Great experience. I’ve always struggled to find a good way to color my hair. Regina understood what I was trying to do and did it. Simple as that. The salon was nice, quiet and I did not have to wait forever to get in for an appointment. I’ve already scheduled my follow up.

Regina was very professional and nice. One of the best hair colors and cuts I’ve had in years. She was friendly and made sure the salon was sanitized for the next client!

I am currently sitting with the worst haircut of my life. Choppy layers. So bad to the point that Ive had to go get it fixed by a professional that knew what they were doing. Regina tried to fix it, but the new stylist told me how bad the haircut was and now Im going to have to let it all grow out. Dont ask for anything more than a trim. Also, she was unprofessional and tried to tell me that the reference picture I showed was because I wanted to LOOK like the model instead of trying to find inspiration for hair.

This was my first time at this salon and I absolutely loved it! Regina was great! She helped me figure out what I wanted based off of pictures I sent her and gave great advice for taking care of my hair! I loved the laid back atmosphere in the salon, the pricing is great and my hair looks amazing! (My fiance loved the color!) Will definitely be back for touchups!!!

Regina is very professional. I walked in with hair that was in terrible condition when I walked out my hair was perfect hasnt been this healthy in years. A new me just like I wanted . I got a cut color opec condition. The price was reasonable to bring my hair back to life. She uses top notch products that smell wonderful . Im going back In a couple of weeks for highlights. Very nice. Fit me in. Loved her dogs in her shop- they were so obedient. I told her what I wanted and I dont think she heard a word I said. I had a pixie style with some natural curl that was very easy and out the door. I came out with the worst haircut of my entire life. I am so ashamed. I dont know how Im going to face the world. I look like I have been a chemo patient and my hair has just started to grow back. No kidding, the hair on the side of my head is no more than a quarter inch long. She repeatedly used thinning scissors and I said nothing but my hair is very fine, not thick that needs to be thinned out. There is no way to fix what is done as theres nothing to fix. I honestly think Im going to wear a cap until a wig can ship to my house. I feel so ugly.

Good haircut. Not hard to find. Easy in easy out plenty of parking. Mishka and Bear are awesome. Price is right for a mans haircut. Regina is very nice, quick, and proficient. I recommend her.

Ive been going to Regina for over a year now. She has taken me from a box color mess to a very natural ash with sparkling highlights. I get compliments quite often on my style and color. The lady who did my sons hair was really sweet. He has some issues with communicating and being touched. She was awesome. Also, it was the first time in years he was happy with the cut from someone other than me.

I went to this salon to get my eyebrows waxed last week, and my friend went tonight, and we both left very pleased! Regina is extremely thorough and takes her clients say very seriously. Let me start by saying that Regina is very sweet. And she isnt a bad stylist, my haircut looks nice...But.....it isnt what I asked for. In fact its about an inch and a half shorter than what I asked for. I have curly hair, which I informed her of, and showed her a picture of what it looked like when it was styled. I asked for a long bob (which was really just a trim of the haircut I currently had) and indicated where I wanted it to lay on the back of my neck (about an inch down from where she cut it) and that I wanted it longer in the front so that it hung below my chin. I also said that when I didnt style it I pulled it back into a ponytail.I am not sure if she simply didnt take into account my curls or if she didnt understand the description of length, but the first thing she did was take the scissors and cut my hair all the way up to the nape of my neck. She had to use a razor on my neck because she cut it so short. When dried my curls are above my hair line in the back, and in the front they come up to the top of my jaw line (just below my eyes). It is VERY short, much shorter than discussed. It is a cute haircut. But not what I wanted, but from that first cut I knew there was nothing I could do to undo it, so I let her finish cutting it and paid.I also gave one star because of a couple of concerning things. She didnt clean up the hair from the person in front of me. It also seemed like she didnt sanitize her instruments between me and him (its possible she didnt use them, but it seemed like she had and she didnt clean or switch before doing my hair). She also scratched my neck with her scissors and when she washed my hair she didnt put a towel around my neck and water dripped down into my blouse. Also, she had her dogs in the shop, which was super cute until she took one out in the rain to potty and then it jumped on me when it came back in and got me wet.Overall, just not a good experience. The haircut isnt bad and shes nice,but it isnt what I asked for.

Very nice lady and daughter. Obviously know how to do hair very well. However, I paid 75 dollars to look almost the same. I have brown hair and wanted some more blonde highlights. At the end of the session my hair looked almost exactly as I did when I came in. I’ve had my hair colored blonde many times and have never had trouble getting it to the blonde I wanted at other salons. A very good place for cuts but I wouldn’t suggest going here for color.

I had a horrible experience. I went in with pictures and she told me that I wouldnt like the color I wanted and that I had to do a reddish color. It didnt turn out good at all, you could barely tell a difference besides a weird red tint. When I asked for my money back because she really didnt do anything I wanted she refused and said she did what I asked and that she would only dye it again, not give me a refund. I would never let her touch my hair again so I got it fixed by someone who actually knew what they were doing. Not worth the risk.

I actually went to this salon for a hair cut a couple of months ago and never got around to writing a review, but I felt I needed to.I went to this salon to get my hair shortened to my shoulders and left with it right below my ears, no joke. She told me that my hair was sooo damaged (ps I do not dye or use hot tools... and get trims regularly and use coconut oil in my hair.) She kept pulling my hair over and over and scratched me above the eye with one of her nails, and it left a mark. I kept telling her it hurt and she said it was because of the damage. Oh, and she was 45 min late to MY appointment... I wish I would have left.Here I am, still growing out a terrible haircut, and my wedding is in 3 months.I just wouldnt waste $40 here.

If you pay for a cheap haircut, youre going to get a cheap haircut. Im sorry but it was one of the worst Ive ever received and Ive never had a hair stylist dig her scissors behind my ears that many times over a 30 minute span. You shouldnt feel an excess amount of pain and have the back of your ears and neck pink/red for the night. It was excruciating sitting there. I told her the length and I think she may have forgotten and just hacked it all off. I will not be returning.
