Every day the nurse ladies and workers eat right outside my window. I live in the apartments above. I hear everything they talk about and can even hear them through my noise cancelling AirPods. I’m a college student trying to have some quiet and get my work done. It’s annoying to hear middle aged ladies scream and laugh outside. You are grown and you don’t live here. I don’t need to know your personal business. Please stop thank you.

Honestly, I went in planning on switching eye doctors after my appointment was over. But the eye doctor is phenomenal. All the staff & Jessica have always been great, but the previous doctor really did not seem to care what she was doing.

Image your glasses broke and your insurance wont pay for them again? Well, this place will refuse to provide you with YOUR eye exam just so you dont go out and buy glasses from a cheaper vendor. They will prefer you walking blind then allowing you to see YOUR results to buy an emergency cheaper pair at a chain store. Would not recommend.

Id not found an eye doctor yet after moving to the area, and I found this office on my insurance companys provider list. Well, the Boone office got me in within just two hours of my call, and luckily my worst fears about an infection or cataract of were wrong! :-) Wow, who knew clogged ducts could cause such problems? Anyway, everyone was lovely, efficient and professional, and I was able to pick up the products they recommended just down the road at CVS. THANKS for everything, and see you in June for my regular eye exam! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I appreciate the efficiency of all the office staff. I thank Dr.Tatum for being on time. I was called back to an exam room before I even had a chance to sit down in the waiting room! That was truly awesome!!! The staff was pleasant and friendly! I thank Dr. Tatum for being thorough & cautious by having me return to the office in about a month for glaucoma testing. By far one of the worst places to get appointments not to mention dr Sutton is no longer there. My daughters appointment has been cancelled by them twice now....and now her appointment will be a month and a half out now. Its RidiculousUpdate I emailed you and never got back to me. Ive found another place for my daughter and us to go to

This was my first time here and everything went perfectly. The doctor and all staff were very friendly and professional. I have been looking for a good place to go for my Eyecare needs for a long time. I have decided this is it!!

Upon entering the office, I was immediately greeting with a smile and, “May I help you?”. My examiner describes the procedures that I can understand. She was was cheerful and what I feel as very efficient. Dr Tatum came in with a smile and handshake. Brief “get to know me” and started with the Q&A. She maintains a good report with the examination. Selecting glasses was easy enough. Erik offered assistance that didn’t come across as a used car salesman. Overall the experience was such that I will highly recommend from every aspect of the practice.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Suttons since I was 11 years old and now my children are too. I have never had a bad experience in the 28 years that I have been coming here for eye care. Dr. Sutton is very nice and he takes time to talk with you about your eye exam and the vision correction options available. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Whenever any of my kids have needed their glasses repaired, all I had to do was drop by the office. No need to call ahead. Its fast and easy. Im very happy with the care that my children and I receive here.

The staff at the the call center were extremely nice and were able to schedule me an appointment for the same week. However life happens and I was running late so I called ahead. The lady I talked with said it was okay as long as I was no more than 15 minutes late because that was their late policy. I ended up around 8-10 minutes late and they refused to see me saying that their late policy was 10 minutes. We went back and forth about whether or not they would see me. I felt like they should honor the time they told me but they refused. The manger that I talked to was extremely rude and condescending and one of the receptionist kept rolling her eyes at me the whole time. The guy that I am pretty sure was new who was the only one who was nice and helpful. Needless to say I will not be coming back and have taken my business elsewhere.

I saw Dr. Brinkley today and 6 months ago. She is wonderful. Dr. Brinkley is kind, thorough, and explained everything very clearly and on an easy-to-understand level. She was happy to spend as much time with me explaining as needed, but did not keep me longer than necessary. The receptionist, Kimberlee, is always friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned with how each patients experience goes. Both Kimberlee and Dr. Brinkley engaged me in natural conversation throughout my time at the office and the experience was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. I did not have to wait very long at all to be called back to the exam room. This office is professional, yet friendly. I highly recommend them to you, as do all of my family members. :)

Dr. Sutton is always so thorough. He also takes the time to explain everything thats going on in your present situation and your future situations. His staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Constant itching around the opening of the artificial tear duct has been eliminated by Dr Suttons solution. And he gave good advice about my double vision. Hes just very professional and caring.

I was visiting from out of town and needed my glasses repaired. It was not an easy repair, as Id lost a screw for the temple piece - and also broken off a bit of plastic on the front piece, making it harder to tighten the temple, as there was no corresponding piece in which to screw it. I was helped promptly, and the woman who assisted me somehow managed to insert a screw that caught. It wont last forever, but it got me on my way - and she would not accept any money for her time and work.

These folks are the greatest! My family has visited their practice for many years. Excellent services and people. Recommend them to any and all.

The staff there are great and I love the eye doctor she takes time to talk to you and listen to what is going on with your eyes and she tells you what the best option is then she has you come back in after 2 weeks to see if it is working.

I had a few eye problems and they did every single eye exam to rule out EVERYTHING! I highly recommend coming here!

Never Again. Over 1.5 hours spent to be told they dont know what prescription is and want my old one to compare......... And come up with something 🙄. Eyes dilated and sent out of the office without protection on a sunny day. Never absolutely Never have I experienced such a day
