When I started at Apex I wasn’t able to do the things I love like working out, snowboarding, surfing, golf, and being active. In a short span I was able to regain mobility and strength to run a 5k and golf 2-3x a week without a cart. Dr. Jared and Dr. Kirsten had given me the tools to get back to living life and being functional. I am no longer concerned about my back when Apex keeps me at my best. Thank you team for all you do!

I was having lower back issues flare up during my pregnancy and I’m so happy I found Dr. Spitz! They are both wonderful and after seeing them only one time I had already felt better. The pain never came back and I’ve been seeing them weekly every since! I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant and baby has stayed head down and we are ready for him :) I am planning on taking my newborn here as well! They also did a great job with my 4 year old daughter. Planning on getting my husband and oldest daughter here as well. Alaesya at the front desk is warm and friendly and both the doctors have been kind and helpful with regards to figuring out payments and insurance. Best chiropractors I’ve ever been to!

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and have a hard time managing flare ups, but since working with Dr. Jared & Kirsten for the last 16 months, I’ve had the least flare ups and pain ever!! Both are a wealth of knowledge about all things health and I’ve been able to learn so much from them. I feel lucky we found them and am looking forward to their care throughout pregnancy and with our future kids. HIGHLY recommend Apex!

If I was ever a doubter of chiropractic care, that all washed away with Apex Chiropractic. My wife has had very difficult labors in the past and with our most recent child being born, Dr. Kirsten came to the birthing center DURING labor and adjusted my wife. Our son was born 2 hours later! Much faster and less laborsome than with our previous three. We now see Dr. Jared and Dr. Kirsten regularly for our family to keep us healthy. They both do an amazing job of not only providing care, but explaining what they are doing and why. Our kids feel very comfortable with getting their adjustments and look forward to it. Thank you!

I have waited a long time to post this because I wanted to see how long term care impacted us each. Conclusion: you need to go establish care with them. We love APEX! My little family has both autoimmune and structural difficulties and we have ALL seen improvements in multiple areas. We are so grateful for the outcomes and I have nothing but praise for the care we have received. Dr Jared and Dr Kirsten truly care about our children and to see my kids healing in a safe and compassionate environment is priceless to us. My daughters immune system has improved drastically. My sons shoulder no longer droops and he has exploded in language and milestones. My husband no longer wakes up in pain every morning. My double vision has improved so I can now drive in the mornings and my neck and hip pain have drastically improved. I cant say enough how all of this has improved the quality of our daily life 🧡 Thankful.

I’m so happy to have found these guys! When I was pregnant and in my 3rd trimester I had awful immobilizing hip pain. After just a couple visits with Dr. Kirsten I was able to make in through my work day with minimal to no discomfort! It was magic! Love their gentle but effective approach to chiropractic care. Went to Dr. Jared and Dr. Kirsten for a relapse of a herniated disc (L5/S1). They quickly accommodated my schedule to help me get therapy. They were very thorough, taking x-rays and explain what they found in the x-rays in an easy to understand manner. What I really appreciated was their professional and thoughtful bedside manner. They clearly explained what they planned to do as treatment and ensured my comfort was paramount during each visit. My back is now in excellent shape and plan to use Drs Jared Kirsten for my future chiropractic needs.

If you are looking for a good team of Chiropractors who provide specific non-forceful adjustments based on necessity, this is the place. Too many chiropractors over-adjust with high velocity techniques and keep you coming back without solving the problem. I think Dr. Kirsten and Dr. Jared do a great job of treating the cause. Thanks!

I have been battling a herniated disc for over 6 years, along with auto immune issues. I have Seen multiple specialists over the years and been on several medications. I’m very picky about who adjusts me, Kirsten and Jared have both been trustworthy and specific with my care. Kirsten took care of me while I was pregnant and all through my labor she was there to adjust me to make sure delivery went smoothly. After My daughter was born she then took care of her! No doubt the good genuine people and chiropractors.

We love Dr. Kirsten and Dr. Jared. I started going while pregnant with a breech baby to get him to flip in order to have a VBAC. I still go weekly in order to help my mom back from bad posture due to nursing my little one. I also bring all three of my kids to them also. Theyre always super gentle, my older two ask to go, and my baby is always all smiles during and after adjustments. Its helped with his reflux and his torticolis. I couldnt recommend Apex Chiropractic more.

Awesome care! Their approach to wellness is what I love. The gentle adjustments toward aligment are incredibly effective as they illicit my bodies neurological system toward natural healing. I havent felt better in years and no longer feel weighed down by neck, back, shoulder and TMJ pain. I am back to participating in living life at my fullest with more energy.

It took years for me to muster up the courage to step into a chiropractic office after being a domestic violence survivor and working through the PTSD of having someone touch my neck.But recently my lower back pain got so bad to the point where I had to muster enough courage to visit Apex Chiropractic. I was so nervous with my initial visits that I was late because I had to talk myself into going while sitting in my car, telling myself I would be safe and comfortable.I trusted that Apex would take care of me, and the first couple visits were friendly. Until the expensive care recommendation plans came along and I had questions. I was presented with some care plans in the thousands of dollars, after my insurance covered a portion. I was not informed about what my insurance covered beforehand, and I had to ask questions. When I asked about how we could work with my insurance and my work schedule, I was met with lots of pushback from Dr. Kirsten. I was confused because my plan said they would cover x visits, but the story I got from the office was different. And it kept changing every question I asked. What was the red flag for me was the very defensive demeanor of Dr. Kirsten whenever I had questions about insurance and scheduling less visits initially so I could test out the progress. My only intent was to work something out in a way that was accommodating. What I received was a very blatant statement from Dr. Kirsten that I either get with the plan or leave, that we dont want to risk our reputation if you dont follow the program exactly how we say.I also wanted to mention, that several of my discussions regarding billing, my health history, my X-Rays (yes even those), my very vulnerable and personal health issues, were being discussed in the front office, in front of everybody with no private room whatsoever.I left the office today crying and hurt. I wanted to work things out and within my budget and work schedule (I cant pay if I cant work). I left instead with a if you dont want to follow our program and accept this billing, then leave.Please, Bothell, I would encourage you to research and shop around for chiropractors who value you as a human being, who value your time, who value your dignity and health information privacy, and who value your overall well-being above their reputation.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Kirsten! I cant say enough about her technique and effect on my body. I have had pain since I was 2years old and started walking.
