I transferred to Annigan Dental as I needed to have two crowns replaced and they offered a higher level of coverage with my insurance provider. The office and staff are very nice. During my first visit, following X-rays and exam, Dr. Hsue gave me a thorough consultation of my dental status and recommendations on treatments. Over two separate follow-on visits, Dr. Hsue performed two fillings, along with two crowns made of zirconia which he recommended over porcelain. The treatment process went smoothly, I didnt experience any pain, and Im very happy with the service I received. Dr. Hsue uses the latest technology and is very interactive with his patients.If youre looking for a new dentist, Id recommended checking out Annigan Dental.

I’ve been coming to Annigan for a couple years now and every time it’s always the best service. They are so warm and welcoming I appreciate how comfortable they make me feel. I’m someone who usually gets anxious going to the dentist but they always go out of their way to put me at ease. Definitely recommend if you are nervous about going to the dentist like I am!

I had such a great visit today! The front desk was so welcoming and helped me figure everything out with my insurance. I had the greatest experience with Mallory, my dental hygienist, and felt that I received the best treatment from all of the staff. Love this place for my whole family. They are great with my kids, and have accommodated our back to back appointments. They have kids toothbrushes like Spiderman or Frozen on them for the kiddos and after their visit they get to pick a toy from the toy chest!

The staff is always very professional and courteous . The clinic was clean. The hygienist and doctors wore safety equipments to ensure patients and their own safety from a COVID-19 perspective. My end to end visit was 45 minutes, was attended timely.

The office as a whole were very nice and I had an amazing experience highlighted by the wonderful new hygienist who was gentle and very skilled. She even had an amazing award on display for her excellence in school.

Annigan Dental is by far my favorite dental office I’ve ever had. From Dr Hsue, to the dental assistants Mallory and Melissa, to Brooke at the front desk, they are all wonderful, genuine, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Extremely happy to have found them!

We found this dental office via Delta Dental. It was clearly stated that the office is multi-language friendly (Mandarin and English). I scheduled for both of my parents on the same day back to back.But, we were late for the first person (this is totally our bad). and my parents arrived 20 min late. The rude front desk lady canceled the first appointment, which is totally fine. so at lease one of my parents can be seen that day.But, the rude frond desk found a very odd reason to send both of them back. The reason was my parent could not fill the first-visit form?? excuse me????? if there is mandarin service , why you expect them to fill out an english form??? or why the form was not sent in advance or an online version?? most importantly, the staff are so under trained to be customer-centric... come on lady, you are not at home. get your attitude right... this is a dental office, not your castles.

I have always dreaded going to the dentist but Dr Hsue always makes it comfortable and has turned my bad dental experiences at other offices into a great one! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

They care so much about making their patients comfortable. They let me pick what music to listen to the entire time. I felt no pain virtually and the least discomfort I’ve ever had going to the dentist. I got them for my first root canal and they slammed dunked it and it’s 4 years later and my second time around, another slam dunk! 👁 🦷 👁 10/10 enthusiastically recommend

You arent supposed to like dentists as much as I like Dr. Hsue and the Annigan Dental team! Brooke, Melissa, Mallory and Courtney make you feel welcome from the minute you step in the front door and you know right away you are in good hands.Dr. Hsue is so knowledgeable and is a conservative dentist - never putting pressure on you to have a procedure done if its not necessary. I would have given the office 10 stars but 5 was the highest option. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting with nice reading material in the lobby along with coffee and tea options! I was happy that I did not have to wait for my appointment as they were prompt. They made my crown in one day and gave me a break while they made it and called me when it was ready. I will definitely be back. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable!

Reflections dental has been the BEST dental experience I have had to date. I had a tooth emergency, and they worked to get me in that day and get me taken care of. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed-everyone was friendly, smiling, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything was explained fully to me, from the care I would be receiving to the financial side of things. I was presented with options and I felt very comfortable making informed decisions and not feeling pressured into anything like I have felt in the past. I have high dental anxiety, and the team here worked with me to ensure I was as comfortable as I could be through out everything. I am ecstatic to have found my new dental home-something I never thought I would be saying.

My experience at Annigan Dental has been excellent. The office itself is conveniently located right off the 405 freeway and has a bright, welcoming interior. The staff is easy going yet professional and made my time there enjoyable (well, as enjoyable as getting your teeth worked on can be). I especially appreciated Dr. Hsu, he took the time to make sure I understood his assessment of my dental health and steps I could take to improve. 5/5 would recommend!

Amazing service today. I had my teeth cleaned and was very pleased with how nice everybody was and how upscale the offices were. And my teeth were cleaned more quickly and with less scratching because of the technology they use. Very professional from start to finish. I actually left a different dentists office because they were the opposite of this office. Good job team.

The Annigan dental team is really amazing and courteous. They are very accommodating to my schedule. All are truly professional. Ally always greets with a smile and always sets up my reminders without fail. Melissa is sweet and really thorough with the her job when I visited for dental cleaning. Dr Hsue is very knowledgeable and answers all questions to my satisfaction. Lastly, Whitney, she is a gem of a person, funny, kind hearted and understanding.

I have been terrified of the dentist since a traumatic experience when I was younger. Because of this, I have neglected my teeth and avoided treatment. Annigan Dental has changed that. They treated me with compassion and respect and made me so comfortable during my first two treatments that I now look forward to my remaining appointments. Great, efficient and friendly service. I really appreciate the team at Annigan Dental, I found them after having a very bad experience with another dentist in the area. I have also taken my kids there now, and I have one adult child with severe dental phobia, and she does great at Annigan! They are so patient with her and take great care of her!

I dont really enjoy visiting the dentist, but Dr. Hsue is the most professional, gentle, informative and friendly dentist I have ever visited. His peeps are friendly and professional as well. I just had a filling replaced - it was surprisingly quick and pain free - and the before and after pictures of the filling are so amazingly different. He is an artist. I definitely recommend his practice and I will be back!

I have a lot of anxiety with dental procedures, but the dentist I saw here was very sensitive to that and very quick and efficient. Plus, he was a second opinion and said I didnt need some procedures my last dentist said I needed, saving me money on unnecessary procedures.

I called with a horrible tooth ache, and they were able to schedule my visit for the next day. They greeted me by name the minute I walked through the door, and the staff was sympathetic to my situation, courteous, and took exemplary care to resolve my issue quickly and professionally. The consultation identified my problem, and I was out the door with a solution in no time. Im very thankful, and will absolutely return for future tooth care.

Due to job change and relocating, I needed to find a new Dentist instead of driving over an hour to the one I had. I was nervous changing Dentists since Ive been extremely happy with my old one. This office is brand new, so its very clean and high-tech. Dr. Hsue and his staff were very friendly and explained everything so that I could understand. I would recommend this dentist.

I have never in my life talked about going to the dentist as if I had just been to the spa. In the last 2 days since my visit, Im sure I told at least 10 people in lengthy discussion about how first class Annigan Dental is.The decor, the quick and friendly service, the top knotch tech, the personal touch of an individualized treatment plan- all great reasons to visit. After my exams and cleaning, Dr. Hsue spent time with me in a separate room telling me about everything he saw and showing me pictures, models, and x-rays. I feel like Ive never known my own mouth before. I have to go back for a root canal, and Im actually excited about it. Weird, right? Thats how good they are.

I am no fan of the Dentist but the staff are so nice that I never felt nervous when I went in for dental work on both sides of my mouth. I never felt any discomfort during the work and today, 24hrs later I am still happy and comfortable!

Just had my first visit this week with my new Dentist Dr. Hsu and Im very pleased. I walked in and checked in, handed my new patient paperwork which you can find on their website if you want to fill it out in advance in the comfort of your own home. They have beverages for you if you like, water, tea, etc. while you wait. The staff and Dr. Hsu took the time to go over every thing that would be done during my visit. The entire staff was friendly and attentive with great advice and tips to keep my gums and teeth healthy. Staff and Dr. Hsu kept checking in to see if I had any concerns or questions. After my cleaning it was nice to clean my face with a warm lavender towel or lemon if you prefer. Met with Dr. Hsu after my x-rays and cleaning and went over my photos and actually learned a few things I hadnt been told before and also some areas that hes going to keep an eye on. The equipment was also newer than what I was used to at my previous dentists office. I was walked out to the front desk area and setup my appointment in 6 months and Brooke gave me a little care package on my way out to say thank you for coming in and choosing them. Its the little things that make you feel special, thanks so much team. Looking forward to my next appointment!!

Annigan Dental definitely gets 5 stars plus some in my book. I came to them to get a dental bridge done for a missing tooth. Dr. Hsu is an extremely talented, knowledgable, and masterful dentist. Unlike a lot of dentists, he explains things very well and is very courteous, mindful, and respectful to patients. Every step during the way I felt like I was an great hands and Im very happy with my new smile and felt an immense boost in confidence after the bridge was installed. I had a minor pokey point with the permanent bridge but they were able to get me in the next day, but I get a call a few hours after scheduling asking if I can swing by in a few hours! Its great to know that even after a procedure is finished, Dr. Hsu and his staff are willing to sure youre perfectly happy with the outcome of whatever procedure youre having done. Im definitely going to Annigan Dental for my routine teeth cleanings. Everyone at Annigan Dental are all a pleasure to work with with top notch dental care and it doesnt surprise me at all that this dentist practice gets consistent 5 star reviews!

This is by far the best dental office I have ever visited. When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm and professional welcome. The office was tidy, organized, and comfortable. Once I finished my new patient paperwork I was seen with little to no wait time. Dental visits normally give me anxiety, but everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. In my experience dentist take little to no time with me. They normally are just interested in doing the cleaning and recommending fillings. However, Dr. Hsue is the first dentist Ive visited who took the time to investigate the cause of my issues. He took his time and explained everything to me in a way that I felt comfortable with. At NO time did I feel like he was trying to rush to his next appointment. It is clear that Dr. Hsue takes his profession and caring for his patients through building trust very seriously. He is not about patch work, he is about solutions. I would highly recommend Annigan Dental and Dr. Hsue to any and everyone in the Bothell and surrounding Seattle area.

Had a root canal and went well. No pain had a cracked tooth that was infected. Dentist Henry Hsue pescribed me some pills and had the root conal 2 weeks later. It went very well no pain what so ever. I was amazed. They are very knoldagable and know what they are dooing. Very nice staff and they all seem very sensitive with what your going through.
