I had my 1st appointment at McCauley Family & Cosmetic Dentistry a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. I don’t usually like going to the dentist, but this place does not feel like a dentist office at all. The place is extremely clean, the staff was friendly and the amenities were awesome. It really did feel like a spa experience. My Hygienist, Kim, is amazing! She’s friendly and takes the time to explain everything that she will do so there are no questions on procedures. The Dentist was great- easy to talk to and was able to address my issues and come up with a solution. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next visit. Thanks again for a great experience!

Great place, was given a complimentary paraffin wax hand treatment as I came in, my dental hygienist Ali was so attentive and let me know what she was going to do before she did it, let me know what my copay was and the prices of things before I paid, was very communicative with me about my dental health after my checkup and cleaning as well as my options for other treatments, and checked in with me the day after my appointment. Highly recommend!

I haven’t been to the dentist for a little over a year due to Covid. This office has taken very good precautions to make sure everyone feels safe.My dental visit was very pleasant. The hygienist was very friendly and has a gentle touch. She made sure I felt comfortable during my cleaning as I have a few sensitive spots. The doctor was very friendly.

I’m a big dental chicken - BIG - and Dr. McCauley and her staff couldn’t be kinder or more helpful. My last cleaning was the best I’ve ever had as far as my level of comfort and anxiety. That says a lot since I’m 69 years old! Their one appointment crowns are also great. Grateful I found Dr. McCauley and her wonderful staff.

I just saw Dr McCauley and team for an unexpected crown replacement. Again - she is professional, caring and skilled. She explains everything and proceeded through this rather unpleasant event with tremendous empathy, efficiency, open communication and skill. Her level is care is outstanding.

Just had my first visit with McCauley Family & Cosmetic Dentistry yesterday and just wanted to say I had a great experience. The staff were amazingly friendly, informative, and the office was Super clean. My Detal Hygienist, Kim, took the time to explain the cleaning procedure and explained proper ways to maintain healthy teeth and gums. The Dentist was personable and easy to talk too as well. Excellent Dentist and staff. Top equipment and the staff is trained in latest technology and dental procedures. In addition the office is warm and friendly and it feels like visiting a friend! Dr. McCauley is top in her field and as a self proclaimed perfectionist I am pleased at every visit. My husband and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

What first attracted me to this office was the promise of complimentary spa experiences with their dental treatments. What keeps me at this office is their consistent kindness throughout every experience. First off, I dont go to dentists or doctors unless I absolutely have to because I just dont. Everyone who works at McCauley Family Dentistry is top notch! They have a beautiful, clean facility with amazing up-to-date dentistry instruments that make my cleaning experience way less uncomfortable than I’ve experienced at other facilities. But not at the expense of getting a deep and thorough cleaning. They’re so gentle and personable, and really take the time to get to know their patients on a deeper level. I definitely don’t feel like just another number walking through the door. They’re great at quickly figuring out what/how much your insurance covers, rather than making you go back and forth with the insurance company yourself. I appreciate that they also give great recommendations for bettering your oral health routine at home, but it never feels pushy or condescending. This is by far the best Dentist I’ve ever been to, and I highly recommend Dr. McCauley and her amazing team!

The doctor, hygienist and receptionist are amazingly meticulous and accommodating. They make sure that you are happy and satisfied with either cleaning, fillings or even surgery.I have 2 little kids with whom I go for my cleaning and staff is always supportive. If you need a filling on a certain day, they make a note of it and remind in times of availability.

I switched to Dr. McCauleys practice recently because I wanted a second option on all the dental work that my former dentist said I needed done. She was able to avoid having me get one less crown saving me time and money. Her office has state of the art equipment so they are able to make the crowns quickly and with precision - they turned out beautiful! The chairs are comfortable and they have TVs in every room to keep you entertained.Dr. McCauley was so gentle and was quick to respond to my low pain tolerance and sensitivity over a week later - she checked in until I felt 100% and did not hesitate to fit me into her busy schedule to come back in to take a second look. She even offered to come in on a weekend when the office is closed. If that isnt dedication and exceptional service - I dont know what is!Before getting my dental work done, I got my teeth cleaned by Tiffany. She was so informative, gentle, funny, thorough and friendly. It was by far the best cleaning I have ever had when thinking about all my past dental experiences. Tiffany is truly exceptional and gifted at her job – I hope she gets a large raise every year because she deserves it! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They took extra time with my Special Needs child which was greatly appreciated. Dr. McCauley explained everything in detail. Office was clean and bright with all new and modern equipment. The staff did everything to make my child comfortable including playing his favorite video during the visit. Very impressive. If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further! We love McCauley Family Dentistry, and I’m not exaggerating when I say the entire staff at McCauley is amazing! Both my husband and I have had a bunch of work done (cavities, crowns, teeth pulled, cleanings, and cosmetic bonding work) and we have been happy with every appointment and procedure! When I need to schedule work to be done, Dr. McCauley explains the different options available to me, answers any questions I have while usually suggesting which option she thinks would work best overall, but leaves the decision totally up to me. Each time I’ve had work done they are constantly checking to make sure I’m comfortable and not in pain. Dr. McCauley and her team are friendly, knowledgeable, they never make you feel bad if you aren’t the best flosser :), and they never push more work to be done than what is needed to keep your mouth healthy. They care, they’re honest, and they do really good work! Can’t recommend them enough!

I broke an old crown recently and called the office because there were sharp edges causing me problems. As usual, they were supportive and accommodating. They got me in as the last patient of the day (aka: they stayed late). Turned out they were able to smooth things out and save the crown. I really appreciate the whole staff going the extra mile and figuring out how to make it work without insisting on a whole new crown. Its nice to have that kind of trust and confidence in a care provider. I highly recommend Dr. McCauley and her staff if youre looking for a friendly, competent and trustworthy dental office. Had a tiny chip in my tooth and a different dentist told me I needed a filling since my tooth was sensitive. She just filed down a high spot and after a few weeks it was just fine. Great bedside manner and she’s very sweet and gentle.
