGE waste of time. Now I have no time to get a haircut before work at 5 and have to make another trip down from Nederland to get ready for date tomorrow. 0 stars.

With the speed at which my hair was cut Im not sure why I couldnt just wait and had to make an appointment for hours later. For being the highest priced Supercuts Ive been, the service was not on par.

I called them at 7:42 pm, to see if they would cut my hair as they close at 8 (i live 1 min away at most), the woman who answered the phone Gladius was rude and said that their closing in 10 min which would be 7:52... She obviously doesnt want business if it would make her get off 5 min late, which as a male I clearly dont need a complex cut. Ive been there 6 times and this will make sure I dont make it 7

I was very unhappy with my last two cuts. It does depend on who you get, but I felt rushed the last few times I went. My experience with Chloe was not a great one, but perhaps it was an isolated event.You can get an ok haircut here but run the risk of a bad one.

Half hour before closing and no one in line, they turned down my son and I. Based on other reviews, guess I escaped unscathed.
