Today I walked into the Walgreens pharmacy to get a second dose of Covid shot and it turns out that they require appointments which I did not make. Although this was very inconvenient for me it’s not their fault and things aren’t always fair. However in the moment I was very upset and I acted very immature. The pharmacy manager, Naomi, was very patient with me despite my rude behavior and I want to apologize to her for being so dumb. Your job is very stressful and you do a great job at what you do. Again I am very sorry

They have the best customerservice and are knowledgeable about your medications. This one in Bothell is the only one that I go to. Although they have been out of stock a couple of times of an important med. They make sure to order it right away. I have never waited more then a couple of days.

Went there today to get a covid vaccine! The ladies working there today were working hard! Under pressure the three of them (that I saw) were holding the place together. They deserve the world and more for the situations they have to deal with.
