Dr. Dusty and all of her associates are amazing. I came in with severe neck and back pain and I am 100% better and have full function of my neck and back again. Also they they provide you with materials to take home to continue your preventative care! They truly care about your health and I highly recommend them! The dogs are a HUGE plus too ;)

One of my twin sons has cancer, and while he was in the midst of intensive care at Seattle Children’s, his brother started exhibiting significant physical problems, culminating in inability to walk without severe pain. We were referred to Bothell Chiropractic and Wellness, and we were blown away by the level of care and kindness, not to mention expertise by every staff member. We came here worn out and scared, and we left after several months of treatment with a healthy, happy boy who will miss his “friends who make him feel better”. I recommend this clinic to everyone I know, and I’m so grateful we were able to be seen here. Also, if you didn’t know, there are golden retrievers here, and we LOVE that!

Since going to BCW, my constant back pain is gone and I have fewer and less severe headaches. Everyone there is focused on making each visit a good experience. Dr. Jordan and all the docs are great. Love this place. I was in so much pain 1 year ago, now I’m so much better. The best part is the initial exercises I did that helped me with balance and strength. The staff is friendly and helped make my day when everything was closed this past year, they were the one place I’d go and they kept everything so sanitized and clean. It helped my spirit lift in very dark days.

Staff are really nice and the service its self is great but the 3 stars is due to the cost. Its crazy expensive. I have gotten adjustments at a few places. The joint was $60 for 4 visits a month another place was $60 and another was $53. This place was crazy high at $115. Almost double everywhere elses price.

I am new to WA and looked forward to cycling and hiking. My back pain was debilitating and depression was setting in fast. I have never been to a Chiropractor until now. Dr Cassie Berggren took time out of her schedule to help me with my therapy and even sent me videos on exercises to insure I am doing them correct. Total scam and they are good at it. Unfortunately I attended one of the dinners and truly believed what I was hearing, I had my dad go for the free consultation. He has been having back problems for a while now, he was hesitant but signed up and paid for this plan that wasnt cheap $$$$. He went over 5 times and not once did they actually physically adjust him. He stopped going but is still having to pay. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

Dr Cassie worked hard to find the adjustment that healed my sciatica pain! About half-way through my pregnancy I started suffering 24/7 with sciatica pain and after trying a few adjustments she found one that totally took away my pain! I’m a happy pregnant lady now. So thankful for her expertise and kindness too.

When I started I was having headaches everyday. After a couple of adjustments, the headaches lessened and now they are pretty much nonexistent. Dr. Jordan is amazing.

I initially scheduled an appointment in hopes that chiropractic care could help me with a gallbladder issue, but I ended up badly injuring my back one day before my consultation. My back hurt so badly that I couldnt bend, twist or lay down without severe pain. The day after my first adjustment I noticed a significant improvement in my back pain and after my third adjustment 90% of my pain was gone. I am into my second month of treatment now and I have also been noticing improvements with my gallbladder issue as well (I have been eating a mostly vegan diet- eating meat and dairy only a few meals a month). I have been to 4 different chiropractors throughout my life and I have had the best care at Bothell Chiropractic and Wellness. They use an approach to chiropractic care that I havent experienced before. They have incorporated stretching, balance and strength exercises in addition to chiropractic adjustment to re-align my spine. I highly recommend Dr. Cassie and the rest of Dr. Dubois team!P.S. They also have Labradors and Puffer Fish in the office to brighten up your day.

Scam artists. Stay far away from this place. They rope you in with an initial consult then try and give you a sales pitch at the second consult that includes telling you that you need to pay more on top of what your insurance covers. I am retaining a lawyer for further consult. This scam artist company needs to be out of business. People are hurt and they need solutions not a sales pitch for scam care!

For the first time in over 1 year I was able to finish my treadmill workout on Saturday. I had minor pain the first half then no pain at all the second half. I was able to finish strong in stead of struggling just to finish. Thank you Dr Cassie for the wonderful relief you are doing so far!!

Some of the best people I’ve ever met. I could go on and on, as I was under Dr. Will’s care for about a year and half. I could barely lift my arms, my range of motion leaning forward was that of an elderly and I’m mid 30’s. I had had doctors tell me that only medication and surgery could help my slight scoliosis, sciatic, arthritis and all over back pain. I had a huge aversion to anyone placing my back. I don’t trust doctors too much because most are only as good as they were a student in school. Plus I had a bad experience with chiropractor care after a car accident in my 20s. Dr will created a plan for me and a now 2 years later I have 100% better flexibility, measurable straightening of my spine, and the best part I can enjoy physical activities with my family again. Carla helped me out with two sessions of the LipoMelt body wraps and she is amazing. She informed me of everything, gave me paperwork to look over, and was very accomodating for my schedule. She even helped me with adjusting some of the wraps to target certain areas that arent usually easy to get to with the large wraps.It is an effective treatment made that much better by such friendly and helpful staff. Well worth the investment in your total health. I have known Dr Dusty since she was just starting out. She has treated both my wife and myself. For my wife she eliminated her planter fasciitis. Wow! Jared Walls’ review below mirrored my wive’s experience. Old sale tactics at play. Billed my insurance for their free consultation.... which was most likely in the the fine print. My moral of the story. Nothing is free and be cautious when dealing with these people. The idea for looking for care and receiving a sales pitch is not my idea of the best health care experience.

Full range of motion is essential for my job. After a restrictive injury, I needed to regain motion as soon as possible. Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness is fantastic. Dr. DuBois is extremely knowledgeable and was able to correct the issue quickly. Ashley, in the back office, is excellent and on top of the day. Kayce and Lacey, in the front, are warm and inviting. Now the whole family enjoys optimum health and wellness.

Dr. Britni is awesome! This chiropractic clinic is not for anyone who isnt willing to take responsibility for their health and put a little work into getting better. They want to get to the root of your issues. Really nice they have a Pulstar machine for those who dont like manual adjustments.

Initially impressed by the well put together and elegant lobby and waiting area we had high hopes.My wife went in for help with her neck as she has had pain in it on and off for a number of years and had never sought care.After they took x rays and did an initial exam they had her come back a few days later.Once we got into the back, Dr. Treadway went over the x-rays and employed the sales funnel he is obviously heavily trained on. Using attention grabbing words like poor health when describing the health of her spine (Only to later say it was at the first stage of decline out of 3) and asking bizarre rhetorical, leading questions that came off as extremely patronizing.Questions like So you told me that taking care of your neck is important to you, are you ready to start treatment then?. These are clearly out of an outdated commission sales model (I used identical phrasing when selling unneccessary accounts and lines of credit at Wells Fargo in 2015) he then got out his scratch piece of paper and permanent marker and started to go over the 3 CONVENIENT PAYMENT OPTIONS that when we went with the one lump sum at a discounted price of $1800 we would saving the most moneyand They dont take individual payments because they cant afford to pay a cashier to run the credit card machine. (As two receptionists were manning the front desk)And the kicker? After we informed him we would need time to think his offer over (her neck did hurt) and we got up to leave, he blurts out that he would be charging us $182 for the x rays and first visit. (On the back of his card it states See my Doctor for a FREE Chiropractic Evaluation: Includes X-Rays and Report of Findings ($350 value)The moral of the story? Avoid them like Ebola. They are doctors in the sales business. You are NOT their #1 concern, your pocket book is.

I have had a very bad chiropractic experience in the past and my concerns were addressed and steps were taken to ensure that would not be my experience again. Great facility & treatments were helpful for chiropractic. Major issue is their billing practices. No one in the office understands insurance or accounting. Billing is handled by random offsite person in another state & time zone. Patients are never allowed to speak to billing staff directly. Front desk staff & dr give you a lot of BS & double speak but you never get a straight answer and will overcharge you for services. All payments must be done up front. I had to get my insurance company involved to get my money back.

Where to begin… With Dr. Lynna my neck is in much, much less pain. Through their Ideal Protein nutrition plan Ive dropped 35 pounds rather painlessly (me who cant shed any weight ever), and my child, who also sees Dr. Lynna, has missed only 5 days of school this year. Last year it was almost 4 weeks due to coughs and colds! I highly recommend this particular Chiropractic office.

I have been suffering lower back pain and I scheduled an appointment expecting some adjustments.When I arrived I was greeted into a room for some tests. The doctor was nice and looks knowledgeable. She suggested me to do X-ray to figure out what goes wrong, and indeed I agree. I was asked to schedule another appointment to talk about the X-ray result and further actions. The appointment took about 30 mins.I came back a few days later for the appointment and they ran me through more tests. After that I sat down with another doctor discussing the X-ray result. While I was talking to her, I did not have a feeling that I am in a chiropractic clinic. She spent most of the time talking about how different their clinic is comparing to the others because they care about long-term issues rather than instant relief. It felt more like a car dealership when those sales persons are bordering you.She went through a 12-week step-by-step program which she suggested me to take to fix my issue, and the program costs $3,000+. I mean, my spine looks pretty bad and I really want to fix it, but I would not put down $3,000+ for people who has never touch my body once. Maybe I am wrong the program would work, but it is just not my style.The 12-week program suggested me to be there 3 times a week, which is about $90 per visit. $90 is normal comparing to other clinics but 3 visits per week is just too much. I mean it would be worth $3,000 if it really works, yet nobody can guarantee the results, plus I have read some bad review online about that program.I decided to walk away and visit another chiropractor. The other chiropractor did not push me for any programs. Instead, they do small adjustment for me every time and suggest me not to come too often. I can actually feel the difference from my back and I am happy about it.Overall, I do not mind to spend $3,000 to make myself feels better. However, spend $3,000 prior to knowing any results does not make sense.

Felt like I was getting scammed here. They wanted me to commit to a 3 month care plan before I could get any adjustment at all, and none of this was explained before they took a bunch of x-rays. So I just paid for my x-rays and cut my losses and left.

Everyone i have had contact with in this office has been nice. The things they offer range from chiropractic care to vitamin supplements, they care about total wellness and you can feel it. Literally.Its been 11 months since my last review and I am still visiting BCW for their great services. Today I enjoyed a wonderful massage. Cherina is great about listening to what areas are troubling you and she makes sure to take care of any knots, stiffness, or tightness that is happening.

Stay Away! I have chronic back and neck pain and have received treatment by a wonderful chiropractor, since my regular chiropractor moved away I look for another office close by. My initial visit started with me standing around for 10minutes before anyone bothered to ask if I have been help! After the initial appointment which included x-rays and gathering some history, I was told by Dr.Lies that I need to come back for second visit. For the second visit I was taken to the room and after 20minutes of a sale pitch by Dr.Lies about all the workshops that I will need to attend and medical equipment I have to purchase from them, I was hit with $1300+ estimated out of pocket bill after insurance payment! When I explain I can’t afford any out of pocket expenses and have to stay with what cover by insurance which is the adjustment, she told me “we will not be able to care for you at this clinic”, and I had to leave without any treatment even thou I had express how much pain I was in. one last shock was after check out, when they hand me my bill which indicated that they are out of network with my insurance therefore my very well know insurance doesn’t cover 100%, after my protest regarding the fact that I did ask at the time of scheduling they said they are not responsible to let me know that!

I went somewhere else initially who was very rough and left me more sore than before my adjustment. Dr. Cassie has gotten me back to no pain all day!

I called this place to find out if they accept my insurance prior to having any referral sent. At the time of the call I was told yes however, once my doctor sent a referral I recieved voicemail saying that they do not accept my insurance and it will be cash payments. This annoying for me and poor business practices on their part.

The moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by two or more people, generally with loving smiles and questions like; How has your day been today? What fun plans do you have coming up? No matter what situations have come up for me, unexpected trips to the ER for aging parents, work meetings that go too long making me late, no matter, this wonderful staff work around my challenges and make me feel ultra appreciated. Every time I walk into that building, Im greeted with smiles and addressed by my first name. They do a great job of staffing friendly people that truly take an interest in making your experience there the best ever. The staff is so knowledgeable about their craft and believe that what they do will bring less pain and more joy to your life. I personally come here three times a week and use all the life changing services they provide. While everyone there is excellent. One person stands above the rest. Cherina has changed my life and health in ways that I cannot put into words. Not only does she give a fantastic massage, she is the type of employee that I have tried to hire in my own field. Cherina is friendly, helpful, funny, knowledgeable and more importantly genuine. She is the consumate professional and is an asset to my well being....thanks a million for all that you do and have done for me!!!

I highly recommend this office, particularly massage therapist Cherina Smithson. Im not sure how I would have gotten through my pregnancy without Cherina, in fact I had a wonderful massage the day my son was born! I encourage anyone to go visit Cherina, especially for cupping. I receive excellent care from Cherina every week I go in for a massage. I find her to be very professional and knowledgable of her trade. Due to my back injury she always takes care to inquire about my pain level and where it needs the most attention. She is very personable, kind, and interested in knowing you as a person. I started seeing Dr. Dubois years ago when she was a chiropractor for Kauffman chiropractic. I hadnt been to a chiropractor ever before and was finally convinced to go by the girlfriend. I had neck pain so severe I had simply given up on turning my head to the left, I would simply twist my whole body instead. Dusty reviewed my X-rays and during the first session made my neck feel incredibly better. I had spent so much energy just trying to maintain that once my neck actually felt good I was genuinely cheerful for the first time in years. Everyone noticed, even people I interacted with only occasionally at work noticed. The difference really was night and day. When Dusty opened her own practice I followed her there instead of staying with the old one.The new practice is friendly, upbeat, and always fun to visit. From time to time Dusty will have her dogs in which is always a treat. I dont have my own dogs but I love them, so seeing these two is like being able to have my own but with none of the responsibility.Using the Pulstar machines brings a level of technology to chiropractic care that I adore. All the guess work and opinion is removed as the machine says exactly where to apply pressure and how many vibrations to use. I admit I still prefer the manual adjustments though.If youve never been to a chiropractic before, come here, theyll treat you right.
