This home care is amazing. So caring and many fun activities. Very happy staff and residents. Id highly recommend it.

I have been very happy with the staff. They are friendly, compassionate and do their best to accommodate my sisters needs. My sister is blind, and has other issues, but they are always good to her. Its been two years and I dont know how we could have existed without their care along with the Activities Director, and the many staff workers.

My mom was in this facility and had one shower in 3 1/2 weeks and no sponge baths either. I find this disturbing and unsanitary. It seemed like she got a decent amount of physical therapy but the food wasn’t good. She also had to wait up to half hour to get help to the bathroom. Two stars might be generous

My husband and I highly recommend! My mother in law was very well taken care of! Beth was so welcoming and made it so much easier to leave her there in good hands! Leeza the nurse was also very helpful ❤️Fiona the physical therapist was fabulous. 😊 She helped my mother in law so much 👏👏👏 You can leave your loved ones here and know they are in good hands. 👍

Anyone finding fault with Bothell Health Care should work one day there. My 90 year old brother who has dementia and is wheelchair bound can change from a feeble old man into a kicking and screaming terror and he is one of 90+ patients. I bless the day we found BHC having worked in 5 nursing homes I know A GOOD ONE!!During this pandemic, this young and caring staff show up every shift with the possibility of getting the virus - not only for themselves, but for their own families at home - Do you ever think of that when you complain? YOU SHOULD.

My dearest friends mother is currently in this facility and while no place will ever be perfect, they certainly are in the top 5%. Staffing is always hard in an rehabilitation facility, but for those that are there, the care is compassionate and attentive. They have multiple activities offered, her progress has been better than 3 other facilities that she has been at, and their team of physical therapists are nothing short of stellar.

The owners and staff genuinely care. Like most of these places they are underfunded by Medicaid and are often short staffed. They do an amazing job considering the many challenges.

Its good when you got no options. Smells awful from front door on. No choosing meals. All the same. Old n expired taste in food. Supervised dude was cool. I had the alert light on for nearly 2 hrs til help arrived. I definitely not agree to come here again.

Called, couldnt hear the person on the other end. Called again, no one picked up. Waited and called a third time, they hung up on me. Never even got an opportunity to say what my issue was.

My gratitude goes out to all the fine people who worked so hard to get me back home. Should I need rehab services in the future I will most definitely stay at Bothell Health Care,

I could not appreciate a place more. My father is here in the last days of his life. These workers have been so genuinely caring and loving towards my dad. The owner, (who I didnt know she was the owner) came in and cared for my dad. She was amazing. Every worker I have met acts like they are caring for their own dad. I have seen it in the halls and observed it in every room! Wow! What a place!

Very caring staff.

The staff were screeming and fighting in the mittle of the nite becous a aide had extra resadents down the 200 hall last month.

Poor service. They take forever to help you, never answer your call lights and most nurses there are unbelievably rude. My grandmother stayed there for 2 weeks, they forgot to feed her, they took her clothes and didnt get them back for over a week and lastly they were giving my grandmother the wrong amount of medicine. This place is horrible.
