Since going there things have changed for the worst, honestly the only reason I still go and I don’t transfer is Dan. I get healed over my job schedule even though I make there before they close. I thought the whole purpose was to help us become productive members of society not to criticize us for doing exactly that. So happy I have Dan on my side. Wish it would go back to when Jace was there, it was actually a enjoyable place to go and it seemed like they actually cared. I don’t know what changed but geez I can only hope thing will go back to the way they were when the whole staff cared about your sobriety.

Great staff both @ the front desk and all of the support staff! Can’t imagine how or why anyone would rate this place lower than 4+, certainly plenty of helping hands for those wiling to take it. Thank you all!

This is the only program thats helped me at all. By the grace of God, Canyon Park is the closest facility to my home, so Ive been able to come to an awesome clinic with caring staff who have known me by name since I started. I can only hope other people seeking help will be able to find a similar place in which to get it..

EDIT: This clinic DOES in fact take state insurance. I have been using mine for the last year with absolutely no problems. This clinic is by far the cleanest, quickest, most helpful clinic in Washington. The nurses are quick, efficient and friendly. The staff goes out of their way to help you. There is a doctor there most days of the week and they really take your concerns into consideration. The woman who works the front seat, Melinda, is an absolute pleasure to work with and will go out of her way to make sure youre getting the best experience possible. This clinic absolutely changed my life and is a pleasure to have to go to. The only negative thing I have to say is that they can make it difficult for people with children under 5.

I have attempted to go to a treatment center for some time yet just talking with some of these people doesnt make it any easier to show up. Not these folks, they seem genuinely concerned and caring it all starts with Michelle at the front desk also tim and the new director make it easier to fpllow through. Definite 2 thumbs up or 5 stars.

I love this clinic! I have been to 5 clinics in Western Washington, and this is by far the cleanest and most relaxed. They have a screen with your number on it so you dont have to stand in line and can sit down and not have to listen to idiots complaining about people cutting, and you dont have to listen to someone who just showed up and wants to cut in front of everyone because they have an appointment or a job, they should show up earlier and be responsible! But the line does move slower because of the screen and you have to go through a main door, then into a dosing room. Melinda at the front desk is the sweetest person, the nurses are all amazing! My counselor Lori transferred to another clinic unfortunately but I have another great counselor Ana. The cons is the intake process, it seemed longer and stricter than other clinics especially since I was a transfer.

LEGAL DRUG DEALERS. “Patient” to counselor ratio is so high that receiving any meaningful treatment is impossible. Counselor turnover rate is so high that even if you are lucky enough to get a good one, chances are good that they won’t be there for the long. They continuously bring in loads of new “patients” which means daily dosing lines are out of control which means nowhere to sit at times, long lines, drug seeking behavior, and smells that can’t be described.

Love this place! I love Michelle & Sheryl at the front desk. Tim and Deedee are badass counselors. Joyce and Suman are awesome nurses. The new director who took Jaces place is pretty cool but he will have some big shoes to fill because Jace will be very missed. Great place. Highly recommended

First couple years going here was a s**t show as far as the counseling goes, which they require you to do at least once a month. Ive been thru 5 different counselors and long periods of time without one, which made me come up as not following their rules or guidelines. But now that Jace is in charge its much better. Insurance is being charged regularly rather than all of a sudden 9 months being charged and having a huge bill, Ive had the same counselor for a while, and while sometimes the wait times arent great, theyre doing the best they can with only 3 windows and usually not even 3 nurses to run those windows. Saturdays are a good day to come as early as possible.

Doctors, are great, and dispensary nurse are awesome. I wish I could say the same about Receptionist Kaily. She can never check me in properly. The Counselors keep changing every 3 months. i keep getting a new one, with out being notified, or asked if I would like to switch counselors.

Terrible place. Doesnt take state insurance. Ive been going there since November and Kylie hasnt even sent my insurance paperwork to Blue Cross Blue Shield and its now almost June Their douchebag of a doctor has no heart and doesnt care about serious mental illness in his patients at all. They fire and then re hire, new workers all the time so you can never have a real relationship with your personal counselor. The ladies at the front desk are ridiculous. And if you have children under 5 they make it incredible difficult for you. Good luck!

This is a review for the best counselor I have had since beginning this program. His name is Dan and he is incredibly gifted. In the spirit of reciprocity I will give him the only gift I can, the gift of song (aka a poorly written rap)Dan dan the counselin man, if he cant help you no one canHes got perspective about your psycheHes got the knowledge like jordan got nikeHes got the skills to get to your truthHe will find your triggers like an old school sluethYou wanna know Nietzsche Maslow or Freud?Hes got the info like Skywalker got droids**these are not the droids you are looking for**You wanna start gettin rid of the dramaDans got your back. Period, no commaSo what you waitin for? Its time to get clean, call up Dan and start achievin your dreams

Im giving 1 star because the blonde receptionist in glasses. Ive never seen so many people look offended and disrespected at once. There was a gentleman in a suit and tie getting his daily dose like all of us and this receptionist looks up to him and quote by quote says, Everytime you walk in here you look so nice. It looks like you dont belong here with everyone else. I think in translate after seeing everyone elses face it pretty much said to us you are all losers compared to him.Its so important to have friendly faces when you see someone every morning. So to you blonde haired lady, you are rude.

Just transferred from another clinic in December, other then the slow dosing line (they should have a work pass line like Island Crossing Clinic for people that work), its a great clinic.

Damn lay off Kiley, Im sure shes sweet at home, just has to deal with 1000 addicts daily. My counselor Stacey is awesom. Director Amanda is cool. Most nurses are cool. it can be stressful at times but thats a small price to pay for sobriety. About accepting state insurance, dont shoot the messenger, because Amanda is simply passing on the information she is told. Im pretty sure if she could bill our provider one number, she would

I would have given four stars if they lowreed their cost for private paying patients, to match other clinics who are average 100 dollars less per month.

They, in fact, DO NOT TAKE STATE INSURANCE. They merely advertised as such for a brief time in order to exploit sick people of a lower income bracket. They accepted patients on AppleCare without ever getting a provider number FROM AppleCare and began dispensing medicine. Weeks later when they realized they werent getting paid enough they cut everyone off and said they never even accepted AppleCare. But not before making everyone at the clinic that were on state insurance pay OUT OF POCKET for weeks worth of medicine. I honestly do not know how Director of Nothing Apparently™ Amanda Lewis sleeps at night. ***edit*** I see she is no longer director. I rest my case.

I wish they had a separate line for people on the early morning rush, who have to catch a ferry,or are on a time crunch of sorts . They had this at my old clinic for the first half hour of opening . They used one window for work pass people and other windows for the rest . We had to provide a pay stub to prove working . Thats my only issue dosing line seamed to be a little slow .
