The doctors and hygienists at Beardslee Dental are absolutely amazing! I was looking for a new dentists after moving to Bothell and was so glad I found Beardslee.Making an appointment was super easy process and the team does a fantastic job around reminding you about your appointment via message/email/appointment card, whatever works best for you.Im usually a nervous patient when it comes to going to the dentist but I dont seem to have an issue or get butterflies before my appointment with my doctor and hygienist. They care about your well-being, comfort and dental health and will immediately attend to any of your concerns with an immediate solution. I have had a couple of procedures done with this team and trust them to do the best work possible.Theyre also very understanding about your schedule and will try their best to accommodate to your schedule which I love. Most importantly you dont have to be nervous as I was seen by two separate doctors and have not had a bad day ever!The location of the office is easily accessible with tons of parking and the office space itself is clean and super comfy.I highly recommend Beardslee Dental to anyone seeking a new dentist. Beardslee Dental team is like a large extended family - you come in for what seems like a mere-dental-appointment and you leave feeling like you have belonged there forever. Forever? Yup. The time feels seamless. Just like being at-home in some place that raised you; you can come and go, but you feel like you belong. Thats it. Short and sweet. Very impressive. It’s hard to find a good dentist these days, but Dr. Carmody and her staff exceed all expectations. The hygienists consistently provide quality cleanings, scheduling is a breeze, the office is modern and clean, and the staff are polite. My fillings look and feel better than ever. Moreover, I do not feel “overtreated” or pressured to replace dental fillings earlier than necessary. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a trustworthy, talented dentist.

I am not one who enjoys having to change doctors. However, this experience was different. My first contact with Beardslee Dental was by phone to see if my new insurance would be accepted. Hannah, who I have now determined keeps the front office running kindly and efficiently, determined I was eligible and scheduled me. I had a broken crown and to my surprise they got me in quickly. Dr. Ara Carmody was gentle yet thorough in both her exam and my crown work. Once the crown prep was on my return appointment was set. To my surprise I was called and asked if I would like to come in days earlier as they were ready with my new tooth. The crown placement appointment fell right in line with the others; kind, gentle and nice to talk to (everyone there I worked with) seems to be part of their mission statement. My experiences at Beardslee Dental have been nothing short of excellent. Dr. Carmody and the Beardslee Dental team have always been respectful, courteous and positive during my time as a patient. The dental office has followed COVID protocols during each of my visits during the pandemic, and I always feel both welcome and safe during my time there. The office is nice, new, conveniently located and has great views to put you at ease while you are in the chair. Payments and insurance processes have always been streamlined and very simple for me. The office is excellent at communicating for upcoming appointments and working with the patient to be flexible should scheduling challenges arise for either party. Ive moved around all my life and had many, many dentists and Dr. Carmody and her team are easily one of, if not the, best of them I am a very nervous patient and not only Dr. Carmody herself, but every single staff member Ive interacted with, has been kind, understanding and empathetic. I felt I was listened to at all times, that they wanted to work with me and that they enjoyed their job. :) Ive had a few procedures, including a crown, and they were all pain-free and fast. I had a tooth ache about a year ago and no dentistry was able to have me come in for a check up. When I called up Beardslee Dental, they told me to come right away for a check up because they understood the pain I was going through and wanted to help me out.Everyone there is very nice and they do the best job. 10/10 recommend everyone to go get a check up there!

Hadnt had any work done on my teeth in a while due to no insurance. Finally got insurance and went to Beardslee Dental and discovered I needed a crown due to a cracked tooth that they found right away, and they did a fantastic job! Friendly staff, what a pleasure it was!

Everyone there is so gentle, warm and friendly, and will answers all of my questions before proceeding. Dr. remembers each of our previous conversations, and really makes the experience a good one. Even if we move away from the area, we will be sticking with Dr. as long as possible.

I am a relatively new patient at Beardslee Dental however I feel confident enough to say that they have provided me with the best dental experience I have ever had in my 28 years. I hadnt been to the dentist in a long time and required a deep clean and imaging. I was a little nervous but my feelings of apprehension were quickly disspelled when I spent only a few minutes talking to the staff! The front desk are knowledge and very, very welcoming. The hygienists and Doctor were very accommodating and gentle. I love everyone there and wish to remain with them for as long as possible! Plus, they have the best music I have ever heard at any medical office ever!

Dr. Carmody with Beardslee Dental is incredible! Everyone in the office is super friendly and approachable. I was able to request an appointment online through their website and was seen the next day for some pain I was experiencing. Dr. Carmody was able to do a thorough exam and determine the issue. She took a lot of time with me to make sure I understood what was going on and new what all of my treatment options were. She is not judgmental or condescending, which is refreshing. Their office is clean and they have an awesome view of the cascade foothills. Highly Recommend!

I had moved further North and was thinking this was a good time to change dentists since my dentist was moving away. But I had forgotten that I had already had a checkup scheduled. I am not a person that likes to go to the Dentist, at times it may take me 5 years to go. Today I had to get a (temp) crown, so an hour plus appointment. After my novocaine shots I had to tell Dr. Carmody that was the best novocaine experience I have ever had. I usually clinch the arm rest but today I was as calm as a cucumber. I had a horribly decayed tooth that I had been avoiding dealing with because I was new to the area, and frankly, have a bit of a dentist phobia. However, because of the pain, I called Dr Carmodys office and Ora, the receptionist, was so empathetic and managed to get me in within the hour. After a couple of xrays to look at the tooth, and an efficient examination from Dr Carmody, the decision to extract was made - which I knew should happen. Dr Carmody explained the procedure, making sure I understood everything, and proceeded to take out the tooth - which proved to be a bit difficult, but she was amazingly patient, skilled and positive. I have now found a dentist that I will actually gladly go to for regular checkups - something I have never done before.

Dr. Carmody is absolutely fantastic! Truly a bonafide artist and skilled crafts(wo)man. Her hand skills are superior to any other dentist I’ve ever been to which has been a lot unfortunately. She makes you very comfortable and I look forward to every visit.
