I went in not able to bend my right knee. Dr. Cotten was thorough and discovered the issue was in my hip. Today, there is minimal pain in my knee and am able to move around freely.

This is a great place to go if you have children, need care, or have a child who needs care. As a SAHM who doesnt always have someone able to provide supervision for my kiddo during short appointments, it is wonderful how patient and welcoming they are with my little one and the aquarium & childrens play area generally distract him for at least a little while. My toddler also receives care here as well, and it has been the difference between him being unable to sleep and waking up at night to sleeping like a dream and napping properly.

Came in to check on my back after ACL surgery. Turned out my back has been off for the last 6-7 years. After my treatment was over I could not imagine going on without my monthly visit. I recommend a regular visit to anyone including my wife who is a regular now as well.

I came here initially because of sports injuries and consistent pain and Ive already had a major improvement in my life quality. Our journey to Vitaliy started with an urgent visit to fix a rib out of place for my 13 year-old daughter. She had complained of hip, knee and ankle joint pain after PE for 4 years. Wed seen a chiropractor, done physical therapy twice and several specialists who ruled out scoliosis and flat feet and a myriad of other problems. Basically she was diagnosed with being lazy and not stretching enough. (neither were true) After her first few visits with Dr Cotten, there was no more joint pain. She has been a patient since February 2019, and we are so grateful for the expertise that has helped our teen to be healthy and pain free.

I have been going to Vitality Specific in Bothell for about 5 weeks. This was my first time going to a chiropractor, and I was a little apprehensive at first. I have Menieres disease and did some research online, so I knew I wanted to see an upper cervical specific chiropractor, certified in the Blair Technique. Dr. Cotton has these qualifications and more.On my first visit, I was greeted by Amanda, the receptionist, and was put at ease immediately. She introduced me to Dr. Cotton, who took me back to do a consultation and preliminary exam. I was again put at ease by Dr. Cottons friendly and professional manner. She took X-Rays and explained thoroughly about what was misaligned with my spine, hips, and neck. She laid out a plan which further gave me confidence in her abilities and knowledge. About fourteen years ago, I was in an accident that left me with whiplash and the many aches and pains that accompany the condition. I have been seeing Dr Cotten for a while now and she is a great and knowledgeable chiropractor! She takes the time to understand your needs and describes the techniques she uses. I was nervous for my first ever adjustment however her manner was comforting as she was gentle and prepared me for the adjustment. She will happily answer all questions and enjoys educating her patients. Shes also great with kids too! I brought my daughter in when she was 4 months old ( recommended by her pediatrician )I thought it was crazy to bring a baby to a chiropractor .she was so gentle with her I continue to bring my daughter in to be looked at every few months . I would love to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Deborah Cotten, first I have never done any Chiropractic work ever, in my line of work, Im in a very compromised position with my back and neck and one day I had a serious attack with vertigo and ringing of the ears, I was referred to Dr. Cotten because she has been trained to do Upper Cervical Care of the Neck area with the Blair Technique, going to her has help me out tremendously, my neck has held in position and vertigo is gone and my ringing has decreased, she is very thorough and explains in great detail, I truly believe that her work me made the difference, if you want a great person to work on you, you cant go wrong with Dr. Cotten.
