I was referred to Dr. Chaison by my dentist due to bite and clenching issues. My entire experience at Bothell Orthodontics was nothing short of professional and courteous. Dr. Chaison and his staff were organized and efficient, yet still generous with their time to have friendly conversation with me. I was thoroughly impressed, and actually had a good time! I would strongly recommend Dr. Chaison for any orthodontics consultation and service.

Im an adult patient that needed my old retainer replaced. Dr. Jeremy contacted my orthodontist in Chicago before replacing my retainer in order to make it exactly as it had been before. That was extremely courteous of him. He had obviously spent time studying my case before treating me, which boosted my confidence in him and reduced my anxiety. He took the time to talk me through his plan and answered many of my questions before I even asked them. He is clearly very experienced. Dr. Jeremy was recommended to me by two of the best orthodontists in the country, so I put my full trust in him.The staff, especially Janet, is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I began my braces experience very unsure and hesitant of the whole situation. Dr. Jeremy Chaison and his whole staff were able to not only answer any and all of my questions, but did so in a manner that was very easy to comprehend. Bothell Orthodontics is a well run, polite and very energetic office full of easy going and wonderful staff. We have 3 kids who will all eventually need braces so when the dentist told me my 8 year old needed to see an Orthodontist I wanted to check out a few places. From the minute we walked into Bothell Orthodontics we felt welcome. They have the latest technology which made it easy to understand and see why it was important to start treatment right away even though my daughter seemed young for braces. All the staff and Jeremy Chaison are so friendly. My 8 year old sailed through her 15 months of expanders and braces, her smile looked so much better that my 13 year old daughter started asking when she could get braces? She is also having a great experience at Bothell Orthodontics. I highly recommend this office!

I am so glad that I listened to him! Dr. Chaison and his staff are great. They are very caring, fun, and professional. As an adult considering orthodontic work, I had a million questions and some anxiety about both the process and I wondered how I would find a good service provider. My dentist recommended Dr. Jeremy Chaison. I am so grateful to Dr. Chaison for providing very professional service, for being personable and addressing all of my concerns and always included me in my care plan. The staff could not be nicer and I actually find myself looking forward to seeing them. They have become like family over the past two years.

I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the sensitivity, caring, and understanding of family situations that Dr. Chaisons office has given to us. My granddaughter has been back and forth between Dr. Chaisons office and an orthodontist in another state. We have had to begin procedures and then transfer; take up procedures again, and then transfer, many times over. Bothell Orthodontics has been so gracious about all of this, with just the hope that all goes well for my granddaughter. Everyone in the office is a caring, and understanding professional. Our son, currently 15 years old, has been a Bothell Orthodondics patient for the past couple of years. Our dentist originally referred us to another office in Bothell but we had friends who used Drs. Ive and Chaison. We chose to take our son here. What a great choice we made. From the moment we walk in to the time we leave we are always treated with great care.
