While going to the dentist, isnt my idea of a fun time and Ive put off going for far too long, the people at Bothell Dental Care made it as painless as possible. Starting with the receptionist, dental assistants and the dentist, they couldnt have been more friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. First, they let me know what my insurance would cover there and then let me know the costs of any procedure I might need. Knowing ahead of time what its going to cost, really puts my mind at ease. So, if your looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Bothell Dental Care.

Nobody, I mean NOBODY enjoys visiting the dentist, but when you do and it is an enjoyable(?)...experience. I question the term, enjoyable I mean, having someone poke and prod your mouth...enjoyable? It is what it is, get over it.At Bothell Dental Care the team led by Tien-Dat Nguyen, Dr. Dat, I feel comfortable in this dental office. The staff is above all, professional. They are polite, courteous, and warm. Warm as in understanding of each patients needs and requirements for optimal dental health and they are professionals in their vocation. They are real people. Their objective in my opinion is to make this uncomfortable but necessary experience as comfortable as is humanly possible.If you are in search of a dentist, Dr. Dat has not only the office in Bothell, but Lynnwood as well. Be dental healthy, after all you only have one mouth, take care of it.

Best Dental place I’ve been to since I was a kid. Everyone makes you feel comfortable like you are family and the dentists and hygienists know what they are doing. Dr. Dat is a great dentist.

This dental office has cutting edge technology and the dentist spent more time with me than any dentist ever has. I am very impressed with their professionalism and the care they provide. Highly recommend!

Jaime at Dat Dental provided excellent customer service during my routine cleaning. I was amazed at the amount of care and how thorough she was cleaning my teeth.As we conversate between cleaning, she went beyond to check up on the rest of my family. We discussed my treatment plan for remaining of 2020. If I was not able to utilize my benefits for the year I at least know what to expect next year. Not all patients are familiar with how their dental insurance works so when an experienced employee is able to provide you some helpful advise to maximize your insurance use, that’s quality service for me.Another thing I wanted to point out is that during Covid-19, I did not fill discriminated at all. Wether it was your race, health issues, living situation, or financial issues. The facility followed protocol to their ability without making the patients feel uncomfortable. They also check your temperature before entering the facility.
