Delicious food, friendly people!

Beware going into Boone Drug Store at King Street. Apparently, the Pharmacists do not have any control over the Grill and the Grill does not enforce mask wearing even for people who are not eating. I was shocked, after having wonderful care from Boone Drug, that the pharmacists do not help the Grill to enforce the mask policy. Of course you can pick up your medications by car, but that doesnt help you if you are walking. These unmasked people even walked out of the grill area to the exit through the pharmacy unmasked.

I had to call 3 times to get my receipt and email confirming I was COVID negative. I called so many times and NO ONE (out of the 3 people I spoke with) helped me. At first I got told that they would send it (they never did) then I got told because I called on a weekend they weren’t able to send it (then told they would take care of it) and THEN I was told they don’t send emails at all due to “patient privacy”. This company needs to communicate better and learn some customer service. At least I was verbally told results by the end of the day. Hopefully I’ll get it this time.

Cute place with great food! I’ve lived here for four years and some how just found out about it. Glad I did.

Food is good pharmacy is trash just not very nice people at all in the front. I will not be going back!

I went to the restaurant for lunch with several co-workers and we ended up waiting 50 minutes before I had to ask that our orders be boxed up since we had to wait so long.. Upon opening the togo boxes I was in shock at how poorly made the sandwiches were. A little ramekin of this onion/pepper goop with no mushrooms.. soggy bread overloaded with grease, mayo, etc. Not to mention the unfriendly attitude and dirty looks the cooks gave me when I asked for our orders to be boxed up. The milkshake was just foamy strawberry milk.. As a home town favorite , i was extremely dissapointed. The best part of my lunch was the sweet tea..

Good drugstore but out of the way.

Good customer service, friendly staff.

Breakfast is a long term local tradition, with some patrons marking their 40th year of coming here. Lots of local character and good, grill food equal a solid meal with friendly wait staff.

The grill is literally a lunchtime hidden gem in Boone.
